Description
Claims (4)
- 製造装置にモジュール式に挿入可能且つ製造装置から取り外し可能であって、上部(2)により造形領域(6)を囲む交換フレーム(1)と、
筐体(100)及び前記交換フレーム(1)と接触する平板(12)と、
前記交換フレーム(1)に配置され、リフト機構(4)により垂直移動可能な支持体(5)と、
前記造形領域(6)に存在する粉末材料(11)を選択的に焼結又溶融するように、偏向手段(9)により前記造形領域(6)における任意の位置に集中されるエネルギービーム(8、8’)を生成する放射装置(7)と、
前記粉末材料(11)の層を前記支持体(5)上又は前に塗工された粉末材料(11)の層上に塗工する塗工装置(10)と、
前記交換フレーム(1)と前記平板(12)の間の隙間によって実現される断熱材(13)とを備え、
前記隙間は弾性封止材を用いて底部で粉末密封され、且つ、前記隙間は前記塗工装置(10)により粉末材料(11)で満たされることを特徴とする三次元物体(3)の生成的な製造装置。 - 前記断熱材(13)は、前記交換フレーム(1)から水平方向外側に延長し、水平延長部の寸法が前記交換フレーム(1)の異なる周辺位置で変化することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造装置。
- 前記交換フレーム(1)の角部における前記水平延長部の寸法は、前記交換フレーム(1)の他の周辺位置の寸法よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の製造装置。
- 造形材料として合成樹脂粉末を用いる請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の三次元物体の生成的な製造装置の使用方法。
