Description

The present invention relates to a non-woven fabric welding device, and more particularly to a non-woven fabric welding device for welding a non-woven fabric to create a non-woven fabric product.

Conventionally, a sewing toy has been proposed as a sewing toy for sewing two pieces of fabric (for example, Patent Document 1). This sewing toy is provided with a thread tensioner that can appropriately adjust the tension of the upper thread even by a child and that prevents the upper thread from coming off the thread tensioner.
Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2005-349067

The problem to be solved by the present invention is that the above-mentioned sewing toy is devised so that even a child can sew, but it was conceived assuming a real sewing machine to the end, in order to sew Needle and thread are necessary, and handling of these articles is indispensable, and pre-preparation and post-treatment must be performed, and there is a problem that cannot be handled by young people.

It is an object of the present invention to solve the above-mentioned problems and to provide a nonwoven fabric welding apparatus with a new concept that enables young people to easily create a nonwoven fabric product without requiring pre-preparation and post-processing for sewing. To do.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the nonwoven fabric welding apparatus according to the present invention is characterized by having the following requirements for creating a nonwoven fabric product by welding a nonwoven fabric made of a thermoplastic resin.
(B) The non-woven fabric welding device is composed of a work plate for placing the non-woven fabric and a welding device for welding the non-woven fabric placed on the work plate. (B) The welding device is composed of the work plate. A contact portion that contacts the non-woven fabric placed thereon, a work shaft that is disposed in the contact portion and can be projected and lowered downward from the contact portion, and a motor that rotationally drives the work shaft. during rotation, superimposed by placing the nonwoven fabric on said work table, a non-woven fabric by conveyed toward the rear from the front of the working shaft, and the work shaft and nonwoven fabric with the working shaft contacts the nonwoven fabric Generate frictional heat and cut while welding nonwoven fabric

The work plate and the work shaft are preferably formed of a thermosetting resin having low thermal conductivity.

The nonwoven fabric welding apparatus may include a selection unit that selects a rotation direction of the motor.

According to the present invention, when a nonwoven fabric is placed on a work plate and the contact portion of the welding device is pressed against the nonwoven fabric, the nonwoven fabric is welded by frictional heat generated between the rotating work shaft and the nonwoven fabric. It can be separated from the welded part, so it does not require pre-preparation or post-treatment like a conventional sewing machine toy, and can be easily replaced instead of sewing. The nonwoven fabric welding apparatus which can be provided can be provided.

According to the invention of claim 2, since the work plate and the work shaft are formed of a thermosetting resin having low thermal conductivity, the frictional heat generated between the nonwoven fabric and the work shaft causes the work plate and the work shaft to move. Therefore, the nonwoven fabric can be efficiently welded without rotating the motor at a high speed.

According to the invention of claim 3, since the selection means for selecting the rotation direction of the motor is provided, it is free to determine in which of the non-woven fabric feeding directions the welded portion of the non-woven fabric to be moved with respect to the work shaft can be formed. Can be set to

FIG. 1 shows an example of a nonwoven fabric welding device according to the present invention. This nonwoven fabric welding device A is a device for welding a nonwoven fabric made of a thermoplastic resin (for example, polyethylene) with a welding device B to produce a nonwoven fabric product. B is a contact portion 3 that presses the nonwoven fabric placed on the work plate 2 provided on the base 1 against the work plate 2, and a contact portion 3 that is disposed in the contact portion 3 and that extends downward from the contact portion 3. The work shaft 4 can be moved in and out and a motor 5 that rotationally drives the work shaft 4. The welding apparatus B is detachably held by a holding member 7 provided at the tip of the arm 6.

The arm 6 is supported by a support member 9 whose rear end is fixed on a pedestal 8 so as to be pivotable up and down by a support shaft 10 and is biased by a spring member 11 so as to pivot downward. A holding member 7 formed in a tapered shape with a substantially U shape in plan view is fixed to the tip of the arm 6 with a screw 12 (see FIG. 2).

