Description

The present invention relates to a kerosene washing table used when washing parts with kerosene in a vehicle factory or the like.

Conventionally, in train vehicle inspection factories and the like, metal parts such as wheel bearings disassembled for inspection are washed with kerosene, old grease is washed away, and new grease is improved.

A kerosene washing stand is used for washing with kerosene, and this kerosene washing stand generally has a washing tank such as a sink, stores kerosene therein, and manually wash parts with kerosene. When kerosene becomes dirty and the ability to clean is lowered, the stopper at the bottom of the washing tank is pulled out, drained from the drain pipe, and new kerosene is injected into the washing tank. Such an operation is repeated.

However, conventionally, the waste oil discharged from the cleaning tank through the drain pipe is received in a container such as a tray placed on the ground or the like, and is injected from the container into a waste oil drum using a funnel or the like. . Therefore, it took a lot of work to replace kerosene in the washing tank.

Then, an object of this invention is to provide the kerosene washing stand which can reduce the replacement work of kerosene.

To achieve the above object, a kerosene washing stand according to the present invention comprises a washing tank for receiving kerosene, a drain pipe connected to the bottom of the washing tank and having a first on-off valve interposed therebetween, A pressure vessel disposed below and connected to the drain pipe, an air vent pipe connected to an upper portion of the pressure vessel and having a second on-off valve interposed therein, and connected to the pressure vessel and having a third on-off valve interposed The compressed air supply pipe is connected to the bottom of the pressure vessel, and the compressed air is pressed into the pressure vessel through the compressed air supply pipe with the first on-off valve and the second on-off valve closed. Thus , the kerosene drum can is formed by press-fitting compressed air into the kerosene drum can through a drain pipe for extruding kerosene in the pressure vessel and a branch pipe branched from the compressed air supply pipe and having a fourth on-off valve interposed therebetween. Push out the kerosene in the And having a fuel supply means for pumping the bath, the.

In this case, it is preferable to include a first operation unit that simultaneously opens and simultaneously closes the first on-off valve and the second on-off valve.

In this case, it is preferable to further include a second operation unit that opens the third on-off valve and the fourth on-off valve at the same time and closes them at the same time.

According to the present invention, the kerosene discharged from the washing tank through the drain pipe is once stored in the pressure vessel and can be pushed out from the pressure vessel using the pressure of the compressed air, so that the kerosene discharge operation can be reduced.

Further, since the kerosene can be supplied from the kerosene drum can to the washing tank using the pressure of the compressed air, the operation of supplying kerosene can be reduced.

Furthermore, it becomes possible to supply and discharge kerosene at the same time, and the working time can be reduced.

A first embodiment of a kerosene cleaning table according to the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG.

The kerosene washing stand 1 is connected to a washing tank 2 for receiving kerosene, a drain pipe 4 connected to the bottom of the washing tank 2 and having a first on-off valve 3 interposed therein, and a drain pipe 4 disposed below the washing tank 2. Connected to the pressure vessel 5, an air vent pipe 7 connected to the upper portion of the pressure vessel 5 with the second on-off valve 6 interposed therebetween, and compressed air connected to the pressure vessel 5 with the third on-off valve 8 interposed therebetween. By press-fitting compressed air into the pressure vessel 5 through the compressed air supply tube 9 with the first on-off valve 3 and the second on-off valve 6 closed, connected to the supply pipe 9 and the bottom of the pressure vessel 5 And an oil drain pipe 10 for pushing out kerosene in the pressure vessel 5.

圧力容器5は、所定の圧力(たとえば、0.1MPa(1kgf/cm)〜1MPa(10kgf/cm))に耐え得る容器とされる。 The cleaning tank 2 is supported by a table 11 indicated by a one-dot chain line. The cleaning tank 2 has a discharge port at the bottom center, and the discharge port communicates with the drain pipe 4. A drain pipe 4 is connected in communication with a pressure vessel 5 installed below the cleaning tank 2. The base 11 can be formed in a casing shape, and the pressure vessel 5 can be accommodated in the casing-shaped base 11. The pressure vessel 5 is a vessel that can withstand a predetermined pressure (for example, 0.1 MPa (1 kgf / cm 2 ) to 1 MPa (10 kgf / cm 2 )).

