Description

The present invention relates to a remote power transmission control device storage box for storing a remote power transmission control device for turning on and off the supply of power to a consumer by a radio signal from a control center set in each region by an electric power company.

The electric power company calculates the monthly usage based on the measured value of the watt-hour meter stored in the meter box installed in the consumer's residence or the like, and charges the consumer with an electricity bill. A consumer pays an electric bill by account transfer or transfer.

FIG. 9 is a front view schematically showing the watt-hour meter 100 housed in the meter box 201. The instrument box 201 in FIG. 9 is in a state in which the front cover 202 (see FIGS. 6 and 7) is removed. Therefore, the watt hour meter 100 is exposed from the meter box 201. The watt-hour meter 100 includes a watt-hour meter main body 101 in which the meter portion 101 a is disposed on the front surface, and a terminal portion 102 located in a lower region of the watt-hour meter main body 101. The terminal unit 102 includes a primary side terminal 102a and a secondary side terminal 102b. A terminal protective cover (not shown) that prevents unauthorized acts on the terminal portion 102 covers the terminal portion 102 in a fixed manner. The primary side cable 110 is connected to the primary side terminal 102a, and the secondary side cable 111 is connected to the secondary side terminal 102b. As a result, power can be supplied to the load side, and the watt-hour meter main body 101 can be normally operated.

By the way, there are cases where the customer does not pay even when the due date for the payment of the electricity bill has been reached. In this case, the person in charge visits the residence of a customer who does not pay the electricity bill and listens directly to the situation. As a result of listening, when the person in charge determines that there is no prospect of payment, the person in charge removes the secondary cable 111 connected to the secondary terminal 102b. That is, the person in charge performs work for stopping power feeding. Then, when the consumer pays the unpaid electricity bill, the person in charge visits the customer's residence for which payment was made. Then, the person in charge connects the secondary cable 111 to the terminal portion 102 of the watt-hour meter 100. That is, the person in charge performs work for resuming power supply.

The person in charge performs work for stopping power supply and resuming power supply accompanying the above-mentioned residence visit. Therefore, depending on the convenience of the customer, the work hours for resuming power supply may be early morning or night. When the working hours are early morning or night, the burden on the person in charge increases.

In addition, if a time lag occurs between the time when the customer pays the unpaid electricity bill and the time when the power supply is resumed, unnecessary inconvenience is caused to the customer. For this reason, the person in charge must visit the residence immediately from the time of payment to perform the work of resuming the power supply, and the burden on the person in charge is large.

Therefore, in recent years, the work burden on the person in charge has been reduced. That is, the remote power transmission control device 120 (see FIG. 10) that turns on and off the power supply by a wireless signal from a control center (not shown) installed in each region by the electric power company is installed in the consumer's residence. The operation of installing in the meter body 101 is performed (for example, see Patent Document 1). According to this, since the person in charge can resume the power supply without visiting the residence at the time of payment, the burden on the person in charge is reduced.

FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing the remote power transmission control device 120. The remote power transmission control device 120 mainly includes a control device main body 121 having a switching function and a transceiver 122 connected to the control device main body 121 via a cable 122c. The transmitter / receiver 122 transmits / receives a signal to / from the control center via an antenna 122a that is rotatable about the rotation fulcrum 122b. The control device main body 121 has a power plug 123 connected to the primary power source unit of the watt hour meter 100 at the end of the cable 123a. Moreover, the control apparatus main body 121 has the uninterruptible terminal connection plug 125 at the end of the cable 125a, and has the uninterruptible terminal connection plug 126 at the end of the cable 126a. Furthermore, the control device main body 121 has a fixing belt 130 for detachably attaching to the watt-hour meter main body 101.

Here, the uninterruptible terminal unit 135 (see FIG. 11) is inserted between the watt-hour meter 100 and the consumer side load by connecting to the secondary side cable 111 removed from the secondary side terminal 102b. Is done. The remote power transmission control device 120 turns on / off the electrical connection between the watt hour meter 100 and the load via the uninterruptible terminal unit 135.

