Description
(1)メルトフローレート(MFR)
JIS規格K−7210(試験条件4)に従い、190℃、荷重21.2Nで測定した。
ASTM規格D−648に従い、荷重0.45MPaで熱変形温度を測定した。実用上は、熱変形温度が80℃以上であることが好ましい。
射出成形機(東芝社製、型番IS−80G)でダンベル型試験片の成形試験を実施した。成形温度190℃、金型温度100℃の条件で、樹脂を金型に充填した後の冷却時間を次第に延ばしていき、離型が良好となる金型冷却時間を評価した。ただし100sでも離型が良好にならない場合は、それ以上の時間では評価しなかった。金型冷却時間は60s未満であるのが経済性の点から好ましい。

(実施例1〜6、参考例1〜2、比較例1〜5)
二軸押出機(東芝機械社製、型番TEM‐37BS)を使用して、表1の「トップフィード組成」に示す配合で、トップフィーダから、生分解性ポリエステル樹脂および可塑剤を供給し、加工温度190℃で溶融混練し押出しを行なった。その際、混練機途中から、ポンプを用いて、表1の「途中添加組成」に示す配合で、過酸化物/架橋助剤/可塑剤の混合溶液を注入した。そして、吐出された樹脂をペレット状にカッティングして樹脂組成物を得た。
Claims (6)
- 生分解性ポリエステル樹脂90〜99.5質量%と、可塑剤としてのグリセリンジアセトモノカプレートまたはポリグリセリン酢酸エステル10〜0.5質量%とを含有した樹脂組成物100質量部に、過酸化物を0.01〜10質量部配合した原料から得られたものであることを特徴とするポリエステル樹脂組成物。
- さらに架橋助剤0.01〜5質量部を配合した原料から得られたものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のポリエステル樹脂組成物。
- 生分解ポリエステル樹脂の主成分がポリ乳酸であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のポリエステル樹脂組成物。
- 架橋助剤が(メタ)アクリル酸エステル化合物であることを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載のポリエステル樹脂組成物。
- 生分解ポリエステル樹脂が植物系原料から製造されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のポリエステル樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のポリエステル樹脂組成物を成形したものであることを特徴とする成形体。
