Description

The present invention relates to an electronic device housing having an electronic circuit therein, and an electronic device unit in which a plurality of electronic device housings are housed in a housing case.

A control panel used for controlling a plant or the like is generally configured by combining various devices as necessary. An electronic device disposed in the control panel includes an electronic circuit serving as a heating element inside, and since downsizing and high installation density are necessary, a heat dissipation structure is essential. Therefore, the electronic circuit board is attached to the inner side surface of the electronic device casing, the outside air is introduced from the ventilation holes provided on the substantially entire lower surface to cool the electronic circuit board, and the outside air whose temperature has increased is provided on the substantially entire upper surface. The air was discharged from the vent hole (for example, see Patent Document 1).

Since conventional electronic equipment casings have determined the position and opening area of the ventilation holes considering heat dissipation first, by forming ventilation holes with large opening areas on the upper and lower surfaces of the casing, There was a problem that the strength of the steel would decrease. Further, since the opening area is large, there is a problem in that the appearance is deteriorated due to the fact that the end face of the substrate in the housing is visible from the outside. Further, since the opening area is large, there is a problem that foreign matters such as dust are likely to enter from the outside.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems. An object is to provide an equipment unit.

An electronic device unit according to an invention of claim 1 is an electronic device housing that accommodates an electronic circuit board therein, an opening formed on a surface facing an end surface of the electronic circuit board, and the opening When the electronic circuit board is held at a predetermined position, an electronic device housing including a crosspiece formed in parallel with the end surface and substantially the same width at a position facing the end surface, and a plurality of the electronic device housings are arranged side by side An electronic device unit including a storage case for storing, wherein the electronic device housing includes a hook on a side surface, and the storage case includes a hook receiving portion for hooking the hook of the electronic device housing; It has a notch part which notched the opening edge of the surface facing the surface in which the said hook receiving part was formed .

An electronic device unit according to a second aspect of the present invention includes a housing body having an opening surface facing the surface opposite to the electronic circuit mounting surface of the electronic circuit board, and a cover having a shape covering a part of the opening surface; Is provided.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the cross section of the opening of the electronic device casing facing the end face of the electronic circuit board is formed in parallel with the end face and having substantially the same width, heat dissipation is maintained. However, it is possible to eliminate or reduce the deterioration of the housing strength, the deterioration of the appearance, and the entry of foreign matters such as dust.

According to the invention of claim 2, since the cover having a shape covering a part of the opening surface of the housing body is provided, the heat dissipation and the housing strength can be improved.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the cutout portion is formed by notching the opening edge of the surface facing the surface on which the hook receiving portion of the storage case is formed, the electronic device casing is removed from the storage case. When removing the hook of the electronic device casing and the hook receiving portion of the storage case while releasing the hook, the hook can be easily released and the electronic device casing can be removed. .

Embodiment 1 FIG.
FIG. 1 is an external perspective view showing a configuration of a signal module (electronic equipment casing) 41 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows an exploded perspective view seen from the direction A. FIG. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the signal unit (electronic device unit) 40 in a state where the signal module 41 is housed in the housing case 60. FIG. 3 (a) shows the state facing the front when installed in the control panel. FIG. 3B shows the back side. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a configuration example in which the signal unit 40 is incorporated in the control panel.

In FIG. 4, an I / O module 10 that communicates with the outside, a terminal block 30 that connects a sensor (not shown), a device to be controlled, and the like are disposed on a substrate 20 that is stacked and fixed on a base unit 50. A signal unit 40 and the like that are connected to the base 30 and connect the sensor and the I / O module 10 are attached. The types of devices to be mounted on the substrate 20 may be combined in accordance with the application, and the arrangement may be arbitrary. An example of the arrangement is shown in FIG. A plurality of control panels as shown in FIG. 4 are installed side by side in the cabinet, and are connected to the host control system via the I / O module 10.

As shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the signal unit 40 includes a signal module 41 and a storage case 60 that stores a plurality of the signal modules 41. Hereinafter, the signal module 41 will be described first, and then the storage case 60 will be described.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the signal module 41 includes a housing main body 42 and a cover 44, and accommodates a printed board 49 therein. The printed board 49 is accommodated such that the surface on which the electronic circuit is mounted faces toward the housing body 42 and the surface opposite to the surface on which the electronic circuit is mounted faces toward the cover 44.

A ventilation hole (opening) 42 b for heat dissipation is formed in a side surface of the housing body 42 that faces the end surface of the printed board 49. A crosspiece 42a is formed at a position of the ventilation hole 42b facing the end face of the printed board 49. As shown in FIG. 1, the crosspieces 42 a are formed in parallel along the end face of the printed board 49 and are substantially the same as the thickness of the printed board 49. Therefore, the end face of the printed board 49 is covered with the crosspiece 42a and cannot be seen from the outside, and the appearance is not deteriorated. Further, providing the crosspieces 42a can improve the strength of the casing, and the heat release efficiency is good because the opening surface of the ventilation holes 42b is not blocked more than necessary. Moreover, since the crosspiece 42a partitions the opening surface of the ventilation hole 42b, the ventilation hole 42b has a slit shape, and foreign matter such as dust is less likely to enter from the outside.

The printed board 49 has a shape slightly smaller than the inner periphery of the housing main body 42, and even if the printed board 49 is attached to a predetermined position of the housing main body 42, the end surface thereof does not contact the crosspiece 42 a. However, when the signal module 41 is distorted due to an external force, the end surface of the printed board 49 comes into contact with the crosspiece 42a, and the printed board 49 functions as a reinforcing member. Body strength is improved.

