Description

The present invention relates to a hopper that receives a medicine from a medicine supply unit, and an openable / closable opening provided in the opening so that the medicine received by the hopper can be put into a wrapping paper from the opening at the lower end of the hopper. The present invention relates to a lid opening / closing mechanism of a hopper of a medicine packaging machine including a lid and an opening / closing device for opening / closing the lid.

In the medicine packaging machine, medicines such as powders and tablets are automatically dispensed based on the medicine information from the prescription and put into the hopper, and the medicine on the wrapping paper is opened by opening the lid at the bottom of the hopper. It is configured to be charged and sealed.

The lid of the medicine packaging machine is attached to the lower end of the hopper so as to be openable and closable around a horizontal axis, and is urged by a spring in the closing direction, and the lid is provided with a protruding piece for opening the lid. Thus, the lid can be opened. The protruding piece protrudes beyond one end in the left-right width direction of the hopper, and the second protruding is located on the lateral side of the hopper from the tip of the first protruding portion and extends in the front-rear direction of the hopper. And a third projecting portion extending in the left-right width direction of the hopper from the tip of the second projecting portion, and by pressing the third projecting portion located on the side of the hopper, the lid is There has been proposed one that can be swung to the open side against the urging force of a spring (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2004-196403

In the configuration of Patent Document 1, since the protruding piece for lid opening operation is located on the side of the hopper, the mechanism for pressing the protruding piece is naturally located on the side of the hopper. The lid opening / closing mechanism has a disadvantage in that it increases in size in the left-right direction.

In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a lid opening / closing mechanism of a hopper of a medicine packaging machine that can be downsized.

The present invention relates to a hopper that receives a medicine from a medicine supply unit, and an openable / closable opening provided in the opening so that the medicine received by the hopper can be put into a wrapping paper from the opening at the lower end of the hopper. A lid opening / closing mechanism of a hopper of a medicine packaging machine comprising a lid and an opening / closing device for opening / closing the lid, wherein the lid is attached to a side surface of the hopper so as to be swingable around a horizontal axis. The wrapping paper is positioned so as to be placed in a space into which the medicine is charged , and includes the opening / closing device for opening / closing the lid from a side surface of the hopper , the opening / closing device comprising a horizontal axis of the lid An operation piece that is located on the opposite side of the lid and is configured not to protrude from the width of the side surface of the hopper, the lid is opened and closed by operating the operation piece, and the hopper Constructed not to protrude from the width of the side It is characterized in that it comprises a work member.
By providing the opening / closing device so as to open / close the lid from the side surface of the hopper, the opening / closing device does not protrude significantly from the left-right width direction of the hopper.

An urging member for closing and urging the lid toward the closing side may be provided, and the operation piece may be opened by the operation member against the urging force by the urging member.

The operation member comes into contact with the operation piece and presses the operation piece to open the lid, and the contact portion of the operation member with the operation piece is constituted by a roller made of an elastic material. May be.

A U-shaped mounting member that is open to the side away from the side surface is fixed to the side surface of the hopper, and shafts that support the lid in a swingable manner are penetrated and supported on both side surfaces of the mounting member. A box-shaped reinforcing portion that opens to one side surface may be provided in a portion that allows the lid to penetrate the shaft, and a bent portion that is bent obliquely upward at the upper end of the reinforcing portion may be configured as the operation piece.

By providing the opening and closing device so as to open and close the lid from the side surface of the hopper, the opening and closing device does not protrude greatly from the left and right width direction of the hopper, and the hopper of the medicine packaging machine can be downsized. A cleaning device can be provided.

The opening / closing device is located on the side opposite to the lid with respect to the horizontal axis of the lid and is configured not to protrude from the width of the side surface of the hopper, and the operation piece is disposed on the side surface of the hopper. The operation piece and the operation member are provided on the side surface of the hopper by swinging from a direction orthogonal to the hopper to open and close the lid and to be configured not to protrude from the width of the side surface of the hopper. Therefore, it is possible to further reduce the size.

