Description
図1は、第1の実施形態に係る二次電池パック全体を示す斜視図、図2は、二次電池パックの基板と接続片との接続部分を拡大して示す斜視図、図3は、二次電池パックの電池パック本体と基板とを分解して示す分解斜視図、図4は、二次電池パックの電池パック本体を分解して示す分解斜視図、図5は、図1の線A−Aに沿った二次電池パックの断面図である。
バスバー18の接続端子36および出力端子40の接続端子42は、互いにほぼ同じ高さに形成され、2列に並んで配置されている。
図6は、第2の実施形態に係る二次電池パック全体を示す斜視図、図7は、二次電池パックの電池パック本体と回路基板とを分解して示す分解斜視図、図8は、二次電池パックの電池パック本体と回路基板との接続部を拡大して示す分解斜視図、図9は、二次電池パックの回路基板と接続片との接続部分を拡大して示す平面図である。
第2の実施形態において、前述した第1の実施形態と同一の部分には同一の参照符号を付してその詳細な説明を省略し、異なる部分を中心に説明する。
電池パック本体12および電池監視回路基板14の他の構成は、前述した第1の実施形態と同一である。
バスバーの形状および材質、また、筐体の形状、材質、構造は、前述した実施形態に限らず、適宜変更することができる。

Claims (1)
- それぞれ正極端子および負極端子を有し、並んで配設された複数の単位セル電池と、
前記複数の単位セル電池の上に配設され、前記単位セル電池の電圧、温度を監視する電池監視用基板と、
それぞれ隣り合う単位セル電池の電極端子同士を電気的に接続する複数のバスバーと、を備え、
前記バスバーは、それぞれ単位セル電池の電極端子が係合する一対の端子開口と、このバスバーと同一材料により形成され、前記端子開口の間で前記バスバーから延出している検出用の接続片と、を有し、前記バスバーおよび接続片は、金属板を折り曲げて形成され、
前記電池監視用基板は、それぞれ前記接続片が挿通される複数の係合孔と、前記係合孔の周囲に形成された導電層と、を有し、前記接続片は前記係合孔に挿通され前記導電層にハンダ付けされ、前記電池監視用基板に直接、接続されている二次電池パック。
