Description

The present invention relates to a heat insulating material for a building such as a house, and more particularly to a method for manufacturing a skin-covered inorganic fiber heat insulating material that prevents scattering of inorganic fibers.

In the case of inorganic fiber insulation, measures to cover the entire surface with a skin material such as synthetic resin film, paper, etc. may be taken to reduce irritation to the skin such as tingling due to fiber scattering during construction, If the product is coated with a method in which air is difficult to flow, it is very difficult to compress the product when it is cut. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a part that does not partially cover the skin material, or to make a hole in a part of the skin material, or a combination thereof.

For example, in Japanese Patent No. 285484, the front and back surfaces of the inorganic fiber mat 1 and both side surfaces along the long side direction are covered with synthetic resin films 3 and 4 as shown in FIG. 4, both end portions in the lengthwise direction of the inorganic fiber mat 1 are extended from both side surfaces in the short side direction of the inorganic fiber mat 1, and both end portions in the long side direction of the inorganic fiber mat 1 are also covered. In part, the inorganic fiber mat 1 and the synthetic resin films 3 and 4 and the synthetic resin films 3 and 4 are partially bonded in the width direction by the adhesive 5 continuously applied along the length direction. A synthetic resin film-covered inorganic fiber heat insulating material that enables air to flow in an unbonded portion is disclosed.

Problems to be solved by the invention

In the synthetic resin film-covered inorganic fiber heat insulating material of Japanese Patent No. 285484, as shown in FIG. 6, when the overlapped and bonded region of the skin material between the mats is cut in the width direction, the inorganic material The both ends of the fiber mat 1 are compressed and deformed into a crushed state by releasing the air inside, and the wrinkle 2 is formed in the portion immediately after extending from both ends in the length direction of the inorganic fiber mat during this deformation. And the synthetic resin films 3 and 4 including the wrinkle portion 2 are fixed to each other by the adhesive 5, and the inorganic fiber mat 1 cannot be returned to the original shape and both ends thereof are deformed in a crushed state. It may become.
It is also conceivable to intermittently apply an adhesive to the synthetic resin film 4, but the position where the inorganic fiber mat 1 is fed to the moving synthetic resin films 3 and 4 is the position of the inorganic fiber mat at the time of placement. It is not synchronized due to subtle positional deviation such as vibration, and in this case as well, it may become a defective product that is deformed into a crushed state at the time of cutting as in the case described above, and an improvement was desired. .

The present invention solves such a conventional problem, and as a skin material-coated inorganic fiber heat insulating material in which the entire surface of the inorganic fiber mat is covered with a skin material, both ends of the inorganic fiber mat are compressed at the time of cutting. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a skin-covered inorganic fiber heat insulating material that can be restored to its original shape even when deformed to a collapsed state.

[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a step of supplying an inorganic fiber mat cut to a predetermined size at a predetermined interval, and a part of at least one width direction of two skin materials in a length direction. A step of supplying the adhesive so as to be sandwiched from the front side and the back side of the inorganic fiber mat while continuously applying the strip, and the surface side skin including both ends in the length direction of the inorganic fiber mat a step and a timber with the back side of the skin material that spaced a predetermined length the coated parts not adhesive region overlapping of the skin material to each other extending from both longitudinal ends of the inorganic fiber mat, further including skin material to each other is applied to the intermittent band of adhesive forming a region overlapping with unbonded, and cutting in the width direction in agreement and unbonded areas the skin material to each other are overlapped No skin coating There is provided a method for producing quality fiber insulation.

According to the present invention, even if both ends of the inorganic fiber mat are compressed and crushed during the cutting, the original shape is restored again.

In the present invention, the inorganic fiber is not particularly limited, and glass wool, rock wool, and the like used in ordinary inorganic fiber heat-absorbing sound-absorbing materials can be used.

In addition, the inorganic fiber mat is not particularly limited, and is used for ordinary inorganic fiber heat-absorbing sound-absorbing materials, that is, the inorganic fiber is deposited by applying a binder mainly composed of a thermosetting application resin, A binder that is heat-cured and formed into a mat shape can be used.