The operation member comes into contact with the operation piece and presses the operation piece to open the lid, and the contact portion of the operation member with the operation piece is constituted by a roller made of an elastic material. By doing so, not only can the impact force when the operating member abuts on the operating member be absorbed by the elastic material, but also the frictional force between the two while being pressed can be reduced by rotating the roller. Can do.

A U-shaped mounting member that is open to the side away from the side surface is fixed to the side surface of the hopper, and shafts that support the lid in a swingable manner are penetrated and supported on both side surfaces of the mounting member. A mounting member having a box-shaped reinforcing portion that opens to one side surface in a portion that allows the lid to pass through the shaft, and an upper end of the reinforcing portion is bent obliquely upward as the operation piece. While the reinforcement part is reinforced with the reinforcement part, an increase in the number of parts can be suppressed by using a part of the reinforcement part as an operation piece.

Hereinafter, a medicine packaging machine according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 6 and 8 show a front view and a perspective view of the medicine packaging machine in which the upper cover 1 is swung around the horizontal axis with respect to the lower base 2 to be opened.
The main body of the medicine packaging machine has a lower base 2 made of a rectangular parallelepiped long in the left-right direction and an upper cover 1 provided on the lower base 2 so as to be able to open and close around a horizontal axis. The lower base 2 has a rotary table 3 that rotates intermittently around the vertical axis, and a predetermined amount cut out by a cutout portion (not shown) outward in the radial direction of the rotary table 3. A hopper 4 formed in a funnel shape narrowed toward the lower side where powdered powder is introduced, and a wrapping paper 5 (see FIGS. 2 to 4) made of a heat-weldable sheet from an opening 4A at the lower end of the hopper 4. A heat seal device 6 for charging and sealing the wrapping paper 5 and a cleaning device 7 for the hopper 4 that blows and collects the powder adhering to the hopper 4 are provided. The rotary table 3 and the cutting part constitute a medicine supply part. The opening 4A is an opening that is inclined obliquely so as to be positioned downward in the direction of movement of the wrapping paper 5 so that the medicine to be introduced by opening the lid 30 is located at one place, that is, at the end of the wrapping paper 5 in the movement direction. However, it may be an opening formed in the horizontal direction.

The wrapping paper 5 includes a wrapping paper roll (not shown) wound in a roll shape. The wrapping paper is fed from the wrapping roll by a feeding device and printed on the fed wrapping paper. After the patient information is printed on the apparatus, the heat is applied to each wrapping paper into which the medicine is loaded from the hopper 4 constituting the medicine feeding apparatus in order to put the medicine into the wrapping paper 5. The sealing device 6 is configured to be heat sealed.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the cleaning device 7 includes a nozzle 9 that is inserted into the hopper 4 from above through a first drive mechanism 8 and blows air, and the first drive mechanism 8 is an electric motor as a driving means for rotating at least one of the three rotating rollers 10, 11, 12 for moving and guiding the nozzle 9 into the hopper 4, and at least one of the three rotating rollers 10, 11, 12. And a motor 13. The nozzle 9 is curved in an arc shape, but may be a straight shape. The nozzle 9 is made of a stainless steel metal material, but may be made of a hard plastic or the like depending on circumstances. Although not shown, the base end portion of the nozzle 9 is connected to a valve 20 described later via an air supply hose.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the rotating rollers 10, 11, and 12 include a pair of lower rotating rollers 10 and 11 that support the lower surface of the nozzle at two locations in the moving direction of the nozzle 9, and the two A lower rotating roller located at an intermediate portion of the lower rotating rollers 10 and 11 and having one upper rotating roller 12 supporting the upper surface of the nozzle 9, and positioned on the rear side in the nozzle moving direction by the electric motor 13. By rotating 11, the nozzle 9 is configured to move.