A pressure regulating valve 12 is interposed in the compressed air supply pipe 9. In the illustrated example, the compressed air supply pipe 9 is connected to a coupling member 13 such as an air coupler fixed to a base 11, and a pipe 14 for sending compressed air from a compressor (not shown) is connected to the coupling member 13. It is designed to be connected. In factories and the like, a compressor for supplying compressed air is usually installed, and compressed air at a constant pressure (for example, 0.4 MPa (4 kgf / cm 2 )) is supplied. The pressure is adjusted to a predetermined pressure (for example, 0.1 MPa (1 kgf / cm 2 )) by the adjusting valve 12. The coupling member 13 is preferably a detachable one-touch such as a socket or a coupler.

In the illustrated example, the compressed air supply pipe 9 is piped upward from the top of the pressure vessel 5. The air vent pipe 7 also extends upward from the upper portion of the pressure vessel 5 in the illustrated example. In order to prevent kerosene from flowing out of the pressure vessel 5 through the air vent tube 7 and the compressed air supply tube 9, at least a part of the air vent tube 7 and the compressed air supply tube 9 is higher than the highest liquid level of the pressure vessel 5. It only has to be in position.

The oil drain pipe 10 is connected to a coupling member 15 fixed to a base 11 having a casing shape. The hose 16 is connected to the coupling member 15 to extend the waste oil pipe 10, and the tip of the hose 16 is inserted into the mouth portion 17a of the waste oil drum 17 and held so as not to drop off. The coupling member 15 is preferably a detachable one-touch such as a socket or a coupler.

A branch pipe 18 may branch from the compressed air supply pipe 9. A fourth on-off valve 19 is interposed in the branch pipe 18. The branch pipe 18 can be connected to a coupling member 20 fixed to the table 11. The branch pipe 18 can be extended by connecting the pipe 21 to the coupling member 20.

An oil supply means 23 for pushing out the kerosene in the kerosene drum can 22 by press-fitting compressed air from the branch pipe 18 into the kerosene drum can 22 can be provided.

The oil supply means 23 includes a plug 24 that can be airtightly attached to and removable from a cap flange of a kerosene drum can 22 in which uncleaned kerosene is stored, and the compressed air from the branch pipe 18 provided on the plug 24 is supplied to the kerosene drum can 22. A branch pipe connection port 25 that can be press-fitted inside, and a pumping pipe 26 that is provided in the plug 24 and pumps kerosene from the bottom of the kerosene drum can 22 to the cleaning tank 2.

In the illustrated example, the branch pipe connection port 25 is constituted by a hose joint for connecting a pipe such as a hose constituting the branch pipe 18, and this hose joint communicates with the inside of the kerosene drum 22.

In the illustrated example, the pressure feeding pipe 26 includes a hose joint part 26a that protrudes from the upper and lower surfaces of the plug 24, and pipes 26b and 26c connected to the hose joint part 26a. A weight body 26 d for sinking the tip of the one tube 26 b to the bottom of the kerosene drum can 22 is fixed to the tip of the one tube 26 b disposed in the kerosene drum can 22. The other pipe 26 c is used for supplying kerosene to the cleaning tank 2. In the illustrated example, a pipe 27 is connected to the cleaning tank 2, and a manual valve 28 and a hose joint 29 are attached to the pipe 27. A tube 26 c is connected to the hose joint 29. The hose joint is preferably a one-touch type joint.

The oil supply means 23 is not limited to the above configuration, and various configurations can be adopted.

The kerosene drum can 22 and the waste oil drum can 17 may be so-called steel tight head drums.

The first on-off valve 3 and the second on-off valve 6 are simultaneously opened or closed, and the third on-off valve 8 and the fourth on-off valve 19 are simultaneously opened or simultaneously closed. And a second operating portion 31 for operating the valve. In this case, the first to fourth on-off valves 3, 6, 8, and 19 can be electromagnetic valves, but can also be pneumatically operated valves. In the case of a solenoid valve, the first operation unit 30 and the second operation unit 31 are configured by switches that turn on and off the current that drives the solenoid valve. In the case of a pneumatically operated valve, the drive air (compressed air) of the pneumatically operated valve The first operation unit 30 and the second operation unit 31 can be configured by an opening / closing mechanism that turns on and off the supply. The 1st operation part 30 and the 2nd operation part 31 may be attached to the place where operation of the casing which comprises stand 11 is easy.

