Description

The present invention relates to a lid for a vertical tube, and more particularly to, for example, a lid for a vertical tube attached to an upper end opening of the vertical tube.

The present applicant has proposed an underground irrigation system in Japanese Patent Application No. 2007-219301 filed on August 27, 2007. In the water level management device in this underground irrigation system, the management device main body is housed inside the vertical pipe, and the main pipe (water supply pipe) inserted from the upper end opening (upper end opening portion) of the vertical pipe, the management device main body, Is connected. However, since the upper end of the vertical pipe is always open so that the main pipe can be inserted, foreign matters such as fallen leaves and dust tend to accumulate in the vertical pipe. Here, if foreign matter accumulates in the vertical pipe, the water level controller may not be able to maintain its function properly, so it is necessary to perform periodic inspections and cleaning to properly remove foreign matter that has entered the vertical pipe. And it takes time and effort for maintenance. For this reason, it seems necessary to prevent the entry of foreign matter into the vertical pipe using some means.

As a measure for preventing the entry of foreign matter into the vertical pipe, it is conceivable to attach a lid to the upper end opening of the vertical pipe and to form an insertion portion (hole) through which the main pipe is inserted. However, such a lid cannot be attached to the upper end opening of the vertical tube if the main tube has already been inserted into the vertical tube. Moreover, even if the main pipe is inserted through the insertion portion of the lid after the lid is attached, it is difficult to remove the lid from the upper end opening of the vertical pipe.

On the other hand, Patent Document 1 discloses a lid formed of a plurality of parts as a lid that takes into account a tube inserted into the opening. The lid is composed of a plurality of parts, and each part has a notch. And by connecting each notch part formed in a plurality of parts, a communication part (hole) that communicates the inside and outside of the fence body is formed, and the piping in the fence body is connected to the floor from this through part. Pulled out.
JP-A-10-299980 [F16L 57/00]

In the technique of Patent Document 1, even if the pipes and the like in the main body are pulled out on the floor, each of the parts constituting the lid so that the pipes and the like are surrounded by the respective notches. By disposing, the lid can be attached to the opening of the bag main body. Moreover, even if it is the state by which piping etc. are penetrated by the communication part, the said lid | cover can be removed from the opening part of a bag main body by removing each of the parts which comprise the lid | cover. However, even if the technique of Patent Document 1 is applied to a vertical tube, the lid is composed of a plurality of parts, so the number of parts increases, and it takes time and effort to attach and detach the lid.

Furthermore, in the technique of Patent Document 1, when piping or the like drawn on the floor moves, there is a risk that parts constituting the lid may be scattered or the lid itself may come off from the opening due to the impact. Therefore, even if the technique of Patent Document 1 is applied to a vertical tube, the upper end opening of the vertical tube cannot be properly closed.

Therefore, the main object of the present invention is to provide a novel longitudinal tube lid.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a lid for a vertical tube that is excellent in workability.

Still another object of the present invention is to provide a lid for a vertical pipe that can appropriately close the upper end opening of the vertical pipe.

The present invention employs the following configuration in order to solve the above problems. Note that reference numerals in parentheses, supplementary explanations, and the like indicate correspondence relationships with embodiments described later to help understanding of the present invention, and do not limit the present invention in any way.

1st invention is a lid | cover for vertical pipes attached to the upper end opening part of a vertical pipe, Comprising: The top plate which covers an upper end opening part from upper direction, It forms along the outer periphery of a top plate, and it fits on the upper end of a vertical pipe fitting portion fits, is formed toward the outer peripheral edge of the top plate inwardly, notch that divides the fitting portion, and an annular shape, provided with a rubber member provided on the outer periphery of the fitting portion, the rubber member This is a lid for a vertical tube in which a part of is disposed inward of the notch so as not to interfere with the notch .

