Claims (14)
- マグネシウム合金基材を含むマグネシウム合金製筐体において、
前記マグネシウム合金基材には、化成処理層と、支持層と、ブラッシング層と、透明な保護層と、が順に形成されており、
前記支持層は、前記化成処理層に接着されるプライマー層と、前記プライマー層の上に形成されているペンキ層と、を含むことを特徴とするマグネシウム合金製筐体。 - 前記化成処理層は、リン酸塩を含む化成溶液に浸漬させて形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマグネシウム合金製筐体。
- 前記プライマー層には、主にエポキシ樹脂と黒顔料とが含まれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマグネシウム合金製筐体。
- 前記ペンキ層には、主にアクリル樹脂と黒顔料とが含まれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマグネシウム合金製筐体。
- 前記ブラッシング層が前記ペンキ層の上に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマグネシウム合金製筐体。
- 前記ブラッシング層と前記透明な保護層との間に外観補強層がさらに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマグネシウム合金製筐体。
- 前記外観補強層には、主にアクリル樹脂と箔状アルミニウム粉末とが含まれていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のマグネシウム合金製筐体。
- 前記透明な保護層には、アクリル樹脂が含まれていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のマグネシウム合金製筐体。
- マグネシウム合金製筐体の製造方法において、
マグネシウム合金基材を提供するステップと、
前記マグネシウム合金基材を化成溶液に浸漬させて、その表面に化成処理層を形成するステップと、
前記化成処理層の上にプライマーを塗装し、固化させて、プライマー層を形成するステップと、
前記プライマー層の上にペンキを塗装し、固化させて、ペンキ層を形成するステップと、
前記ペンキ層の上にブラッシング加工を実施して、ブラッシング層を形成するステップと、
前記ブラッシング層の上に金属色の塗料を塗装し、固化させて、外観補強層を形成するステップと、
前記外観補強層の上に透明なペンキを塗装し、固化させて、透明な保護層を形成するステップと、を含むことを特徴とするマグネシウム合金製筐体の製造方法。 - 前記化成溶液には、リン酸塩が含まれていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のマグネシウム合金製筐体の製造方法。
- 前記プライマーには、主にエポキシ樹脂と黒顔料とを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のマグネシウム合金製筐体の製造方法。
- 前記ペンキには、主にアクリル樹脂と黒顔料とが含まれていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のマグネシウム合金製筐体の製造方法。
- 前記金属色の塗料には、主にアクリル樹脂と箔状アルミニウム粉末とが含まれていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のマグネシウム合金製筐体の製造方法。
- 前記透明なペンキには、主にアクリル樹脂が含まれていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のマグネシウム合金製筐体の製造方法。
