Description
本発明の好ましい実施の形態においては、上記滞留部は、疎水領域を有している。
Claims (9)
- 流れ方向上流側に位置する流入部と、
流れ方向下流側に位置する排出部と、
上記流入部および上記排出部に挟まれており、これらよりも断面積が大である拡大部と、
を備え、液体が送液される微細流路であって、
上記排出部は、上記流入部に対して上記流れ方向において反対側に位置する1対の排出口と、上記1対の排出口の間に位置し、かつ上記流れ方向上流側に向かってテーパ状とされた分離部と、上記1対の排出口の流れ方向下流側に各別に繋がり、かつ上記排出口よりも断面積が大である1対の滞留部と、を含むことを特徴とする、微細流路。 - 毛細管現象を利用して上記液体が送液される、請求項1に記載の微細流路。
- 上記滞留部には、上記液体を吸収したときに膨張することにより、上記滞留部より下流側に上記液体が流出することを阻止する膨潤部材が設けられている、請求項1に記載の微細流路。
- 上記滞留部は、上記流れ方向と直角である方向において互いに離間対向する天井面および底面を有しており、
上記底面は、上記天井面および上記底面が離間対向する方向視において中央寄りに位置する島部と、上記離間対向する方向視において上記島部を囲み、かつ上記島部よりも上記天井面に対して離間する包囲部と、を有する、請求項1に記載の微細流路。 - 上記滞留部は、疎水領域を有している、請求項1に記載の微細流路。
- 上記滞留部の上記流れ方向下流側に位置する追加の拡大部と、 上記滞留部からの液体を上記追加の拡大部へと導く追加の流入部と、
上記追加の拡大部から液体が排出され、かつ上記追加の流入部に対して上記流れ方向反対側に位置する1対の追加の排出口を含む追加の排出部と、をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の微細流路。 - 上記滞留部と上記追加の流入部との間には、大気開放状態とすることが可能な開放室が設けられている、請求項6に記載の微細流路。
- 上記開放室が、上記開放室内の圧力を減圧させることが可能な減圧手段に繋げられている、請求項7に記載の微細流路。
- 請求項1に記載の微細流路を備え、
上記拡大部が、分析の場として用いられることを特徴とする、分析用具。
