Description
Claims (10)
- 制御エレメントによって制御されるように構成される複数の転送エレメントを含むネットワーク・ドメインを含むネットワークにおいて、移動ノードのためにパケット・ルーティングを制御する、前記制御エレメントによって実行される方法であって、
前記転送エレメントのそれぞれに対して、前記転送エレメントから前記移動ノードへの経路を計算するステップを含み、それぞれの経路が、前記移動ノードと関連する位置情報および前記ネットワーク・ドメインと関連するルーティング情報を使用して計算され、さらに、
モビリティ・ホーム・エージェント(HA)が提供するパケット転送機能を実行する、前記ネットワーク・ドメインの前記各転送エレメントへ前記計算された経路を伝えるステップを含む、方法。
- 前記移動ノードと関連する前記位置情報が、前記移動ノードの現在位置と、前記モビリティHAから前記移動ノードへのトンネルの一対のエンドポイントとを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記移動ノードと関連する前記位置情報が、前記モビリティHAから受信される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ルーティング情報が、前記ネットワーク・ドメインと関連するネットワーク・トポロジ情報と、前記ネットワーク・ドメインと関連する少なくとも1つのサービス品質メトリクスとを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのサービス品質メトリクスが、パス・ホップ・メトリクス、パス・コスト・メトリクス、リンク・コスト・メトリクス、およびパス遅延メトリクスのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- それぞれの転送エレメントに対し、前記移動ノードへのパスが前記モビリティHAを含む必要をなくすための方法で前記経路が計算される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- それぞれの転送エレメントに対し、前記計算された経路が、前記転送エレメントから前記移動ノードへの前記移動ノードに向けられたパケットをルーティングするために次のホップのノードを識別する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- それぞれの転送エレメントに対し、前記経路が、前記移動ノードへのパスが前記モビリティHAを含む必要をなくすための方法で計算される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 制御エレメントによって制御されるように構成される複数の転送エレメントを含むネットワーク・ドメインを含むネットワークにおいて、移動ノードのためにパケットのルーティングを制御する装置であって、
前記転送エレメントのそれぞれに対して、前記転送エレメントから前記移動ノードへの経路を計算する手段を含み、それぞれの経路が、前記移動ノードと関連する位置情報および前記ネットワーク・ドメインと関連するルーティング情報を使用して計算され、さらに、
前記計算された経路を、モビリティ・ホーム・エージェント(HA)によって提供されるパケット転送機能を実行する、前記ネットワーク・ドメインの前記各転送エレメントに伝える手段を含む、装置。