FIG. 11 is a schematic diagram illustrating a circuit configuration when the remote power transmission control device 120 is connected to the watt-hour meter 100 via the uninterruptible terminal unit 135. The uninterruptible terminal unit 135 has two connection terminals 136 and a connection terminal 137. The uninterruptible terminal connection plug 125 of the remote power transmission control device 120 is connected to the connection terminal 136, and the uninterruptible terminal connection plug 126 is connected to the connection terminal 137. Furthermore, the uninterruptible terminal unit 135 has a bypass plug 139 that turns on and off the switch unit 138a by being attached to and detached from the switch unit 138a. The switch part 138a is provided in the middle of the connection line 138 which connects between the secondary side terminal 102b of the watt-hour meter 100 and load. A terminal 138b for connecting to the secondary terminal 102b is disposed at one end of the connecting line 138, and a terminal 138c for connecting to a load is disposed at the other end of the connecting line 138. Further, the connection terminal 136 and the connection terminal 137 are connected to the connection line 138 with the switch portion 138a interposed therebetween.

When the remote power transmission control device 120 is attached to the watt hour meter 100, the secondary side cable 111 is connected to one terminal 138c of the uninterruptible terminal unit 135, and the other terminal 138b is connected to the secondary side terminal 102b. In addition, since the bypass plug 139 is removed, the switch 121a of the control device main body 121 is inserted between the secondary terminal 102b of the watt-hour meter 100 and the load. The switch 121a has a relay configuration that is turned on / off by turning on / off the energization of the coil 121b. The coil 121b switches between excitation and non-excitation according to a signal from the transceiver 122.

When a consumer pays an unpaid electricity bill, power supply is started by remote control. Thereafter, the person in charge goes to the site and removes the remote power transmission control device 120.

特開2007−288946公報JP 2007-288946 A 特開2009−2755公報JP 2009-2755 A

When attaching the remote power transmission control device 120 to the watthour meter main body 101, the person in charge stores the remote power transmission control device 120 in the remaining space in the meter box 201. For example, the transceiver 122 is arranged in the upper region of the watthour meter main body 101 and the control device main body 121 is arranged in the lower region of the watthour meter main body 101. The reason why the control device main body 121 and the transmitter / receiver 122 of the remote power transmission control device 120 are installed in the instrument box 201 is that they are electronic devices, so if they are installed outside the instrument box 201, they will get wet with rain or snow and break down. Because. In addition, there is a problem with safety in an environment where a third party can easily touch.

However, the meter box 201 is for housing the watt-hour meter 100 and does not assume the storage of the remote power transmission control device 120. Accordingly, the space left in the instrument box 201 is narrow and limited. If it does so, the control apparatus main body 121 and the transmitter / receiver 122 which the instrument box 201 accommodates will be in an unreasonable attitude | position, and there exists a possibility that a connection part etc. may remove | deviate always.

Further, depending on the type of the instrument box 201, there is a case where even a small space for housing the control device main body 121 and the transceiver 122 cannot be secured. In this case, since the control device main body 121 and the transmitter / receiver 122 cannot be exposed to the outside due to a failure due to rain or a safety problem for a third party as described above, the person in charge installs the remote power transmission control device 120. I have to give up.

Here, patent document 2 is disclosing the instrument box which can accommodate a remote power transmission control apparatus with a watt-hour meter. However, the person in charge must newly install the instrument box disclosed in Patent Document 2 after removing the existing instrument box, and the installation work of the remote power transmission control device becomes extremely complicated. As described above, since the remote power transmission control device is removed when the payment status of the customer is improved, it is desirable that the installation work of the remote power transmission control device is simple.

The objective of this invention is enabling it to install a remote power transmission control apparatus simply, without exposing a control apparatus main body and a transmitter / receiver outside.

A remote power transmission control device storage box for storing a remote power transmission control device for connecting the control device main body and the transceiver, the base unit having a concave portion inside and covering the concave portion with respect to the base unit a box body which upper and lower surfaces with chromatic and closable lid unit opening and closing stipulated Te, a holding portion for holding the closed state of the box body is provided in the recess, prior Symbol control device body A control device main body accommodating portion for accommodating in its longitudinal direction in a horizontal direction, and is positioned above the control device main body accommodating portion provided in the recess, receiving the housing to the transceiver its longitudinal horizontal direction A machine storage portion, and is provided closer to the upper surface side of the box body than the center position in the horizontal direction in the concave portion, and the concave portion is vertically divided to form the control device main body storage portion and the transceiver storage portion. A partition plate that is provided on one surface of the box body and that leads to a cable connected to the control device body to the outside of the box body; provided on a lower surface of the box body; and the antenna is provided on the box body. An antenna lead-out portion that is led out to the outside, and a suspended portion that places the box body in a suspended state.

According to the present invention, the control device main body and the transmitter / receiver are housed in the box main body and the closed state of the box main body is maintained. Therefore, the control device main body and the transmitter / receiver are not exposed to the outside and do not get wet with rain and snow. In addition, since the box body can be suspended, the remote power transmission control device can be easily installed below or on the side of the meter box of the watt-hour meter.