The rotating rollers 10, 11, 12 protrude upward at a substantially central position in the left-right width direction of the movable body 14, which will be described later, and are attached to a plate plate 15 that is long in the front-rear direction and has substantially the same dimension as the front-rear dimension of the movable body 14. ing. More specifically, one end of the support shaft 10a of one lower rotating roller 10 located on the front side in the moving direction is supported on the plate plate 15 from one surface side (nozzle 9 installation side), and the plate The drive shaft of the electric motor 13 fixed to the plate 15 from the other surface side (nozzle 9 non-installation side) is projected to the nozzle 9 side through the hole 15a formed in the plate plate 15, and the projected drive is performed. The other lower rotating roller 11 is fitted on the shaft. Further, the upper rotating roller 12 is pivotally supported on the front end portion (front end portion) of a swinging member 16 which is swingably mounted around the horizontal axis Y through a pin P on the plate plate 15. As shown in FIG. 5, a coil spring 17 as an elastic body for moving and urging the swinging member 16 in the forward downward direction is attached across the lower portion of the front end of the plate plate 15 and the front end of the swinging member 16. The upper rotating roller 12 is urged downward by the coil spring 17 to press the nozzle 9 against the lower rotating roller 11 so that the rotational force of the driven lower rotating roller 11 is reliably applied to the nozzle 9. To be able to communicate. The rocking member 16 includes a top plate portion 16A and a pair of left and right side plate portions 16B and 16B suspended from both left and right ends of the top plate portion 16A, and between the pair of left and right side plates 16B and 16B, Both ends of the pin P are pivotally supported.

Each of the rotating rollers 10 or 11 or 12 is made of synthetic rubber or synthetic resin, and is provided with large-diameter portions 10B, 10B or 11B, 11B or 12B, 12B at the left and right ends of the shaft portion 10A or 11A or 12A. Tapered surfaces 10C, 11C, or 12C, which are positioned downward toward the shaft portion side, are provided on the inner portions of the diameter portions 10B, 10B or 11B, 11B, 12B, and 12B, and the shaft portion 10A, 11A, or 12A and the left and right tapers are provided. Positioning in the left-right direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the nozzle 9 can be performed by inserting a part of the nozzle 9 into the recess 10D or 11D or 12D formed by the surface 10C or 11C or 12C. The contact area of the nozzle 9 with respect to each rotating roller 10 or 11 or 12 is configured to increase. .

As shown also in FIG. 1, the nozzle 9 is a plate-like shape that is movable by the second drive mechanism 18 so as to be moved closer to and away from the hopper 4, and is substantially rectangular in plan view (in the figure, it is rectangular) After mounting the nozzle 9 in a state of being positioned on the movable body 14 (which may be a square) and moving the nozzle 9 closer to the hopper 4, the nozzle 9 is moved to an electric motor (driving means) for the rotating roller. ) 13 to be put into the hopper 4. By bringing the nozzle 9 closer to the hopper 4 in this way, the moving distance of the nozzle 9 can be shortened, and there is an advantage that the second drive mechanism 18 can be reduced in size.

Before the nozzle 9 is introduced into the hopper 4 by the first driving mechanism 8 for the rotating roller, a substantially square plate-like plate 19 for closing the upper end of the hopper 4 is provided. Then, the upper end bent portion 19B of the upper and lower plate portions 19A at the rear end of the plate 19 is positioned at the front end of the movable body 14 and is inserted into the insertion port formed at the lower end of the vertically oriented front plate portion 14A. It is inserted (integrated) by welding (it may be screwed) or the like. Therefore, the plate 19 can be moved together only by moving the movable body 14. The plate 19 is provided with a hole 19A through which the nozzle 9 passes, and the nozzle 9 can be introduced into the hopper 4 through the hole 19A.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the second drive mechanism 18 includes a rack 21 fixed along one side end in the left-right width direction of the movable body 14 along the front-rear direction, and a gear formed on the upper surface of the rack 21. A gear 22 that meshes with the portion 21a from above, and an electric motor 23 that is fixedly secured to the fixing member 53 of the lower base 2 via a bracket 54 so that the output shaft 23A penetrates and is fixed to the gear 22 to rotate the gear 22. Thus, the movable body 14 and the plate 19 can be integrally moved in the front-rear direction by controlling the electric motor 23 to rotate forward and backward.

