Claims (2)
- 線状の芯材で、外周に樹脂の被覆層を形成した後、該芯材を引き抜くことにより前記樹脂からなるカテーテルチューブを成形するのに使用するカテーテルチューブ成形用芯材であって、母材が軟鉄で、表面にFe−Ni合金層を有し、最表面のNi比率が10〜55at%であることを特徴とするカテーテルチューブ成形用芯材。
- 線状の芯材で、外周に樹脂の被覆層を形成した後、該芯材を引き抜くことにより前記樹脂からなるカテーテルチューブを成形するのに使用するカテーテルチューブ成形用芯材の製造方法であって、線状に加工した軟鉄の表面にNiめっきを施し、次いで、熱処理してFe中にNiを拡散させ、芯材表面にFe−Ni合金を現出させ、最表面のNi比率を10〜55at%とすることを特徴とするカテーテルチューブ成形用芯材の製造方法。