The pedestal 8 accommodates a power supply battery 13 for driving the motor 5, and a fixed frame 14 having a substantially U-shape in plan view is fixed to the upper surface by an appropriate fixing means such as a screw or an adhesive. The support member 9 can be fixed to the pedestal 8 by engaging the engagement protrusions 9 a formed to protrude from both ends of the support member 9 into the formed engagement groove 14 a. Further, a selection switch 15 which is a selection means for selecting the rotation direction of the motor 5 is arranged.

Since the welded portion formed on the nonwoven fabric is formed on the left or right side of the work shaft 4 depending on the rotation direction of the work shaft 4 even if the feeding direction of the nonwoven fabric is the same with respect to the work shaft 4, The rotation direction of the motor 5 may be set in advance by the selection switch 15 depending on which side of the feeding direction the part is formed.

A circular recess 16 is formed in the front portion of the base 1, and the work plate 2 formed in a disc shape is fitted into the recess 16. The work plate 2 may be made of a thermosetting resin (for example, bakelite) that is hard and resistant to heat and has low thermal conductivity.

As shown in FIG. 3, the welding apparatus B includes a motor 5 housed in a sliding member 18 disposed in a cylindrical frame 17 so as to be movable up and down, and a connecting member 20 on a rotary shaft 19 of the motor 5. And a contact portion 3 that presses the nonwoven fabric against the work plate 2.

The sliding member 18 is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape, and an opening 21 is formed in the center of the bottom plate so that the connecting member 20 protrudes downward. On both sides of the opening 21, two sliding portions protrude downward. 22 is formed, and the shaft portion 22 protrudes downward from a hole portion 24 formed in the bottom plate 23 of the frame 17, and a washer 25 larger than the hole portion 24 is attached to the tip of the shaft portion 22 with a screw 26. The frame 17 can be moved up and down by the length of the shaft portion 22.

The tip of the work shaft 4 corresponds to an opening 27 formed at the bottom of the bottomed cylindrical abutting portion 3 formed to bulge downward from the bottom plate 23 of the frame 17, and the sliding member 18 (motor Corresponding to the vertical movement of 5), it appears and disappears from the opening 27.

In addition, since the arm 6 is urged | biased so that it may rotate below with the spring member 11, the contact part 3 of the welding apparatus B is in the state which pressed the nonwoven fabric against the work board 2, but a nonwoven fabric is working. The bottom portion 3a of the contact portion 3 is formed in a substantially hemispherical shape so that the conveyance on the work plate 2 can be performed smoothly even when pressed against the plate 2.

The work shaft 4 may be formed of a thermosetting resin (for example, bakelite) that is hard, heat resistant, and low in heat conductivity, like the work plate 2.

Further, projecting edges 28 and 29 are formed along the peripheral surface at the lower end and the side surface of the frame 17, respectively. The projecting edges 28 and 29 are the holding members 7 fixed to the tip of the arm 6 described above. It is provided with a positioning function for preventing the frame 17 from being displaced vertically from the holding member 7 when held.

1 and 2, the motor 5 and the power battery 13 are electrically connected by a cable (not shown). A switch 30 for turning on / off the motor 5 is attached to the upper plate 31 of the frame 17.

The case where a bag-like nonwoven fabric product is made with the nonwoven fabric welding apparatus A will be described. First, the direction of rotation of the motor 5 is selected with the selection switch 15, the switch 30 is turned on and the motor 5 is rotated. As shown in FIG. Insert under part 3).

When the manufacturer supplies the nonwoven fabric as a supply for making a nonwoven fabric product, the mark m may be displayed in advance so that the welded portion can be seen, or the user creates an original nonwoven fabric product. You may draw the mark m yourself with a writing instrument.

