Claims (4)
- 可逆光応答素子を用いた並列アナログ演算装置であって、
入力したアナログ信号を二次元的に展開して光のアナログ信号に変換する入力部と、入力部からの光アナログ信号を受け取り、前記可逆光応答素子の物性変化及びその復元を一定時間毎に積算して二次元画像化する演算部と、演算部より演算結果である二次元画像を受け取り、出力する出力部を備え、
前記可逆光応答素子が、光学セルを二次元配列してなる二次元配列素子を備え、各光学セルは、所定特性の光を照射することにより物性が変化し、当該変化後にその物性が時間に対して指数関数的な確率で元の状態に戻る物質を含むものであることを特徴とする並アナログ演算装置。 - 各光学セルに含まれる物質は、フォトクロミック材料であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の並列アナログ演算装置。
- 各光学セルに含まれる物質は、所定空間に閉じ込められていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の並列アナログ演算装置。
- 各光学セルに含まれる物質は、セルに固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の並列アナログ演算装置。