In the first invention, the lid (10) includes a top plate (12) and a notch (14) formed in the top plate, and is attached to the upper end opening (104) of the vertical tube (102). This prevents foreign matter from entering the vertical pipe. A top plate is formed in disk shape, for example, and covers the upper-end opening part of a vertical pipe from upper direction. The notch is formed so that the outer peripheral edge of the top plate is notched inward, and a communicating body (50) extending between the inside and the outside of the vertical tube is inserted into the notch. A fitting portion (16) is formed on the lower surface of the top plate along the outer peripheral edge of the top plate. The fitting portion has, for example, a substantially short cylindrical shape in which a part of the peripheral wall is divided by a notch, and fits into the upper end opening of the vertical tube. A rubber member (26) that functions as a stopper for the upper end of the vertical pipe is provided on the outer periphery of the fitting portion.

According to the first aspect of the invention, the lid can be easily attached to and detached from the upper end opening of the vertical tube even when there is a communicating body extending between the inside and the outside of the vertical tube. Therefore, it is excellent in workability. Moreover, since the lid is prevented from coming off at the upper end of the vertical tube, the upper end opening of the vertical tube can be appropriately closed.

A second invention is a lid for a vertical tube to be attached to the upper end opening of the vertical tube, the top plate covers the upper end opening from above, and is formed along the outer periphery of the top plate, and is fitted to the upper end of the vertical tube Fitting part, formed from the outer periphery of the top plate toward the inside, a cutout part that divides the fitting part , formed on the top plate, protruding part in the same direction as the fitting part, A through portion that communicates between the outer peripheral side and the inner peripheral side , and a rubber member that is formed in an annular shape and provided on the outer periphery of the fitting portion, and a part of the rubber member projects from the outer periphery of the fitting portion through the through portion It was so that hooked on, a lid for the vertical pipe.

In the second invention, the top plate (12) is formed with a protruding portion (22) protruding in the same direction as the fitting portion (16). Moreover, a through part (20) is formed in the fitting part (16). The through portion, for example, divides a part of the peripheral wall of the fitting portion to connect the inner surface side and the outer surface side of the fitting portion, and in the embodiment, the two through portions sandwich the notch portion (14). It is formed symmetrically. The rubber member (26) is formed in an annular shape, and a part of the rubber member (26) is fixedly provided on the outer periphery of the fitting portion by being hooked on the protrusion from the outer periphery of the fitting portion through the through portion.

According to the second invention, the rubber member can be fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion by its own tension. Therefore, for example, it is excellent in workability as compared with the case of using screws or wood screws.

3rd invention depends on 2nd invention, and a protrusion part is formed along the outer periphery of a notch part in the surface of a top plate.

In 3rd invention, a protrusion part (22) is formed along the outer periphery of a notch part (14) in the surface of a top plate (12). For this reason, even if a communicating body (50) is inserted in a notch part, a communicating body and a rubber member (26) do not interfere.

According to this invention, even if there is a communicating body that extends between the inside and the outside of the vertical tube, the lid can be easily attached to and detached from the upper end opening of the vertical tube, so that the workability is excellent. .

Furthermore, according to this invention, since the lid is prevented from coming off at the upper end of the vertical tube, the upper end opening of the vertical tube can be appropriately closed.

The above object, other objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description of embodiments with reference to the drawings.

1 and 2, a lid 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a top plate 12 and a notch portion 14 formed in the top plate 12, and an upper end opening of a vertical pipe. To prevent foreign material from entering the vertical tube.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, the lid 10 is applied to the underground irrigation system 200 and is attached to the upper end opening 104 of the vertical pipe 102 in the water level manager 100 that manages the water level in the field. However, it need not be limited to this.

The water level manager 100 is a concept including a water supply level manager 130 mainly having a function of supplying water to a farm field and a drain water level manager 170 mainly having a function of draining water from the field. Below, the lid | cover 10 with which the upper end opening part 104 of the vertical pipe 102 in the feed water level management device 130 is mounted | worn is demonstrated as an example.

As shown in FIG. 3, the water supply water level management unit 130 includes a vertical pipe 102 having a water storage function and a management unit main body 132 accommodated in the vertical pipe 102, and is supplied according to the water level in the vertical pipe 102. Water supply from the water pipe 110 to the water supply pipe 150 buried in the ground is adjusted.