The printed board 49 is held at the same height as the crosspiece 42a by a printed board pin 45 and a printed board boss 46a projecting from the bottom surface of the housing body 42. The printed board pin 45 holds the printed board 49 at the same height as the crosspiece 42a by inserting the reduced diameter part of the tip into the pin hole 49b and hooking the periphery of the pin hole 49b with the shoulder part. Further, the printed board boss 46a is screwed with the printed board screw 46b inserted into the screw hole 49c, thereby fixing the printed board 49 at the same height as the crosspiece 42a. Here, the printed board pin 45, the printed board boss 46a, and the printed board screw 46b are used as an example of the holder of the printed board 49. However, the type, number of installation, and installation position of the holder are arbitrarily determined. do it.

The cover 44 is fixed to the housing body 42 by screwing a cover screw 47b inserted through the screw hole 44a into a cover boss 47a projecting from the bottom surface of the housing body 42. The cover 44 is sized to cover a part of the opening surface 43 of the housing main body 42, and from the portion of the opening surface 43 not covered by the cover 44, the side opposite to the electronic circuit mounting surface of the printed board 49. The surface of is exposed. The heat dissipation is improved by making the cover 44 large enough to cover a part of the opening surface 43. Further, the presence of the cover 44 improves the housing strength of the signal module 41.

A module hook 48 is provided on one side of the housing main body 42, and the signal module 41 is fixed to the storage case 60 by the module hook 48 being hooked on the module hook receiving portion 61 of the storage case 60. As shown in FIG. 2, a module hook notch 49 d having a shape corresponding to the movable width of the module hook 48 is formed in a portion of the printed board 49 facing the module hook 48.

Next, the storage case 60 will be described with reference to FIGS. The storage case 60 has a size that allows a plurality of signal modules 41 to be stored side by side, and has an upper surface opened. A module hook receiving portion 61 for hooking the module hook 48 of the signal module 41 is formed in the side surface of the storage case 60. When the signal module 41 is mounted, if the signal module 41 is inserted in the direction B from the opening on the upper surface of the storage case 60, the module hook 48 is hooked on the module hook receiving portion 61 and the signal module 41 and the storage case 60 are fixed. The
Further, a notch 63 is formed at the opening edge of the side surface opposite to the side surface where the module hook receiving portion 61 is formed. When removing the signal module 41, if the signal module 41 is pushed in the C direction while releasing the latch of the module hook 48 and the module hook receiving portion 61, the signal module 41 falls into the notch 63 in the front of the C direction. And the signal module 41 can be easily removed.

The storage case 60 is formed with a plurality of case hooks 62 projecting to the bottom side. When the control panel is attached, the case hooks 62 are hooked on the substrate 20 and the entire signal unit 40 is fixed to the control panel. To do.

If the plurality of signal modules 41 are stored side by side in the storage case 60 so that the surface of the cover 44 is in close contact with the adjacent signal module 41, the exposed portion of the printed board 49 that is not covered with the cover 44 is adjacent The signal module 41 or the side wall of the storage case 60 is covered. When the signal module 41 is not stored in the storage case 60, a part of the printed board 49 remains exposed to the outside, but this exposed surface is used as a solder surface on which no electronic circuit is mounted to reduce the number of mounted components. Further, if the varnish or the like is applied and protected, damage to the electronic circuit can be prevented. When the signal module 41 is not stored in the storage case 60 by providing the protective wall 42c as shown in FIGS. Regardless of the orientation, the printed board 49 does not directly contact the floor or the like, so that the electronic circuit can be prevented from being damaged.

As described above, according to the first embodiment, the signal module 41 that accommodates the printed board 49 therein is provided with the ventilation hole 42b on the surface facing the end face of the printed board 49, and the ventilation hole 42b has a printed When the plate 49 is held at a predetermined position, a crosspiece 42a that is parallel to the end face and has substantially the same width is formed at a position facing the end face. For this reason, by providing a crosspiece 42a having substantially the same width as the end face of the printed board 49 in the ventilation hole 42b, and suppressing the area of the crosspiece 42a to a necessary minimum, the heat dissipation is maintained, the housing strength is lowered, and the appearance is deteriorated. Intrusion of foreign matter such as dust can be eliminated or reduced.

In addition, a notch 63 is formed by notching the opening edge of the surface opposite to the surface where the module hook receiving portion 61 is formed of the storage case 60 for storing the signal modules 41 side by side. For this reason, when the signal module 41 is removed from the storage case 60, if the module hook 48 and the module hook receiving portion 61 are released into the notch 63 while being released, the release and the signal module 41 are removed. Can be easily performed.

In addition, the signal module 41 includes a housing body 42 having an opening surface 43 facing the surface opposite to the electronic circuit mounting surface of the printed board 49, and a cover 44 having a shape covering a part of the opening surface 43. I prepared. For this reason, heat dissipation and housing | casing intensity | strength can be improved.
Since the cover 44 covers only a part of the opening surface 43, a part of the printed board 49 accommodated therein is exposed. However, since there is a protective wall 42c, the printed board is placed even if the signal module 41 is placed on the floor or the like. 49 is not in direct contact. Further, when the signal module 41 is stored in the storage case 60, the exposed portion is covered with the side wall of the storage case 60 or the adjacent signal module 41 and is not exposed to the outside.