A valve 20 for switching between a supply state for supplying air for spraying to the nozzle 9 and a non-supply state for not supplying the nozzle 9 is attached to the bracket 54, and the movable body 14 is brought closer to the hopper 4 by the second drive mechanism 18. The valve 20 is configured to be switched to a supply state by moving the valve to the position. That is, the large-diameter gear 25 that rotates integrally with the rotation operation unit 24 of the valve 20 is engaged with the gear 22, and the large-diameter gear 25 is rotated by controlling the electric motor 23 to rotate forward and reverse. The valve 20 can be switched between the supply state and the non-supply state by rotating the rotation operation unit 24 via the contact member 25A that rotates integrally with the large-diameter gear 25.

As shown in FIG. 15, the nozzle 9 is provided with nozzle position control means 26 for controlling the drive mechanism 8 so as to blow air at a plurality of positions in the vertical direction of the hopper 4 for a predetermined time. The procedure for cleaning by the cleaning device 7 will be described based on the block diagram of FIG. 15 and the flowchart of FIG.

First, the packaging is finished, and it is confirmed whether the dust collection work of the hopper 4 is prioritized (step 1). If the dust collection work of the hopper 4 is not prioritized, a work mode for cleaning the rotary table 3 which is a oyster disk is entered (step S2). If the dust collection work of the hopper 4 is prioritized, the hopper 4 plate plate (shutter) 15 is closed (step S3), the dust collection timer of the hopper 4 is set for a time, and air suction from the upper suction port 43 is started (step S4). Thereafter, when the sensor 47 is turned on (the switching valve 45 is switched so that the switching valve 45 can suck from the suction port 44), the cleaner 46 is turned on, the paper grips 41 and 41 are closed, and the hopper The solenoid 40 is driven to shake off the remaining medicine adhering to the inner surface of 4 by vibration (step S6). After waiting for the dust collection timer of the hopper 4 to elapse (step S7), the electric motor 13 is driven in the normal rotation direction to start the injection of the spray nozzle 9 into the hopper 4 (step S8). A pump (not shown) is turned on (step S9). When the first sensor 27 is turned on, it is determined that the tip of the nozzle 9 is located at the first position, and the electric motor 13 is driven in the reverse direction to raise the nozzle 9 and the second sensor 28 is turned on. Thus, it is determined that the tip of the nozzle 9 is located at the second position, which is the upper position, and it is determined that the number of nozzle operations has been completed (step 10). Thereafter, the electric motor 13 is driven again in the forward rotation direction, whereby the first sensor 27 is turned on, so that it is determined that the tip of the nozzle 9 is located at the valve position, that is, the first position. Is stopped (step S11). Subsequently, after the vacuum cleaner 46 is turned off (step S12), the hopper valve, that is, the lid 30 is operated half-opened, and the spray timer (not shown) of the nozzle 9 is set for a time to continue spraying. , A drug attached between the lid 30 and the opening 4A at the lower end of the hopper 4, a drug attached to the back side of the lid 30 (the outer surface located outside the hopper), or the lower end side of the hopper 4 The medicine or the like adhering to the outer surface can be blown off (step S14). The blown-off chemical is sucked by a suction fan F (see FIGS. 2 to 4) installed near the lower end of the hopper 4 and collected in a dust collecting part (not shown). . When the spraying time has elapsed (step S15), after the spraying pump is turned off, the paper grippers 41 and 41 are opened, the hitting operation of the solenoid 40 is stopped, and the electric motor 13 is turned on until the third sensor 29 is turned on. By driving in the reverse direction, the spray nozzle 9 is returned to the standby position (step S17). Thereafter, the electric motor 23 is driven to open the plate plate (shutter) 15 of the hopper 4 (step S17), and it is confirmed whether the dust collection work of the hopper 4 is prioritized (step S19). If it is, the operation mode for cleaning the rotary table 3 which is the oyster disk is entered (step S2), and if the dust collection work of the hopper 4 is not prioritized, the dust collection work is terminated.