The vertical tube 102 is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape by a synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride. The upper end of the vertical pipe 102 is open, and the water supply pipe 110 is inserted from the upper end opening 104, and the water supply pipe 110 and the management device main body 132 are connected. In other words, the water supply pipe 110 is the communicating body 50 that extends between the inside and the outside of the vertical pipe 102 in the vertical pipe 102 of this embodiment. Further, a water supply pipe connecting portion 106 is formed at the lower portion of the side wall of the vertical pipe 102, and a water supply pipe 150 is connected to the water supply pipe connecting portion 106.

As the management device main body 132, the one proposed in Japanese Patent Application No. 2007-83825 filed earlier by the applicant of the present application can be used.

Specifically, the management device main body 132 includes a shaft portion 134, and the shaft portion 134 is formed in a straight tube shape by metal or synthetic resin. One end portion of the shaft portion 134 is a connection portion for connecting the water supply pipe 110 and the management device main body 132. The other end of the shaft portion 134 is used as a valve seat 136 that receives a valve body 144 described later, and the opening at the other end is used as a water supply port 138 that supplies water into the vertical tube 102.

The management device main body 132 includes a shaft fixture 140 and a float 142, which are arranged around the shaft portion 134. The shaft fixing tool 140 is attached to each of an upper part and a lower part of the shaft part 134 to prevent the shaft part 134 from being inclined.

The float 142 is a buoy that is arranged above the water supply port 138 and rises and falls according to the fluctuation of the water level in the vertical tube 102, and is formed in a hollow ring shape by a synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride. A shaft portion 134 is inserted into a hole formed so as to penetrate the center portion of the float 142, and the float 142 moves (ascends and descends) along the shaft portion 134. The float 142 is connected to a valve body 144 that is disposed below the water supply port 138 and opens and closes the water supply port 138.

In such a water supply water level management device 130, when the water supplied to the water supply pipe 110 is supplied into the vertical pipe 102 from the water supply port 138, water is collected in the vertical pipe 102, the float 142 floats on the water surface, and the vertical The float 142 moves up and down in conjunction with the fluctuation of the water level using the water supply pipe 110 provided in as a guide. When the float 142 moves up, the valve body 144 comes into contact with the valve seat 136 and closes the water supply port 138 to stop water supply to the water supply pipe 150 embedded in the ground of the farm field. On the other hand, when the float 142 descends, the valve body 144 moves away from the valve seat 136 and opens the water supply port 138 to supply water to the vertical pipe 102 and is supplied from the water supply pipe 150 to the field.

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 8, the lid 10 includes a top plate 12 formed in a substantially disc shape from a metal, a synthetic resin, or the like. The outer diameter of the top plate 12 is set larger than the inner diameter of the vertical tube 102 so as to cover the upper end opening 104 of the vertical tube 102, and is, for example, 220 mm.

A cutout 14 for inserting the communicating body 50 is formed on the outer peripheral edge of the top plate 12. In this embodiment, the water supply pipe 110 is inserted through the cutout 14. The notch portion 14 is formed so as to be cut out in a vertically long rectangular shape with the outer peripheral edge of the top plate 12 as the center, and has a substantially U shape in a top view.

Further, the top plate 12 is formed with a fitting portion 16 along the outer peripheral edge of the top plate 12. The fitting part 16 is formed in a short cylindrical shape in which a part of the peripheral wall is divided by a notch part 14 and a through part 20 to be described later, and protrudes downward from the lower surface of the top plate 12. The fitting part 16 is a part fitted to the upper end of the vertical tube 102, and the outer diameter is appropriately set according to the inner diameter of the vertical tube 102, and is, for example, 200 mm. A rubber groove 18 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 16, and a rubber member 26 described later is provided in the rubber groove 18.

In addition, the fitting portion 16 is formed with a through portion 20 that divides a part of the peripheral wall of the fitting portion 16 to communicate the inner surface side and the outer surface side of the fitting portion 16. The through portion 20 is formed in the vicinity of the notch portion 14, and the two through portions 20 are formed symmetrically with the notch portion 14 interposed therebetween.

Further, the top plate 12 is formed with a protruding portion 22 that protrudes in the same direction as the fitting portion 16. The protrusion 22 is formed along the outer peripheral edge of the notch 14 in the plane of the top plate 12 and protrudes downward from the lower surface of the top plate 12.

