Claims (12)
- ECG信号から呼吸イベントを確定する装置であって、
ECG信号データを取得する手段と、
前記ECG信号データから波形形態データを抽出する手段と、
前記波形形態データから導出するEDR信号のピーク間振動の変化、2つの直交するECG誘導間のR波振幅の急な反対の変化、RRI信号のピーク間振動の変化、平均RRI信号の変化、R波振幅のピーク間振動の変化、QRS面積のピーク間振動の変化、QRS面積の変化およびR波の振幅の増大によって呼吸努力を推定する手段と、
を含む装置。 - 前記呼吸努力のピークを交差検定する手段をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記呼吸努力から呼吸パターンを特徴付ける手段と、
観測するために前記呼吸イベントを検出する手段と、
をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の装置。 - 呼吸イベントを、無呼吸または低呼吸のうちの一方として分類する手段をさらに含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 呼吸イベントを、閉塞型無呼吸または中枢型無呼吸のうちの一方として分類する手段をさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 無呼吸/低呼吸指数を計算する手段をさらに含む、請求項4または5に記載の装置。
- 睡眠状態にある被検者に対して使用される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 睡眠呼吸障害を解析する装置であって、
被検者に隣接して生体信号を取得するECGセンサと、
前記生体信号をデータとして格納するコンピュータファイルと、
前記生体信号データから心拍数および波形形態データを抽出する手段と、
抽出された心拍数およびECG波形形態データから生理学的予測因子を導出する手段と、
前記導出された生理学的予測因子から呼吸イベントの開始および終了を確定する手段と、
を含むみ、
前記生理学的予測因子は、EDR信号のピーク間振動の変化、2つの直交するECG誘導間のR波振幅の急な反対の変化、RRI信号のピーク間振動の変化、平均RRI信号の変化、R波振幅のピーク間振動の変化、QRS面積のピーク間振動の変化、QRS面積の変化およびR波の振幅の増大であることを特徴とする装置。 - 呼吸イベントを無呼吸または低呼吸として分類する手段をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 無呼吸/低呼吸指数を計算する手段と、
前記無呼吸/低呼吸指数を表示する手段と、
をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の装置。 - ECG信号から呼吸努力を確定する装置であって、
被検者から少なくとも2つの直交する信号を取得する少なくとも2つのECG誘導と、
前記信号をデジタルデータに変換する手段と、
電子データ記憶手段と、
デジタルECGデータから波形を抽出し、前記波形からEDR信号のピーク間振動の変化、2つの直交するECG誘導間のR波振幅の急な反対の変化、RRI信号のピーク間振動の変化、平均RRI信号の変化、R波振幅のピーク間振動の変化、QRS面積のピーク間振動の変化、QRS面積の変化およびR波の振幅の増大を導出し、呼吸イベントおよび呼吸努力を確定するようにプログラムされたマイクロプロセッサと、
を具備する装置。 - 無呼吸/低呼吸指数を計算するようにプログラムされたマイクロプロセッサをさらに具備する、請求項11に記載の呼吸努力を確定する装置。
