Claims (1)

横方向に並設された状態で針先に糸が通され昇降運動して被縫製物を貫通する複数のミシン針と、被縫製物の下方で前記複数のミシン針の糸をそれぞれ手繰る複数の縦振りルーパーとを備え、前記ミシン針および対応する前記各縦振りルーパーにより一本の糸で縫い目を形成して行く単環縫いミシンのルーパー装置において、
前記縦振りルーパーの正規の針先通過点を有するあご部の上面であって前記針先通過点の周囲に対応する位置に、前記ミシン針の針先を前記針先通過点に導くように該針先通過点に向かって下る傾斜案内面を形成してあり、
前記各縦振りルーパーのシャンクを断面四角形の平板形状に且つリーマ孔を有する形に形成する一方、ルーパー台に、上部および前記横方向に直交する方向の側部が開放されて前記各縦振りルーパーのシャンクを隙間無く嵌合可能なシャンク嵌合溝と前記横方向に貫通するリーマ孔とを形成し、前記シャンクの各々を対応する前記シャンク嵌合溝に嵌合するとともに、この嵌合により互いに合致する前記各縦振りルーパーのシャンクのリーマ孔と前記ルーパー台のリーマ孔とにリーマボルトを抜き差し可能に挿通して締結することにより前記各縦振りルーパーをルーパー台に一体的に取り付けていることを特徴とする、単環縫いミシンのルーパー装置。
