Description

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a joining sheet-like member for joining a surface finishing material such as an outer wall tile or an outer wall mortar to a finished surface of a concrete frame, and a surface treatment method for a concrete frame.

Conventionally, surface finishing materials such as outer wall tiles and outer wall mortar are laid on the finished surface of the concrete frame. In general, the finished surface of the concrete body is formed into a rough surface in order to increase the bonding strength between the surface finish material and the concrete body.

As an example of this roughening method, Patent Document 1 discloses the use of a three-dimensional mesh fiber sheet. That is, this three-dimensional mesh fiber sheet is temporarily fixed to the inner wall surface of the mold before placing the concrete, and after the concrete is cast into the mold and removed from the mold, A three-dimensional mesh-like fiber sheet is integrated on the surface, whereby the finished surface of the concrete frame is formed into a rough surface.

However, when the above roughening method is actually performed, the cement paste content of the fluid concrete passes through the mesh of the three-dimensional mesh sheet in the thickness direction during the concrete placement, and the surface from the back surface. I wrap around. As a result, almost all of the three-dimensional mesh sheet is buried in the concrete case and does not protrude from the concrete surface, that is, it is difficult to make the finished surface of the concrete case rough.

Therefore, as a method for solving this, Patent Document 2 discloses a three-dimensional network of cement paste during concrete placement by providing an alkali-soluble thin film such as polyvinyl alcohol in the intermediate layer in the thickness direction of the three-dimensional network fiber sheet. It has been proposed to suppress permeation of the sheet.
JP-B 62-53666 JP 2003-231109 A

However, it is difficult to adjust the degree of melting of the thin film, that is, if the thin film is easily melted, it is not possible to effectively prevent transmission of the solid mesh fiber sheet for the cement paste, and almost all of the solid mesh fiber sheet remains as it is. On the other hand, if the thin film is difficult to melt, the thin film that remains undissolved remains in the concrete body as a foreign material layer with a composition different from that of cement. There is a risk that the bonding strength of the surface finish material will be weak, such as causing interfacial peeling.

The present invention has been made in view of such conventional problems, and can provide a method for manufacturing a sheet-like member for joining, which can reliably form a finished surface of a concrete casing, and can ensure high joint strength, and a concrete casing. And a demolding step for obtaining an integrally formed sheet-like member for joining.

In order to achieve this object, the invention shown in claim 2 is a method for surface treatment of a concrete casing, wherein the joining sheet-like member is produced by the method for producing a joining sheet-like member according to claim 1, Temporary fixing step of temporarily fixing the bonding sheet-like member to the inner wall surface with the rough surface of the bonding sheet-like member opposed to the inner wall surface of the mold, and the mold on which the bonding sheet member is temporarily fixed A placing step for placing concrete in a frame; a demolding step for demolding the concrete in which the joining sheet-like member is integrated after the concrete is cured; and the joining sheet-like shape Bonding a surface finish to the rough surface of the member.

According to the method for manufacturing a joining sheet-like member and the surface treatment method for a concrete casing according to the present invention, the finished surface of the concrete casing can be surely formed into a rough surface, and high bonding strength can be ensured.

=== Sheet-like member 21 for joining ===
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a concrete casing 1 provided with a joining sheet-like member 21 according to the present embodiment. 2 is a perspective view of the joining sheet-like member 21 according to the present embodiment as seen from the front surface 21a side, FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the joining back surface 21b side, and FIG. 4 is a joining sheet. 3 is a schematic side view of a member 21. FIG.

As shown in FIG. 1, the joining sheet-like member 21 is an intermediate medium for joining an outer wall tile 11 as an example of a surface finishing material to the finished surface 1 a of the concrete housing 1, that is, the concrete housing 1. In the completed state, it is in a state of being interposed between the finished surface 1a of the concrete casing 1 and the outer wall tile 11. In the following description, the surface of the bonding sheet-like member 21 on the concrete housing 1 side is referred to as a back surface 21b, and the surface on the outer wall tile 11 side is referred to as a front surface 21a. Moreover, the normal line direction of these front and back surfaces 21a and 21b is called thickness direction.

As shown in FIG. 4, the joining sheet-like member 21 includes a cement-based composition layer 23 solidified to a substantially predetermined thickness, and a part 25d disposed on the surface 23a of the cement-based composition layer 23. 23, and a part 25c is provided with a mesh-like sheet member 25 protruding from the surface 23a of the cementitious composition layer 23.

Then, as shown in FIG. 5A of the construction process diagram of the concrete housing 1, after temporarily fixing the surface 21a side of the joining sheet-like member 21 to the inner wall surface of the mold 3 before placing the concrete, When the concrete 1 is placed in the mold 3 as shown in FIG. 5B and demolded as shown in FIG. 5C, the joining sheet-like member 21 is integrated with the surface 1a of the hardened concrete casing 1. At the same time, the concrete casing 1 is roughened by the mesh-like sheet member 25 of the joining sheet-like member 21. Therefore, after that, as shown in FIG. 5D, the outer wall tile 11 is pasted on the mesh sheet member 25 with a cement adhesive such as mortar or polymer mortar, or a polymer resin adhesive having affinity with cement. If attached, the outer wall tile 11 is firmly joined to the concrete frame 1 by the anchor effect of the mesh-like sheet member 25.

