Description
(1)撥水フィルタとしてたとえばテフロン(登録商標)系材料による防水材料を用いた場合には、水の回り込みによる内部浸入がある。
(2)各フィルタ材料を重ねて設置すると、中間層に水分が滞留しやすいという問題がある。
(3)構成部品が多くセンサが大きくなりがちである。また、加熱機構の消費電力も大きい。
(4)防爆用金網に結露水が膜状に付着した場合、ガス検出部へのガス透過が阻害される。

Claims (1)
- 外部からガス導入用開口部を介して被検知ガスが導き入れられるガス検出室を有するセンサ筐体と、前記ガス検出室内に配置され、被検知ガスの濃度を検出するためのセンサ素子と、前記ガス導入用開口部に設けられ、メッシュ部材及び該メッシュ部材の両面に成膜されたゼオライトの疎水性膜または親水性膜からなり、防爆性および防水性を有するフィルタと、からなり、
前記フィルタの前記ゼオライトの表面に固定され、前記センサ素子の動作時、前記フィルタを水の蒸発温度以上の一定温度に加熱するヒータをさらに備えていることを特徴とするガスセンサ。
