The evaluation items were seven items of fatigue, drowsiness, concentration, vitality, relaxation, anxiety, and irritability. The evaluation results are shown in Table 2.

バイオセルロースからなるシートの使用によるリラックス効果を確認するために、首筋、足の裏、デコルテ、わきの下、背中の各部位にシートを貼付した。具体的には、ボランティアの各部位にシートを20分間貼付した後、リラックス効果の有無をインタビューした。インタビューの結果、過半数がリラックス効果ありと評価し、不快であると答えたボランティアは少数であった。結果を表3に示す。