In addition, a grip portion 24 is provided on the top surface of the top plate 12. The grip portion 24 is formed in a handle shape, and thereby the lid 10 can be easily attached to and detached from the upper end opening 104 of the vertical tube 102.

The rubber member 26 is formed in an annular shape from rubber such as styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) and ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM). The rubber member 26 functions as a stopper for the upper end of the vertical tube 102 and is fixedly provided on the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 16. Specifically, the rubber member 26 is attached to the rubber ring groove 18 of the fitting portion 16, and a portion corresponding to the position of the notch portion 14 is passed from the through portion 20 to the inside of the fitting portion 16, It is hooked on the protrusion 22. Thereby, the rubber member 26 is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 16 by its own tension.

In order to attach such a lid 10 to the upper end opening 104 of the vertical pipe 102, first, a communicating body 50 (water supply pipe 110) extending between the inside and the outside of the vertical pipe 102 is inserted into the notch 14, and the vertical pipe 102 is left as it is. The fitting portion 16 is fitted to the upper end of the tube 102 and the upper end opening 104 is covered with the top plate 12 from above. Thereby, intrusion of foreign matters such as fallen leaves and dust into the vertical pipe 102 is prevented, and the function of the water supply level controller 130 can be appropriately maintained.

According to this embodiment, the lid 10 can be easily attached to the upper end opening 104 of the vertical pipe 102 even if there is a communicating body 50 (water supply pipe 110) extending between the inside and the outside of the vertical pipe 102. The lid 10 can be easily detached from the upper end opening 104 of the vertical tube 102. Here, in the lid constituted by a plurality of parts as disclosed in Patent Document 1, even if the lid can be freely attached and detached, problems such as time and labor are required for construction. On the other hand, in this embodiment, since the communicating body 50 is inserted through the notch 14 formed from the outer peripheral edge of the top plate 12 toward the center, the structure of the lid 10 can be simplified. For this reason, the lid 10 can be easily attached to and detached from the upper end opening 104 of the vertical tube 102 even if the communicating body 50 extends between the inside and the outside of the vertical tube 102. Therefore, it is excellent in workability.

Furthermore, according to this embodiment, since the rubber member 26 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 16, the lid 10 can be prevented from coming off with respect to the upper end of the vertical tube 102. Therefore, even if the communicating body 50 inserted through the cutout portion 14 moves in the vertical direction, the lid 10 is prevented from coming off from the upper end of the vertical tube 102, so that the upper end opening of the vertical tube 102 is 104 can be properly closed. Moreover, even if an external force due to a storm such as a typhoon acts on the lid 10, the lid 10 is not blown off.

Furthermore, according to this embodiment, the rubber member 26 is formed in an annular shape, and a part of the rubber member 26 is hooked from the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 16 through the through portion 20 to the protruding portion 22. For this reason, the rubber member 26 can be fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 16 by its own tension. Therefore, it is not necessary to process the rubber member 26 according to the shape of the lid 10. Moreover, compared with the case where the rubber member 26 is fixed to the lid | cover 10 using a screw, a wooden screw, etc., it is excellent in workability.

Furthermore, according to this embodiment, the protruding portion 22 is formed along the outer peripheral edge of the notch portion 14 in the plane of the top plate 12. For this reason, for example, even if the communication body 50 is inserted through the notch 14, the communication body 50 and the rubber member 26 do not interfere with each other.

By the way, in the above-described embodiment, the lid 10 is attached to the upper end opening 104 of the vertical pipe 102 in the water supply level controller 130, and the water supply pipe 110 is inserted through the notch 14. Below, the lid | cover 10 with which the upper end opening part 104 of the vertical pipe 102 in the drainage water level management device 170 is mounted | worn as an example is demonstrated.

As shown in FIG. 9, the drainage water level management unit 170 includes a vertical pipe 102 having a water storage function, and a management unit main body 172 housed in the vertical pipe 102, The discharge of water from the water supply pipe 150 embedded therein to the drain pipe 190 is adjusted.