The form of implementation will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 8.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a remote power transmission control device storage box 11. The remote power transmission control device storage box 11 is mainly composed of a resin box body 14 having a rectangular parallelepiped shape. The box body 14 includes a base unit 12 and a lid unit 13 that overlap each other. The lid unit 13 is thinner than the base unit 12. The base unit 12 and the lid unit 13 are joined by a fulcrum part 15 provided on one surface of the box body 14 (hereinafter referred to as a fulcrum part surface 14a). The lid unit 13 opens and closes with respect to the base unit 12 with the fulcrum part 15 as a fulcrum.

A holding portion 16 is provided on a surface of the box body 14 opposite to the fulcrum portion surface 14a (hereinafter referred to as a holding portion surface 14b). The holding unit 16 holds the closed state of the box body 14 in a state where the lid unit 13 is closed with respect to the base unit 12. The holding portion 16 includes a semi-disc-shaped protruding piece 16a provided integrally with the base unit 12, and a semi-disc-shaped protruding piece 16b provided integrally with the lid unit 13 and overlapping the protruding piece 16a in the closed state. Have The protruding piece 16a and the protruding piece 16b are formed with screw holes 16c which are overlapping through holes. A screw 16d is fitted into the screw hole 16c, and the protruding piece 16a and the protruding piece 16b are joined. Furthermore, a wire hole 16e, which is a through hole different from the screw hole 16c, is formed in the protruding piece 16a and the protruding piece 16b. The wire 16f is passed through the wire hole 16e and tied tightly. In this way, the holding unit 16 holds the closed state of the box body 14. The closed state of the box body 14 held by the holding unit 16 cannot be easily released by a third party without using a tool or the like, for example, with bare hands. Note that the holding unit 16 is not limited to the present embodiment, and may be any unit as long as a third party can easily release the closed state of the box body 14.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the remote power transmission control device storage box 11 as seen from a direction different from FIG. On the surface between the fulcrum portion surface 14a and the holding portion surface 14b in the box body 14 and formed only by the base unit 12 (hereinafter referred to as the back surface 14c), the resin suspension 17 is connected to the base unit 12 and the surface 14b. Provided integrally. The hanging portion 17 has an arch shape like a handle of a bag. The hanging portion 17 is disposed close to one surface (hereinafter referred to as the upper surface 14d) of the box body 14, and protrudes from the upper surface 14d.

Two lead-out portions 18 are connected to the fulcrum portion surface 14a, the holding portion surface 14b, and the back surface 14c of the box body 14 and are opposite to the upper surface 14d (hereinafter referred to as the lower surface 14e). Is arranged. The derivation | leading-out part 18 has the waterproof lid 18a made from rubber | gum which forms the radial (cross shape in FIG. 2) cut from the center point. Further, the disk-shaped waterproof lid 18a has a groove 18aa (see FIG. 3) formed on the outer peripheral surface. The base unit 12 and the lid unit 13 are fitted into the groove 18aa of the waterproof lid 18a. Therefore, the base unit 12 and the lid unit 13 are formed with circumferential notches that fit into the grooves 18aa.

Here, when the screw 16d is removed from the screw hole 16c, and the wire 16f is unwound and removed from the wire hole 16e, the holding portion 16 releases the closed state of the box body 14. When the lid unit 13 is moved away from the base unit 12, the lid unit 13 is opened. When the lid unit 13 is opened, the inside of the box body 14 is exposed.

FIG. 3 is a front view showing the remote power transmission control device storage box 11 with the lid unit 13 open. The lid unit 13 has a recess 31 that is recessed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape on the inside. Similarly, the base unit 12 has a rectangular parallelepiped recessed portion 21 formed inside.

In the recess 21 of the base unit 12, a partition plate 22 is provided integrally with the base unit 12 along the longitudinal direction of the base unit 12. The partition plate 22 forms two rectangular spaces in the recess 21 in parallel. A space on the lower surface 14 e side (hereinafter referred to as a control device main body storage unit 23) stores the control device main body 121 of the remote power transmission control device 120. A space on the upper surface 14d side (hereinafter referred to as a transceiver housing unit 24) houses the transceiver 122 of the remote power transmission control device 120. The remote power transmission control device 120 has been described in detail with reference to FIG. The transceiver 122 is more compact and thinner than the control device main body 121. Therefore, the partition plate 22 is disposed closer to the upper surface 14d than the center position of the recess 21. That is, the short side direction of the transceiver housing unit 24 is narrower than the short side direction of the control device main body housing unit 23.