In the present invention, the skin material may be coated with a synthetic resin film or paper or a paper laminated with a thermoplastic resin sheet, as long as the entire surface of the inorganic fiber mat can be covered.

In addition, in order to facilitate the inflow of air necessary for restoration at the time of construction of the inorganic fiber heat insulating material, and to release the internal moisture by ventilation, the skin material is provided with a number of holes having a diameter of about 1 to 5 mm. It is preferable to keep it. In addition, it is preferable to provide the hole for releasing moisture in the skin material on the front side which is not a moisture-proof layer.

In addition, when a synthetic resin film is used as a skin material, a material suitable for coating an ordinary inorganic fiber heat insulating material can be used, for example, heat of polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride, polyester, polycarbonate, etc. It is preferable to use a film of a plastic resin, a laminate thereof, a film obtained by vapor-depositing a metal such as aluminum, a film obtained by laminating a different kind of synthetic resin film, an aluminum foil, or the like, and a high-density polyethylene film is more preferable.

Next, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a skin material-covered inorganic fiber heat insulating material according to the present invention, and FIGS. 2A, 2B and 2C are cuts of the manufacturing process of the skin material-covered inorganic fiber heat insulating material shown in FIG. FIG.3 and FIG.4 is a top view which shows the application | coating state of the adhesive agent to the back surface skin material based on this invention.

In FIG. 1 thru | or FIG. 3, the skin material coating inorganic fiber heat insulating material 10 coat | covers the inorganic fiber mat 11 with the surface side skin material 13 and the back surface skin material 14, and is comprised. The surface-side skin material 13 is formed in a U shape by folding both side portions along the longitudinal direction, and the folded tip is further folded back to form both side surfaces 11 a and 11 b along the long side direction of the inorganic fiber mat 11. The front end of the inorganic fiber mat 11 is substantially flush with the back surface 11 d of the inorganic fiber mat 11.

As shown in FIG. 3, an inorganic fiber mat is provided on the back side skin material 14 with a certain interval between two strips (spiral strips in the figure) 15 and 16 on both sides in the longitudinal direction. 11 is applied corresponding to the position where it is placed. The adhesive is not applied from both ends of the position where the inorganic fiber mat 11 is placed, and the skin materials 13 and 14 are unbonded and overlap with each other. The region where the skin materials 13 and 14 are unbonded and overlapped with each other is provided with a predetermined length, and the region where the skin materials 13 and 14 are overlapped is continuously applied in a plurality of parallel strips (in the figure, spiral strips). The region R has been made.

Next, with reference to FIG. 2 (a), (b), (c), the manufacturing process of the skin material covering inorganic fiber heat insulating material of this invention is demonstrated. First, in a manufacturing process (not shown), a binder mainly composed of a thermosetting resin is applied and deposited on inorganic fibers, the binder is heated and cured, formed into a mat shape, and cut into a predetermined length. The inorganic fiber mat 11 is manufactured. The inorganic fiber mat 11 is carried on the conveyor 12a in FIG. 2 with a predetermined interval.

A surface side skin material 13 for covering the inorganic fiber mat 11 is supplied to the conveyor 12a in a band shape from a supply roll (not shown), and the surface of the inorganic fiber mat 11, both side surfaces along the long side direction, Covers both sides along the long side direction of the back surface.

Further, the back-side skin material 14 is applied to a plurality of parallel strips 15 and 16 in which a central portion is formed in a strip shape and an adhesive is continuous on both sides thereof, and is in contact with the lower surface of the inorganic fiber mat 11. , Inserted between the conveyor 12a and the inorganic fiber mat 11. For applying the adhesive, a spray gun (not shown) to which the adhesive and air are supplied by a supply device is used.

