Description

The present invention relates to a wire connecting connector, and more particularly to a wire connecting connector suitable for floor heating wiring.

Conventionally, as a connector for electric wire connection used for floor heating wiring, for example, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 4 of Patent Document 1, when the electric wire 8 is removed, it protrudes from the upper surface of the release button 5. By inserting and rotating the tip of the tool 9 between the provided operating portion 51 and the recess 26 of the window 25 provided in the body 20 of the case 2, the release button 5 is slid and locked. A part of the spring 4 was bent and the electric wire 8 was pulled out.

Japanese Patent No. 3291118

However, in the above-described terminal block, it is necessary to push and slide the operation portion 51 of the release button 5 by rotating the tip of the tool 9, so that the upper surface of the operation portion 51 of the release button 5 and the top of the case 2 Need to be the same. In particular, if a predetermined strength is obtained so that the tool 9 is not damaged even if the tip of the tool 9 is rotated, the thickness of the body 20 of the case 2 and the height of the operation portion 51 cannot be reduced. Thinning the table is not easy.
Moreover, in the above-mentioned terminal block, since the distance from the rotation fulcrum of the tool 9 to the action point with respect to the lock spring 4 is limited, a large operating force is required to operate the lock spring 4. There is a point.
In view of the above problems, the electric wire connection connector according to the present invention does not require a large operating force, and provides a thin electric wire connection connector and a floor heating connection structure using the same.

In order to achieve the above object, the wire connecting connector according to the present invention urges one end of a wire press-fitted into the housing from the side with a connection spring to press-contact the connection fitting, and for preventing the connection spring from being pulled out. a wire connector for retaining a nail portion, provided on one end side of the at least one operating lever, and a pivot shaft portion having an axis extending in the vertical direction, rotating in the housing The operation lever is pivoted about the axis of the pivot shaft through an operation hole provided in the housing, and the retaining pawl is moved by a tip operation section located at the other end. By pressing and elastically deforming, the electric wire is extracted from the housing.

According to the present invention, unlike the conventional example, it is not necessary to project a part of the operation member, and the operation lever can be embedded in the housing, so that a thin wire connection connector can be obtained.
Further, by rotating the operation lever from the operation hole of the housing, the connection spring is operated at the distal end operation portion. The distance can be increased and the wires can be removed with a small operating force.

As an embodiment of the present invention, an operation slit formed by adjoining a pair of operation levers rotatably supported may be arranged so as to be operable from an operation hole of the housing.
According to the present embodiment, by simultaneously operating the pair of operation levers from the operation hole via the operation slit, the two electric wires can be extracted simultaneously, and the workability is further improved.

As another embodiment of the present invention, one end portion of the core wire of the electric wire may be directly press-contacted to the connection fitting, or a connection pin terminal integrated with one end portion of the core wire of the electric wire is press-contacted to the connection fitting. Also good.
According to this embodiment, the connection work is simplified, and in particular, if the connection pin terminal is integrated with one end of the core wire of the electric wire, the connection work and the separation work can be performed even with a core wire made of a twisted wire. It becomes easy and work efficiency improves.

The floor heating connection structure according to the present invention has a configuration in which floor heating floor plates laid via the above-described electric wire connection connectors are electrically connected to each other.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, there exists an effect that the floor heating connection structure which is easy on-site construction and does not become bulky can be obtained by using the connector for electric wire connection which is thin and easy for wiring work.

1st Embodiment of the connector for electric wire connection which concerns on this invention is described according to the accompanying drawing of FIG. 1 thru | or FIG.
As shown in FIG. 2, the wire connecting connector 1 according to the present embodiment includes a base 10, a connection fitting 20, a connection spring 30, an operation lever 40, and a cover 50, and is on the same axis. Two sets of a pair of electric wires 60 arranged in the above are electrically connected. The base 10 and the cover 50 constitute a housing.

The base 10 has side wall portions 12 and 12 arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals on both sides of a pedestal portion 11 protruding from the center of the upper surface thereof. The pedestal portion 11 is provided with four shaft holes 13 at the substantially central portion thereof for rotatably supporting an operation lever 40 described later. Further, an engaging claw portion 14 is projected from the outer surface of the side wall portion 12.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the connection fitting 20 has a floor area that can be stored between the pedestal portion 11 and the side wall portion 12, and cuts and raises the connection portion 21 at the upper inner edge portion thereof. On the other hand, a pair of planar L-shaped positioning portions 22 and 22 are cut and raised on the outer edge of the upper surface. The positioning unit 22 engages and positions a connection spring 30 described later. The connection fitting 20 is fitted and assembled between the base portion 11 and the side wall portion 12 of the base 10.

The connection spring 30 includes a pressing portion 31 that urges a core wire 61 of the electric wire 60 to be described later, and a retaining claw portion 32 that is locked to the core wire 61 of the electric wire 60 to prevent it from coming off. By assembling, the positioning unit 22 positions.
Of course, the connection fitting 20 and the connection spring 30 may be integrally formed by punching the same plate-like conductive spring material.