As an example, the cable 122c that connects the control device main body storage unit 23 and the transceiver storage unit 24 is stored in the space on the fulcrum 15 side of the recess 21. Further, the cable 123 a of the power plug 123 connected to the control device main body 121, the cable 125 a of the uninterruptible terminal connection plug 125, and the cable 126 a of the uninterruptible terminal connection plug 126 are recessed along the periphery of the control device main body 121. 21. As an example, the cable 123a and the cable 125a are led out to the outside of the box body 14 from the cut of one waterproof lid 18a near the fulcrum portion 15, and the cable 126a is drawn from the cut of the other waterproof lid 18a to the box body 14 To the outside.

The concave portion 21 of the base unit 12 is located closer to the holding portion surface 14b of the base unit 12 than the control device main body storage portion 23 and the transceiver storage portion 24, and further to the control device main body storage portion 23 or the transceiver storage portion 24. A long space (hereinafter referred to as an antenna housing portion 25) is secured in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the antenna. By the way, the antenna 122a which the transmitter / receiver 122 arranges at one end is rotatable about the rotation fulcrum 122b. The transceiver 122 is housed in the transceiver housing portion 24 with the rotation fulcrum 122b facing the holding portion surface 14b of the base unit 12. At this time, the antenna 122a is housed in the antenna housing portion 25 in a posture in which the free end faces the lower surface 14e of the base unit 12.

FIG. 4 is a front view showing another example of the remote power transmission control device storage box 11 with the lid unit 13 opened. As shown in FIG. 4, the antenna 122a of the transceiver 122 has a telescopic structure, and the antenna 122a can be used in an extended state. The extended antenna 122 a does not fit in the antenna storage unit 25. In this case, the antenna lead-out part 19 having the same configuration as the lead-out part 18 may be provided at a position near the holding part surface 14b on the lower surface 14e of the box body 14. That is, the antenna lead-out part 19 has a rubber waterproof lid 19a that forms a radial cut from the center point. A cutout having a shape that fits into the groove 19aa of the waterproof lid 19a is formed in the base unit 12 and the lid unit 13.

First, the transmitter / receiver 122 is stored in the transmitter / receiver storage unit 24 with the antenna 122a shortened. At this time, the antenna 122a is housed in the antenna housing section 25 with the free end facing the lower surface 14e. Then, the extendable antenna 122a is extended, and the free end thereof is led out from the break of the waterproof lid 19a to the outside of the box body 14.

By the way, the positional relationship between the control device main body storage unit 23 and the transceiver storage unit 24 may be reversed. However, when the transmitter / receiver storage 24 is on the lower surface 14e side, the distance from the rotation fulcrum 122b to the antenna lead-out unit 19 is short, so the antenna 122a is extended after the transmitter / receiver 122 is stored in the transmitter / receiver storage 24. The workability of deriving from the antenna deriving unit 19 is poor. When the transmitter / receiver storage 24 is on the lower surface 14e side, the transmitter / receiver 122 must be stored in the transmitter / receiver storage 24 while the shortened antenna 122a is derived from the antenna derivation unit 19. That is, workability is improved by providing the transceiver housing 24 on the upper surface 14d side.

FIG. 5 is a front view showing still another example of the remote power transmission control device storage box 11 with the lid unit 13 opened. The remote power transmission control device storage box 11 shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 stores the control device main body 121 and the transmitter / receiver 122 sideways, whereas the remote power transmission control device storage box 11 shown in FIG. The apparatus main body 121 and the transceiver 122 are accommodated vertically. That is, the control device main body storage unit 23 and the transceiver storage unit 24 are provided vertically.

On the lower surface 14 e side of the transceiver housing part 24 in the recess 21, the antenna lead-out part 19 is arranged at a position facing the transceiver 122. Since the transmitter / receiver 122 is shorter in the longitudinal direction than the control device main body 121, when the transmitter / receiver 122 is stored in the transmitter / receiver storage unit 24, as shown in FIG. When the transceiver 122 is stored, the transmitter / receiver 122 can be stored without difficulty by deriving the antenna 122a from the antenna deriving unit 19 while bringing the transceiver 122 into this space.

When the control device main body 121 and the transceiver 122 of the remote power transmission control device 120 are housed in the recess 21 of the base unit 12, the lid unit 13 is closed so as to cover the recess 21. Next, the box body 14 of the remote power transmission control device storage box 11 is suspended by the hanger 17 near the instrument box 201.