As the mesh-like sheet member 25, as shown in white in FIG. 2, a mesh-like one in which the cementitious composition layer 23 is partially exposed on the surface 21a of the joining sheet-like member 21 is used. Is done. In other words, a member is used in which the surface 23a of the cementitious composition layer 23 can be seen from the outside in the thickness direction through a mesh that is a gap (space) between the meshes shown in white fibers in FIG. According to such a mesh sheet member 25, when the cement adhesive or the polymer resin adhesive is applied to the mesh sheet member 25 in order to adhere the outer wall tile 11, the same adhesive is used. Is quickly impregnated and reaches the surface 23a of the cementitious composition layer 23 through the mesh, so that the exposed portion on the surface 21a side and the adhesive are firmly joined and integrated.

In this example, as the mesh-like sheet member 25 having such a mesh, a non-woven fabric whose opposite side can be seen through the mesh as shown in the plan view of FIG. 6 is used. Such a transparent mesh nonwoven fabric is formed by setting the fineness to 1 to 500 dt and the basis weight to 10 to 600 g / m 2 . As the material of the nonwoven fabric, any material may be used as long as it has alkali resistance such as vinylon, nylon, polypropylene, polyester, cotton, hemp and the like. Examples of the method for producing the nonwoven fabric include an immersion method, a needle punch, a spun bond method, and a stitch method.

As shown in FIG. 5B, the cement-based composition layer 23 prevents the cement paste in the concrete 1 from moving from the back surface 23b side to the front surface 23a side when the concrete 1 is placed on the back surface 23b side. Then, the mesh-like sheet member 25 located on the surface 23a side is prevented from being buried in the concrete casing 1. Therefore, the cementitious composition layer 23 is provided over the entire back surface of the mesh-like sheet member 25, and more desirably, the cementitious composition layer 23 is completely formed with a through-hole penetrating from the back surface 23b to the front surface 23a. It is better not to be.

Moreover, the cementitious composition layer 23 is a layer containing at least cement as the name suggests. Therefore, the concrete 1 placed on the back surface 23b side is a so-called same material and has high affinity, and is thus firmly integrated with the concrete housing 1 formed on the back surface 23b side. Furthermore, even on the surface 23a side, it is bonded with a high affinity to the above-described cement adhesive for the outer wall tile 11 or a polymer resin adhesive having an affinity for cement (see FIG. 5D). As a result, a state in which the cement-based composition material or the cement-compatible material is connected without being divided from the concrete 1 to the adhesive can be formed, that is, the cement-based composition material in a part in the thickness direction. Alternatively, it is possible to avoid a state in which the cement-compatible material is cut off, and thereby it is possible to ensure a high joint strength between the concrete casing 1 and the outer wall tile 11.

Incidentally, in this example, since the mesh-like sheet member 25 does not protrude from the back surface 23b of the cementitious composition layer 23, in order to roughen the back surface 23b from the viewpoint of improving the bonding strength with the concrete 1, the back surface 23b As an example of the unevenness, a large number of circular recesses 27 are formed in a lattice arrangement (see FIGS. 5B, 3 and 4). However, these circular recesses 27 are not essential and may not be formed.

=== Method of Manufacturing Sheet-like Member 21 for Joining ===
FIG. 7A thru | or FIG. 7D is explanatory drawing of the manufacturing method of the sheet-like member 21 for joining mentioned above, and all are longitudinal cross-sectional views.

First, a bottomed box-shaped molding form 41 having an open top surface is prepared. Note that a large number of convex portions 47 are formed in advance on the bottom surface of the molding mold 41 so as to correspond to the circular concave portions 27 on the back surface 23b of the cement-based composition layer 23 described above. Examples of the method for forming these convex portions 47 include laying and fixing an air cap or the like on the bottom surface of the mold 41 for molding.

Next, as shown in FIG. 7B, the cement-based composition material 23 that is the material of the cement-based composition layer 23 is poured into the molding mold 41. Then, in a state where the cementitious composition material 23 is not solidified, the mesh-like sheet member 25 disposed thereabove is gradually lowered to partially enter the cementitious composition material 23 from the upper surface of the cementitious composition material 23. Thus, as shown in FIG. 7C, the upper portion 25c of the mesh-like sheet member 25 protrudes from the upper surface of the cementitious composition material 23, and the lower portion 25d is buried in the cementitious composition material 23.

Then, the cement-based composition material 23 is solidified by being left for a predetermined time in the partially immersed state.
Finally, as shown in FIG. 7D, the cement-based composition layer 23, which is the solidified cement-based composition material 23, is removed from the molding frame 41, whereby the joining sheet-like member 21 is manufactured.

