Description
好ましくは、線状体およびYコネクタを一体としてハウジングに取り付けるときに線状体の位置決めをする、案内部が設けられている。
図1は、実施の形態1の線状体の駆動装置の断面模式図である。図2は、図1に示すII−II線に沿う、線状体の駆動装置の部分断面模式図である。図1および図2に示すように、この駆動装置1は、ハウジング2を備える。ハウジング2は、蝶番11を支軸として回転移動することにより開閉可能に設けられた、蓋部材10を有する。
図3は、実施の形態2の線状体の駆動装置の、図5に示すIII−III線に沿う断面模式図である。図4は、図3に示すIV−IV線に沿う、線状体の駆動装置の部分断面模式図である。図5は、実施の形態2の線状体の駆動装置の側面図である。実施の形態2の線状体30の駆動装置1は、ハウジング2と蓋部材10との突合せ部が図3〜図5に示すような形状となっている点で実施の形態1とは異なっている。
Claims (6)
- 線状体を長手軸方向に移動させるアクチュエータと、
前記アクチュエータを収容するハウジングとを備え、
前記ハウジングは、開閉可能に設けられた蓋部材を有し、
前記ハウジングは、ハウジング側弾性部を有し、前記蓋部材は、前記ハウジング側弾性部に対向する蓋部材側弾性部を有し、
前記ハウジング側弾性部と前記蓋部材側弾性部とは、前記蓋部材を閉めることで、貫通孔の形成されたYコネクタを挟持して前記ハウジングにYコネクタを固定可能であり、
前記アクチュエータは、Yコネクタが前記ハウジングに固定された状態で、Yコネクタの貫通孔に挿通される線状体を長手軸方向に移動し、
前記蓋部材を開けることで、線状体およびYコネクタを一体として前記ハウジングから手動で取り外し可能とする、医療用線状体の駆動装置。 - 前記蓋部材に取り付けられた弾性体をさらに備え、
前記蓋部材は、開閉を操作するレバーを有し、
前記蓋部材を閉めると、前記弾性体が前記蓋部材を押圧する弾性力によって前記レバーは押止され、
前記レバーを弾性変形させて前記蓋部材を開ける、請求項1に記載の医療用線状体の駆動装置。 - 前記アクチュエータは、
回転力発生器と、
前記回転力発生器で発生した回転力によって回転運動を行なう駆動ローラと、
前記駆動ローラの回転に従動して回転運動を行なう、従動ローラとを含み、
前記駆動ローラの回転面と、前記従動ローラの回転面とによって、線状体を挟持する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の医療用線状体の駆動装置。 - 前記駆動ローラは、前記ハウジングによって回転可能に支持されており、
前記従動ローラは、前記蓋部材によって回転可能に支持されている、請求項3に記載の医療用線状体の駆動装置。 - 線状体およびYコネクタを一体として前記ハウジングに取り付けるときに線状体の位置決めをする、案内部が設けられている、請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の医療用線状体の駆動装置。
- 医療用線状体はカテーテル、ガイドワイヤ、塞栓用コイルを先端に取り付けたデリバリーワイヤ、のいずれかである、請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の医療用線状体の駆動装置。