The vertical tube 102 is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape by a synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride. At the bottom of the side wall of the vertical pipe 102, a water supply pipe connection portion 106 connected to the water supply pipe 150 is formed, and a drainage pipe connection portion 108 connected to the drainage pipe 190 is formed slightly above. A receiving portion 174 for receiving the manager main body 172 is formed inside the vertical tube 102. The receiving portion 174 is formed in a funnel shape, and an inclined portion 174a that protrudes obliquely downward from a position (height) between the water supply pipe connecting portion 106 and the drain pipe connecting portion 108 on the inner surface of the vertical pipe 102, and the inclination And a straight pipe portion 174b extending from the lower end of the portion 174a.

The management device main body 172 is a member used to block the flow of water from the water supply pipe connecting portion 106 to the drain pipe connecting portion 108 in the vertical pipe 102, and is a lower pipe that is detachably inserted into the receiving portion 174. 178 and an upper pipe 176 provided in the lower pipe 178 so as to be slidable in the axial direction. The upper pipe 176 is a tubular body whose axial length is slightly longer than that of the lower pipe 178, and the height position of the upper end opening is the water level (set water level) set by the drainage water level manager 170. The lower pipe 178 is a tubular body having a slightly larger diameter than the upper pipe 176, and a handle part 180 is provided on the outer peripheral surface thereof.

The handle part 180 is formed in a substantially U shape by two vertical members 180a fixed to the outer periphery of the lower pipe 178 and a horizontal member 180b connecting the upper ends of the two vertical members 180a. The uppermost portion of the handle part 180, that is, the height of the lateral member 180 b is arranged higher than the uppermost portion of the upper pipe 176 in the state where the manager main body 172 is extended to the maximum. The handle part 180 is a communicating body 50 that extends between the inside and the outside of the vertical pipe 102 in the vertical pipe 102 of this embodiment, and the operator holds the handle part 180 so that the operator can manage the main body 172 of the management unit. Can be easily inserted into and removed from the receiving portion 174.

In such a drainage water level management device 170, the water that flows from the water supply pipe 150 into the water supply pipe connection portion 106 (longitudinal tube 102) accumulates inside the management device main body 172 inserted into the receiving portion 174. And if the water level which accumulates in the management device main body 172 rises beyond the height (set water level) of the upper end opening of the upper pipe 176 set in advance, the water exceeding the set water level is managed. It overflows outside the vessel body 172 and is discharged from the drain pipe connecting portion 108 (vertical pipe 102) to the drain pipe 190. Further, when draining, when the management unit main body 172 inserted into the receiving portion 174 is removed by pulling up the handle part 180, the water flowing from the water supply pipe 150 into the water supply pipe connection section 106 is directly used as the drain pipe connection section 108. Is discharged to the drain pipe 190.

As shown in FIGS. 10 to 14, the lid 10 includes a top plate 12 formed in a substantially disc shape from metal, synthetic resin, or the like. The outer diameter of the top plate 12 is set slightly larger than the inner diameter of the vertical tube 102 so as to cover the upper end opening 104 of the vertical tube 102, and is, for example, 170 mm.

As shown in FIGS. 10 to 14, a cutout portion 14 is formed on the outer peripheral edge of the top plate 12 for inserting a communicating body 50 extending between the inside and the outside of the vertical tube 102. In this embodiment, 2 The vertical member 180 a of the handle part 180 is inserted into each of the two notches 14. The notch 14 is formed so as to be cut into a vertically long rectangular shape with the outer peripheral edge of the top plate 12 as the center, and the two notches 14 are arranged symmetrically with the center of the top plate 12 in between.

The outer diameter of the fitting portion 16 is appropriately set according to the inner diameter of the vertical tube 102, and is 150 mm, for example. A rubber groove 18 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 16, and a rubber member 26 described later is provided in the rubber groove 18.

In the fitting portion 16, a part of the peripheral wall of the fitting portion 16 is divided, and a through portion 20 that communicates the inner surface side and the outer surface side of the fitting portion 16 is formed. The through portion 20 is formed in the vicinity of the notch portion 14, and the two through portions 20 are formed symmetrically with each of the two notch portions 14 being sandwiched therebetween.

