Claims (4)
- 車両に搭載されるフューエルポンプを制御する制御装置において、
電源と前記フューエルポンプの駆動用モータとを接続する回路に設けられる電子スイッチと、
前記駆動用モータに流れる電流を検出する電流検出手段と、
第1の周波数、及び第1のデューティ比で前記電子スイッチをPWM制御すると共に、前記駆動用モータに流れる電流が所定の閾値を超えた場合には、周波数を、前記第1の周波数よりも低い第2の周波数に変更し、且つ、デューティ比を、前記第1のデューティ比よりも低い第2のデューティ比に変更して、前記電子スイッチをPWM制御する制御手段と、を備え、
前記第2の周波数、及び前記第2のデューティ比は、前記電子スイッチのオフ時に、電流がゼロクロスするように設定されることを特徴とするフューエルポンプ制御装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記第2の周波数、及び前記第2のデューティ比に変更した後、所定時間が経過した場合には、再度、前記第1の周波数、及び第1のデューティ比に戻すと共に、電流が前記所定の閾値を超えたか否かの判定を再度行い、所定の閾値を超えた場合には、再度前記第2の周波数、及び前記第2のデューティ比に変更する制御を繰り返すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフューエルポンプ制御装置。
- 前記第1の周波数は1[KHz]以上であり、前記第2の周波数は10〜100[Hz]であり、且つ、前記第1のデューティ比は50〜100%であり、前記第2のデューティ比は10%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2のいずれかに記載のフューエルポンプ制御装置。
- 前記第2の周波数は、フューエルポンプの固有周波数の整数倍、または整数分の1とすることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のフューエルポンプ制御装置。