Moreover, the width | variety of the back surface side skin | cover material 14 is made into the length extended from the both sides along the long side direction of the inorganic fiber mat 11 by predetermined length, and it is by the bending guide (not shown) provided in the both sides of the conveyor 12a. The both end portions of the skin material 14 to which the adhesive is applied are folded back inward with an extension portion of the both side portions at a predetermined width, and above the extension portions of the both side portions 11a and 11b of the surface side skin material 13. The ear portions 14a and 14b extending from both side surfaces along the long side direction of the inorganic fiber mat 11 are formed.

In this way, the inorganic fiber mat 11 whose front and back surfaces are coated with the skin materials 13 and 14 is transported on the conveyor 12a, and the front and back surfaces are pressure-bonded by a pressing roll (not shown) on the conveyor 12a and bonded to the back surface skin material 14. The strips 15 and 16 coated with the agent are bonded to the back surface of the inorganic fiber mat 11. At this time, if the adhesive is applied to both sides of the back side skin material 14 in a continuous band shape, the back surface of the folded portion of the back side skin material 14 is connected to the upper side of the both side portions 11 a and 11 b of the surface side skin material 13. At the same time, the ear portions 14a and 14b extending on both side surfaces along the long side direction of the inorganic fiber mat 11 can be formed by adhesion.

Between the conveyor 12a and the conveyor 12b adjacent thereto, a guillotine chopper 20 having a cutting blade 18 whose blade edge is protected by an elastic member 17 such as a sponge or a spring is disposed. As shown in a), the cutting blade 18 is located above and is disposed perpendicular to the transport line, and the cutting blade 18 is moved up and down by a driving means (not shown).

When the bonded portion between the inorganic fiber mats 11 covered with the skin materials 13 and 14 on the front and back surfaces reaches the lower side of the cutting blade 18, the guillotine chopper 20 is lowered by driving means (not shown). As shown in FIG. 2B, the elastic member 17 is compressed and the cutting blade 18 comes into pressure contact with the bonded portion of the skin materials 13 and 14, so that the skin materials 13 and 14 extend over the entire width in the width direction. Disconnected. Thereafter, the cutting blade 18 rises, and the inorganic fiber mat 11 deformed into a state of being crushed at the time of cutting has the unbonded portions of the skin materials 13 and 14 freely deformed as shown in FIG. Restore the original shape again.

In the region R where the skin materials 13 and 14 shown in FIG. 3 overlap each other, the adhesive is continuously applied in a plurality of parallel strips (in the figure, spiral strips). As shown in FIG. An area T between the predetermined widths t indicated by the two-dot chain lines 21a and 21b orthogonal to the lines 13 and 14 may be an area T where the skin materials 13 and 14 overlap each other without being bonded. In the case of FIG. 4, since the adhesive does not adhere to the cutting blade 18 when the cutting blade 18 cuts the overlapping region of the skin materials 13, 14, the adhesive is limited to those that are difficult to adhere to the cutting blade 18. Adhesive can be used freely. In addition, the skin materials 13 and 14 are configured to be cut by a heat welding blade using a thermoplastic resin sheet, and a portion to which the adhesive is not applied is cut at the same time as the welding. There is no risk of the heat welding blade becoming dirty and impairing the cutting function, and the skin-covered inorganic fiber heat insulating material can be produced smoothly and with good productivity.

Effect of the invention

As described above, according to the skin material-covered inorganic fiber heat insulating material and the manufacturing method thereof according to the present invention, the skin material extended from both ends of the inorganic fiber mat is sufficient for the portion adjacent to both ends of the inorganic fiber mat. Since an unbonded part of a long length is provided, even if it is deformed into a crushed state during cutting, the unbonded part of the skin material is freely deformed and the inorganic fiber mat can be restored to its original shape again. It is prevented that the both ends at the time of cutting the inorganic fiber mat are inferior in a deformed state.

In addition, since the inorganic fiber mat can be configured so as to reduce the unbonded portion with the skin material, the inorganic fiber mat and the skin material have excellent effects such as strengthening the adhesion.