Further, the top plate 12 is formed with a protruding portion 22 that protrudes in the same direction as the fitting portion 16. The protrusion 22 is formed in a substantially U shape along the outer peripheral edge of each notch 14 within the surface of the top plate 12, and protrudes downward from the lower surface of the top plate 12.

In addition, a grip portion 24 is provided on the top surface of the top plate 12. The grip portion 24 is formed in a handle shape, and thereby the lid 10 can be easily attached to and detached from the upper end opening 104 of the vertical tube 102.

The rubber member 26 is formed in an annular shape, and a part of the rubber member 26 is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 16 by being hooked on the protruding portion 22 through the through portion 20 from the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 16.

Such a lid 10 is attached to the upper end opening 104 of the vertical tube 102 and prevents foreign matter such as fallen leaves and dust from entering the vertical tube 102.

Moreover, the manager main body 172 in the drainage water level manager 170 is suspended from the lid 10 at the time of drainage, for example. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 15, the manager main body 172 is pulled out from the receiving portion 174 provided inside the vertical pipe 102, and the two vertical members 180 a in the handle part 180 of the manager main body 172 are covered. Ten notches 14 are inserted. Then, as shown in FIG. 16, the horizontal member 180 b of the handle part 180 is placed on the grip portion 24 of the lid 10, and the fitting portion 16 is fitted to the upper end of the vertical tube 102 as it is, and the top plate 12 opens the upper end. The portion 104 is covered from above. Thereby, the management device main body 172 can be accommodated in the vertical tube 102 in a state of being suspended from the lid 10.

According to this embodiment, the lid 10 can be easily attached to the upper end opening 104 of the vertical tube 102 even if there is a communicating body 50 (handle component 180) extending between the inside and the outside of the vertical tube 102. Further, by attaching the lid 10 in which the communicating body 50 is inserted into the cutout portion 14 to the upper end opening 104 of the vertical tube 102, for example, during drainage, the manager 10 can receive from the receiving portion 174 of the vertical tube 102. The state where the main body 172 is removed can be maintained. For this reason, it is not necessary to extract the management device main body 172 from the vertical tube 102 and store it separately. Therefore, it is excellent in workability.

In each of the above-described embodiments, the cutout portion 14 is formed so as to be cut into a vertically long rectangular shape with the outer peripheral edge of the top plate 12 as the center. However, the present invention is not limited to this. . The shape of the notch portion 14 is not particularly limited as long as it is formed inward from the outer peripheral edge of the top plate 12 so that the communicating body 50 can be inserted.

Further, in each of the above-described embodiments, the protruding portion 22 is formed along the outer peripheral edge of the notch portion 14 in the plane of the top plate 12, but is not limited thereto, and the rubber member 26 is not limited thereto. As long as a part of the rubber member 26 passed through the through portion 20 can be hooked without causing the communication body 50 to interfere with each other, the shape and the arrangement position of the protruding portion 22 are not particularly limited. For example, as shown in FIG. 17, the protruding portion 22 can be formed along the outer peripheral edge only in the semicircular portion on the center side of the notch portion 14. Further, for example, as shown in FIG. 18, a protruding portion 22 having a columnar shape can be formed at the center of the top plate 12. However, in FIG. 17 and FIG. 18, the lid 10 in the embodiment of FIG. 3 is illustrated, but the same applies to the lid 10 in the embodiment of FIG. 9.

Further, in each of the above-described embodiments, the rubber member 26 is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 16 by hooking a part of the rubber member 26 from the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 16 to the protruding portion 22 through the through portion 20. However, it need not be limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 19, the rubber member 26 may be directly fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 16 by a fixture 28 such as a screw or a wood screw without providing the projecting portion 22 on the top plate 12. However, in FIG. 19, the lid 10 in the embodiment of FIG. 9 is illustrated, but the same applies to the lid 10 in the embodiment of FIG. 3.

Furthermore, in each of the above-described embodiments, the lid 10 is attached to the vertical pipe 102 of the water level manager 100 in the underground irrigation system 200, but the present invention is not limited to this.