Since the nonwoven fabric a inserted under the welding apparatus B is in a state where the welding apparatus B is pushed up, the work shaft 4 is also pushed up and the tip is in contact with the nonwoven fabric a, but the work shaft 4 is rotated. Therefore, frictional heat is generated between the tip of the work shaft 4 and the nonwoven fabric a, and the work shaft 4 is lowered while melting the nonwoven fabric a, so that the two nonwoven fabrics a are welded.

When the nonwoven fabric a is continuously conveyed from the front of the welding apparatus B toward the back along the mark m, friction heat is generated between the nonwoven fabric a and the peripheral surface of the work shaft 4, and the generated friction heat The non-woven fabric a is conveyed while forming a welded portion b on the right side in the traveling direction and fusing and separating it left and right (see FIG. 5).

If the non-woven fabric a is completely passed under the work shaft 4, the non-woven fabric a is separated into left and right, and a welded portion b is formed at one end, so it is transported under the rotating work shaft 4. Since it can be cut while being welded (see FIG. 6), the selection switch 15 is operated to switch the rotation direction of the motor 5, and the non-woven fabric a can be similarly conveyed along the other mark m. .

Note that the welded portion b is formed in a different direction around the work shaft 4 depending on the rotation direction of the work shaft 4 even if the moving direction of the nonwoven fabric a is the same. As shown in FIG. 7A, the welding portion b is formed on the right side of the work shaft 4 when the work shaft 4 rotates counterclockwise, and the work shaft 4 rotates clockwise. In this case, as shown in FIG. 7 (b), it is formed on the left side of the work shaft 4, so the rotation direction of the motor 5 may be set in advance by the selection switch 15.

Since the nonwoven fabric a which has been welded is separated to the left and right at the welded portion b, a bag-shaped nonwoven fabric product C can be obtained by pulling away the unnecessary portion, turning it over, and folding the opening side (see FIG. 8A).

Further, FIG. 9 illustrates another example of the usage mode of the nonwoven fabric welding apparatus A. The welding apparatus B is removed from the holding member 7, and a separately prepared work plate 2 ′ is inserted into the nonwoven fabric product C. Another nonwoven fabric a is inserted between the work plate 2 ′ and the nonwoven fabric product C, and the abutting portion 3 is pressed onto the nonwoven fabric product C by holding the welding device B by hand.

When the contact portion 3 is pressed against the non-woven fabric product C, the tip of the work shaft 4 comes into contact with the portion, and frictional heat is generated to weld the non-woven fabric product C and the non-woven fabric product C ′. Is lifted away from the non-woven product C.

Since the welded part b 'is formed with a spot at the part where the work shaft 4 abuts, the nonwoven fabric can be reliably connected to each other if it is welded in the same manner at a plurality of locations, and a nonwoven fabric product C with a suspension is created. (See FIG. 8B).

In addition, if the decoration D is attached so that the welding part b ′ cannot be seen, a cute bag can be made (see FIG. 8C).

As described above, when welding with a wire, the welding device B is attached to the tip of the arm 6, the nonwoven fabric a is inserted under the contact portion 3, and the nonwoven fabric a is conveyed while being welded. In this case, the non-woven fabric is placed on a separately prepared work plate 2 ′, and the abutting portion 3 may be pressed against a necessary place in a state where the welding apparatus B is detached from the holding member 7 and held by hand.

As described above, if the power is turned on and the nonwoven fabric a is guided under the welding device B, the nonwoven fabric a can be easily welded and cut, so that a thread for sewing can be prepared or used for sewing. No need for cutting tools such as scissors to set the thread of the thread or cut it into the required shape after sewing or before sewing, and anyone can easily create a non-woven fabric product without pre-preparation or post-processing Therefore, it is possible to provide a non-woven fabric welding apparatus that can be enjoyed even by young people with excellent usability.

In addition, although the above-mentioned nonwoven fabric welding apparatus demonstrated the case where a nonwoven fabric product made from a thermoplastic resin was used as a material, it is not limited to a nonwoven fabric, and vinyl may be used as a material.