It is preferable that the waste oil drum 17 is provided with a liquid level alarm 32 that notifies by a buzzer or the like when kerosene reaches a predetermined amount. The liquid level indicator 32 can be attached to an air vent generally provided in a drum can, and can be constituted by a liquid level sensor and a buzzer that generates sound by a liquid level detection signal from the liquid level sensor. As the liquid level sensor, a known sensor such as a float sensor can be used.

Next, an operation method of the kerosene washing stand 1 having the above configuration will be described.

First, in order to supply kerosene to the cleaning tank 2, the first operating part 30 is operated to operate the second operating part 31 with the first on-off valve 3 and the second on-off valve 6 being closed. As a result, the third on-off valve 8 and the fourth on-off valve 19 are opened. Then, the compressed air adjusted to a constant pressure by the pressure adjustment valve 12 is supplied into the kerosene drum 22 through the branch pipe 18. The kerosene in the kerosene drum can 22 is pushed by the pressure of the compressed air, the kerosene in the kerosene drum can 22 is pushed out through the pressure feed pipe 26, and if the manual valve 28 is opened, the kerosene is fed into the washing tank 2 through the pressure feed pipe 26. Supplied. When the required amount of kerosene has accumulated in the washing tank 2, the second on-off valve 8 and the fourth on-off valve are closed by operating the second operation portion 31, and the oil supply from the kerosene drum can 22 is stopped. When the third on-off valve 8 is opened, compressed air is sent into the pressure vessel 5 through the compressed air supply pipe 9, but when kerosene is not contained in the pressure vessel 5, the compressed air supplied to the pressure vessel 5 The air is exhausted through the oil drain pipe 10 as it is. The case where kerosene is contained in the pressure vessel 5 will be described later.

In order to replace kerosene after cleaning, first, the first operating part 30 is operated to open the first on-off valve 3 and the second on-off valve 6, whereby the kerosene in the cleaning tank 2 is supplied to the pressure vessel through the drain pipe 4. Send to 5. At this time, since the second on-off valve 6 is open, the air in the pressure vessel 5 escapes from the air vent pipe 7 as kerosene is accommodated in the pressure vessel 5. After draining the kerosene in the washing tank 2 to the pressure vessel 5, the first operating part 30 is operated to close the first on-off valve 3 and the second on-off valve 6, and the second operating part 31 is operated to open the third opening / closing. The valve 8 and the fourth on-off valve 19 are opened. Then, the compressed air is sent from the compressed air supply pipe 9 to the pressure vessel 5, and the kerosene in the pressure vessel 5 is pushed out through the oil discharge pipe 10 by the pressure of the compressed air and lifted, and the waste oil drum 17 is used for the waste oil. It is discharged to the drum 17. At the same time, the kerosene in the kerosene drum can 22 can be sent to the cleaning tank 2 by the compressed air passing through the branch pipe 18 as described above.

As described above, by operating the first operation unit 30 and the second operation unit 31, kerosene is supplied from the kerosene drum can 22 to the cleaning tank 2, used kerosene is discharged from the cleaning tank 2, and waste oil is discharged. It becomes possible to drain the oil drum tube.

FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment of the kerosene washing table according to the present invention. The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that it does not include a branch pipe, and the other components are the same as those in the first embodiment. A detailed description will be given.

In the kerosene washing stand 1A of the second embodiment, kerosene can be supplied to the washing tank 2 from a kerosene drum can by using a manual kerosene pump, motor-driven kerosene pump, compressed air-driven kerosene pump, and the like. The second operation unit 31A opens and closes the third on-off valve 8. In the second embodiment, the kerosene that has been washed and used can be stored in the pressure vessel 5 and discharged to the waste oil drum pipe 17 by the compressed air from the compressed air supply pipe 9.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be modified without departing from the spirit of the present invention. For example, the first to fourth on-off valves can be configured to be individually operable, or can be configured to be manually operated. Further, the number of cleaning tanks supported by the cleaning table is not limited to one, and two or more cleaning tanks may be provided.
