Description
Claims (20)
- 共鳴装置(100、300、400、500、600、700、800、900、1000、1100)であって、
散開直径を有するルーメン(116、416、616、1016、1116)を持つ誘導コイル(102、202、302、402、502、602−1、802、1002)と、
前記誘導コイル(102、202、302、402、502、602−1、802、1002)に直列に接続され、かつ、磁気共鳴映像化システムの高周波電界と相互作用して、前記磁気共鳴映像化システムにおいて得られるMR画像の信号損失を減少させるキャパシタ(104、304、604、904、1004)と、
前記誘導コイル(102、202、302、402、502、602−1、802、1002)の前記ルーメン(116、416、616、1016、1116)の内部、前記ルーメン(116、416、616、1016、1116)の外面のうちの少なくとも一方に配置されるステント(454、554、654、854)と、
前記誘導コイル(102、202、302、402、502、602−1、802、1002)及びキャパシタ(104、304、604、904、1004)に結合される非導電性シース(106、206、306、406、506、606、706、906、1006)とを備えていて、
前記非導電性シース(106、206、306、406、506、606、706、906、1006)は、前記誘導コイル(102、202、302、402、502、602−1、802、1002)を支えて前記コイルを散開直径に維持する予め決められた形態を有していて、
前記非導電性シース(106、206、306、406、506、606、706、906、1006)は、前記誘導コイル(102、202、302、402、502、602−1、602−2,802、1002)を前記ステント(454、554、654、854)から電気的に絶縁するようになっていて、
さらに、少なくとも部分的に前記誘導コイル(602−1)の前記ルーメン(616)内に配置される2つ又はそれ以上の巻き(622)から成る巻き螺旋を有する第二の誘導コイル(602−2)を有し、前記キャパシタ(604)は、前記誘導コイル(602−1)及び前記第二の誘導コイル(602−2)のうちの少なくとも一方と直列に接続されていて、前記ステント(654)は、少なくとも部分的に前記誘導コイル(602−1)と前記第二の誘導コイル(602−2)との間に配置される、
ことを特徴とする共鳴装置。 - 前記ステント(854)は、ルーメン(866)を形成する表面を有し、前記誘導コイル(802)は、導体の2つ又はそれ以上の巻き(822)を持つ巻き螺旋を有し、前記導体は、前記ステント(854)の前記ルーメン(866)の内部及び外部に前記導体の巻きを配置するために前記表面を通る、請求項1に記載の共鳴装置(800)。
- 前記導体の前記巻きは、前記ステント(854)の前記ルーメン(866)の内部から前記ルーメン(866)の外部へ交互に通る、請求項2に記載の共鳴装置(800)。
- 前記誘導コイル(802)は、ステント(854)の開口(872)を通って編まれる、請求項1に記載の共鳴装置(800)。
- 前記非導電性シース(306,706、906)は、前記誘導コイル(302、702、902)の前記散開直径にほぼ等しくなるまで拡張できる直径を有する管(350、759、950)である、請求項1に記載の共鳴装置(300、700、900)。

- 前記管(950)は、第一の端(908)及び第二の端(910)を有し、前記管(950)は、前記第一の端(908)に第一の拡張可能支持部材(982)を有し、かつ、前記第二の端(910)に第二の拡張可能支持部材(984)を有し、前記第一の拡張可能支持部材(982)及び前記第二の拡張可能支持部材(984)は、前記誘導コイルから電気的に絶縁される、請求項5に記載の共鳴装置(900)。
- 前記誘導コイル(1002)は、前記誘導コイル(1002)及び前記キャパシタ(1004)を前記ステントに電気的に接続する第一の電気接点(1090)及び第二の電気接点(1092)を有している、請求項1に記載の共鳴装置(1000)。
- 前記誘導コイル(102)は、第一の端(108)及び前記第一の端(108)と相対する第二の端(110)を有し、かつ、前記ルーメン(116)の前記散開直径は、前記誘導コイル(102)の前記第一の端(108)から前記第二の端(110)まで変化する、請求項1に記載の共鳴装置(100)。
- 前記キャパシタ(604)は、前記誘導コイル(602−1)及び前記第二の誘導コイル(602−2)に直列に接続される、請求項1に記載の共鳴装置(600)。
- 第二のキャパシタを有し、前記誘導コイル(601−1)は、前記キャパシタ(604)に直列に接続され、かつ、前記第二の誘導コイル(602−2)は、前記第二のキャパシタに直列に接続される、請求項1に記載の共鳴装置(600)。
- 前記キャパシタ(604)に直列に接続される前記誘導コイル(620−1)は、前記第二のキャパシタに直列に接続される前記第二の誘導コイル(602−2)から電気的に絶縁される、請求項1に記載の共鳴装置(600)。
- 前記非導電性シース(606)は、前記誘導コイル(602−1)及び前記第二の誘導コイル(602−2)を支える、請求項1に記載の共鳴装置(600)。
- 前記非導電性シース(606)は、前記誘導コイル(602−1)のコイルルーメン(616)にほぼ等しい直径を有する管である、請求項1に記載の共鳴装置(600)。
- 前記管は、前記誘導コイル(602−1)及び前記第二の誘導コイル(602−2)の各々を包む、請求項1に記載の共鳴装置(600)。
- 前記管は、前記ステント(654)を包む、請求項18に記載の共鳴装置(600)。