FIG. 6 is a front view showing the remote power transmission control device storage box 11 in a suspended state. A pair of hook members 301 are fixedly attached to both side surfaces of the instrument box 201 with the front cover 202 attached by double-sided tape (not shown). Both ends of the string 302 are bound to the pair of hook members 301. The string 302 hangs in the lower area of the instrument box 201. At this time, the string 302 is passed through the arch-shaped hanging portion 17. Thus, as shown in FIG. 6, the box body 14 of the remote power transmission control device storage box 11 is suspended in the lower region of the instrument box 201.

FIG. 7 is a side view showing the remote power transmission control device storage box 11 in another suspended state. A hook member 401 is fixedly attached to one side of the instrument box 201 by a double-sided tape (not shown). Then, the hanging portion 17 is hung on the hook portion of the hook member 401. Thus, as shown in FIG. 7, the box body 14 of the remote power transmission control device storage box 11 is suspended in the side region of the instrument box 201.

A cable 125 a (not shown in FIGS. 6 and 7) or the like that is led out by the lead-out part 18 of the box body 14 is introduced into the instrument box 201 from an introduction part (not shown) provided in the instrument box 201.

In addition, the shape of the suspension part 17 is not restricted to the arch shape like the handle of a heel like this Embodiment. For example, the shape of the hanging portion 17 may be a hook shape as shown in FIG.

FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing another example of the remote power transmission control device storage box 11. The hanging portion 17 included in the remote power transmission control device storage box 11 shown in FIG. 8 has a hook shape. That is, the suspending portion 17 protrudes from the back surface 14c of the box body 14 toward the upper surface 14d and is bent at an acute angle. According to such a suspended portion 17, without separately preparing the string 302 and the hook member 401, the suspended portion 17 is hooked on a slit (not shown) or the like provided in the instrument box 201 and the box main body. 14 can be suspended.

As described above, according to the remote power transmission control device storage box 11 of the present embodiment, the box body 14 in the closed state covers the control device body 121 and the transmitter / receiver 122, and the lead-out portion 18 is provided with the waterproof lid 18a. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the control device main body 121 and the transmitter / receiver 122 from being damaged by rain or snow. In the suspended state, the lower surface 14e of the box body 14 on which the lead-out portion 18 is arranged faces the ground and does not face upward or sideward. Therefore, it is further prevented that rain enters from the break of the waterproof lid 18a (and the waterproof lid 19a).

Further, according to the remote power transmission control device storage box 11 of the present embodiment, since the box body 14 covers and hides the control device body 121 and the transceiver 122, it is not touched by a third party. Furthermore, since the holding part 16 holds the closed state of the box body 14, a third party will not touch it by mistake. Therefore, safety for third parties is also ensured.

Further, according to the remote power transmission control device storage box 11 of the present embodiment, since the control device main body storage portion 23 and the transceiver storage portion 24 are arranged in parallel, there is no wasted space in the recess 21 and remote power transmission is possible. The size and shape of the control device storage box 11 can be made compact, and the control device main body 121 and the transceiver 122 of the remote power transmission control device 120 can be stored.

Further, according to the remote power transmission control device storage box 11 of the present embodiment, the concave portion 21 is partitioned into two spaces (the control device main body storage portion 23 and the transceiver storage portion 24) by the partition plate 22. For this reason, the person in charge does not get lost in the storage positions of the control device main body 121 and the transceiver 122. If the partition plate 22 is not provided, the storage position is lost. Further, in accordance with the fact that the transmitter / receiver 122 is more compact and thinner than the control device main body 121, the short side direction of the transmitter / receiver storage portion 24 is narrower than the short direction of the control device main body storage portion 23. That is, the shapes of the control device main body storage unit 23 and the transmitter / receiver storage unit 24 are in line with the shapes of the control device main body 121 and the transmitter / receiver 122. Therefore, the person in charge of the work is less likely to make an arrangement error that the control device main body 121 thicker than the transmitter / receiver 122 is erroneously stored in the transmitter / receiver storage portion 24 smaller than the control device main body storage portion 23.

Further, according to the remote power transmission control device storage box 11 of the present embodiment, another meter box (not shown) in which the existing meter box 201 is removed and a space for the remote power transmission control device 120 is newly provided. No installation work is required, and the existing instrument box 201 is simply suspended. That is, the installation work of the remote power transmission control device 120 becomes very simple.