=== Method for Surface Treatment of Concrete Frame 1 Using Joining Sheet-like Member 21 ===
Here, a surface treatment method of the concrete casing 1 using the joining sheet-like member 21 will be described with reference to FIGS. 5A to 5D.

First, as shown in FIG. 5A, the joining sheet-like member 21 is laid on the inner wall surface of the concrete formwork 3 while the surface 21a of the joining sheet-like member 21 is opposed to the inner wall surface of the concrete formwork 3, and staples (not shown) Temporarily fix with.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5B, concrete 1 is placed in the concrete mold 3. In addition, during this placement, the movement in the thickness direction of the cement paste related to the concrete 1 placed on the back surface 21b side of the joining sheet-like member 21 is caused by the dense cement system of the joining sheet-like member 21. Since it is blocked by the composition layer 23, the wraparound of the cement paste to the surface 21a side of the joining sheet-like member 21 is suppressed almost completely. As a result, the surface 21a of the joining sheet-like member 21 is a mesh-like sheet member. 25 is maintained in a partially protruding state to become a rough surface.

Further, since the cement-based composition layer 23 is exposed on the back surface 21b of the joining sheet-like member 21, the concrete 1 and the cement-based composition layer 23 placed on the back surface 21b side are surely joined and integrated. . At this time, since the concrete 1 enters the circular recess 27 formed on the back surface 23b of the cementitious composition layer 23, an anchor effect is generated, so that the bonding strength is further enhanced.

Next, after the concrete 1 is hardened, the concrete 1 is removed from the concrete mold 3 as shown in FIG. 5C, whereby the concrete frame 1 is formed. At this time, the joining sheet-like member 21 is integrated with the surface 1a of the concrete casing 1, and the mesh-like sheet is partially formed from the surface 23a of the cement-based composition layer 23 of the joining sheet-like member 21. The member 25 protrudes, so that a rough surface is formed on the surface 1a side of the concrete housing 1.

If it does so, a cement adhesive etc. will be apply | coated to the surface 21a of the sheet-like member 21 for joining, and the outer wall tile 11 will be affixed on the said surface 21a (refer FIG. 5D). At this time, since the cement-based composition layer 23 is also partially exposed on the surface 21a of the joining sheet-like member 21 in addition to the mesh-like sheet member 25, the cement-based adhesive or the polymer resin-based adhesive is used. The material quickly impregnates and reaches the surface 23a of the cementitious composition layer 23. As a result, the exposed portion on the surface 23a side and the adhesive are firmly joined and integrated.

=== Other Embodiments ===
As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described, this invention is not limited to this embodiment, The deformation | transformation as shown below is possible in the range which does not deviate from the summary.

In the above-described embodiment, the mesh-like sheet member 25 is protruded only from the front surface 21a of the joining sheet-like member 21 and is not protruded from the back surface 21b. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the front and back both surfaces 21a, 21b The net-like sheet member 25 may be projected. However, in this case, it goes without saying that the cementitious composition layer 23 is partially exposed on the front and back surfaces 21a and 21b of the joining sheet-like member 21. Further, according to this configuration, since the back surface 21b is roughened by the mesh-like sheet member 25, it is not necessary to form irregularities such as the aforementioned circular recesses 27 on the back surface 21b. Has advantages such as increased bonding strength.

In the above-described embodiment, the nonwoven fabric is exemplified as the mesh-like sheet member 25. However, at least a part of the cement-based composition layer 23 has a mesh and the thickness direction of the joining sheet-like member 21 passes through the mesh 21a. As long as it is configured to be exposed at 21b, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, a woven fabric or a napped fabric may be used. Here, the raised fabric refers to a knitted fabric having a raised portion. The napped portion may be a loop or may have a shape in which the tip of the fiber is cut.

In the above-described embodiment, the joining sheet-like member 21 is manufactured by immersing the mesh-like sheet member 25 in the cementitious composition material 23 placed on the molding form 41. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the joining sheet-like member 21 may be manufactured by spraying the cementitious composition material 23 onto the mesh-like sheet member 25. However, the dipping method is preferable because a dense cementitious composition layer 23 can be formed.

In the above-described embodiment, the surface 21a (surface on the surface finishing material 11 side) of the joining sheet-like member 21 is roughened by the mesh-like sheet member 25, and the back surface 21b (surface on the concrete body finishing surface 1a side) is the above-mentioned. Although the rough surface is roughened by the circular recess 27 (unevenness formed integrally with the cementitious composition layer 23), the present invention is not limited to this, and the front and back may be reversed. That is, the back surface 21b (the surface on the concrete housing finished surface 1a side) of the joining sheet-like member 21 is roughened by the mesh-like sheet member 25, and the same surface 21a (the surface on the surface finishing material 11 side) is formed into a circular recess 27 (cement). The rough surface may be roughened by unevenness formed integrally with the system composition layer 23.
