Claims (10)
- 心臓の血液の流れを補助する血液ポンプを制御するための人工心臓制御装置であって、
前記心臓の心周期内の基準タイミングを検出するタイミング検出部と、
前記血液ポンプの回転数を制御する血液ポンプ制御部と、
前記血液ポンプを制御中の異常状態を検出する異常検出部とを含み、
前記血液ポンプ制御部が、
前記タイミング検出部により検出された前記基準タイミングを基準に、所与の制御パターンに対応した回転数となるように前記血液ポンプの回転数を制御するとともに、
前記異常検出部により前記異常状態が検出されたとき、一定の指示回転数となるように前記血液ポンプの回転数を制御することを特徴とする人工心臓制御装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記基準タイミングは、
前記心周期内の収縮期の開始タイミングであることを特徴とする人工心臓制御装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記基準タイミングは、
前記心周期内の拡張期の開始タイミングであることを特徴とする人工心臓制御装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかにおいて、
前記血液ポンプ制御部が、
前記基準タイミングを基準に、前記心臓の心室内の血流が変化するように前記血液ポンプの回転数を制御することを特徴とする人工心臓制御装置。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれかにおいて、
前記血液ポンプ制御部が、
前記基準タイミングを基準に、前記心臓の1又は複数の心周期内で所与の周期関数に従って前記血液ポンプの回転数を変化させる制御を行うことを特徴とする人工心臓制御装置。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれかにおいて、
前記血液ポンプ制御部が、
前記基準タイミングを基準に、前記心臓の拡張期において前記血液ポンプの回転数を下げ、且つ前記心臓の収縮期において前記血液ポンプの回転数を上げるように前記血液ポンプの回転数を制御することを特徴とする人工心臓制御装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかにおいて、
前記血液ポンプ制御部が、
前記基準タイミングを基準に、前記心臓の収縮期において前記血液ポンプの出力流量が0となり、且つ前記心臓の拡張期において前記血液ポンプの逆流量が0となるように前記血液ポンプの回転数を制御することを特徴とする人工心臓制御装置。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれかにおいて、
前記血液ポンプが動作中の人体の状態を検出するセンサからの検出信号に基づいて、前記制御パターンを決定する制御パターン決定部を含み、
前記血液ポンプ制御部が、
前記タイミング検出部により検出された前記基準タイミングを基準に、前記制御パターン決定部により決定された前記制御パターンに対応した回転数となるように前記血液ポンプの回転数を制御することを特徴とする人工心臓制御装置。 - 心臓の血液の流れを補助する血液ポンプと、
前記血液ポンプが動作中の人体の状態を検出するセンサと、
前記センサからの検出信号に基づいて、前記血液ポンプを制御する請求項1乃至8のいずれか記載の人工心臓制御装置とを含むことを特徴とする人工心臓システム。 - 請求項9において、
前記血液ポンプが、
前記心臓の左心室内に挿入されるカニューレ先端部を有し、
前記左心室内の血液を大動脈に送ることを特徴とする人工心臓システム。