The operation lever 40 is substantially L-shaped in a plane, and has a rotation shaft portion 41 projecting from one end portion thereof, and the other end portion serving as a tip operation portion 42. Then, by inserting the rotation shaft portion 41 into the shaft hole 13 of the base 10 and assembling the rotation shaft portion 41 so as to be rotatable, the tip operation portion 42 can come into contact with the retaining claw portion 32 of the connection spring 30. On the other hand, an operation slit 43 is formed between a pair of adjacent operation levers 40, 40 (FIG. 1).

The cover 50 has a planar shape capable of covering the base 10, and has a pair of operation holes 51, 51 at the center thereof, and the engaging claw portions 14 of the base 10 at both side edges of the lower surface. An elastic engagement portion 52 that can be engaged is projected.

Then, the connection fitting 20 and the connection spring 30 are sequentially assembled and positioned between the base portion 11 and the side wall portion 12 of the base 10. Further, the rotation shaft portion 41 of the operation lever 40 is inserted into the shaft hole 13 of the pedestal portion 11 and is rotatably supported. Next, by engaging and assembling the elastic engagement portion 52 of the cover 50 to the engagement claw portion 14 of the base 10, the connection hole 15 (FIG. 1A) is formed, and a pair of adjacent operation levers 40. , 40 can be viewed from the operation hole 51 of the cover 50.

When the electric wire 60 is connected via the electric wire connecting connector 1, the core wire 61 of the electric wire 60 is inserted into the connection hole 15, and the pressing portion 31 and the retaining claw portion 32 of the connection spring 30 are elastically deformed and press-fitted. To do. Thus, the electric wire 60 can be brought into electrical contact by being brought into pressure contact with the connection portion 21 of the connection fitting 20, and the retaining claw portion 32 of the connection spring 30 is engaged with the core wire 61 of the electric wire 60 and is prevented from coming off.
On the other hand, when the electric wire 60 is removed, as shown in FIG. 4, for example, the distal end portion of the driver 62 is inserted into the operation slit 43 that can be seen from the operation hole 51 and rotated. As a result, the operating lever 40 rotates about the rotating shaft portion 41, and the distal end operating portion 42 presses and elastically deforms the retaining claw portion 32 of the connection spring 30 to release the locked state. Thus, the electric wire 60 can be extracted.

In the present embodiment, the pair of retaining pawls 32 and 32 can be simultaneously released by inserting the tip of the driver 62 into the operation slit 43 between the pair of operation levers 40 and 40 and rotating the two. Since the electric wires 60 can be pulled out simultaneously, workability is good.
Further, after the driver 62 is rotated, even if the operator removes his / her hand from the driver 62, the state is maintained, so that the electric wire connecting connector 1 that is easy to work is obtained.

Note that the electric wire 60 is not limited to the case where the core wire 61 is directly electrically connected to the connection fitting 20, but as shown in FIG. 6, the core wire 61 made of a twisted wire is caulked and fixed to the connection pin terminal 62, and the electric wire You may electrically connect to the connector 1 for connection (2nd Embodiment).
Further, the electric wires 60 are not limited to being connected one by one. For example, if two electric wires are arranged side by side to form a unit, and the two electric wires are simultaneously connected and separated, there is an advantage that workability is further improved.

Next, a floor heating connection structure using the wire connecting connector 1 will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 7B, the floor heating floor plate 70 (71, 72) is partially covered with a back plate 90 on the wiring recess 80 formed at both side ends of the back surface thereof. The wiring recess 80 includes wiring grooves 81 and 82 communicating with both side surfaces thereof, and a wiring groove 83 communicating with one end surface thereof. The substantially L-shaped notch 91 provided on the back plate 90 has a drop opening 92 formed at one end thereof, and the other end is cut through. In the wiring recess 80, two electric wires 60, 60 are drawn out.

Next, as shown in FIG. 8A, when the floor plates 70 and 71 for heating are connected in the vertical direction, the core wire 61 of the electric wire 60 drawn from the floor plates 70 and 71 for floor heating is connected to the connector 1 for electric wire connection. Each is inserted into the connection hole 15. Then, the pressing portion 31 of the connection spring 30 is elastically deformed, whereby the electric wire 60 is brought into pressure contact with the connection portion 21 of the connection fitting 20 to be electrically connected. Further, after the wire connecting connector 1 is dropped from the drop opening 92 of the back plate 90, it is slid sideways to prevent it from coming off. Next, the floor heating floor plate 71 located on the upper side is inverted, and the male real part 84 is connected to and integrated with the female real part 85 of the floor heating floor plate 70 located on the lower side. The work is complete. Thereafter, similar connection work is performed.

Further, as shown in FIG. 8B, when the floor plates 71 and 72 for heating are connected in the horizontal direction, the core wire 61 of the electric wire 60 drawn out from the floor plates for floor heating 71 and 72 is connected to the electric wire in the same manner as described above. Each is inserted into the connection hole 15 of the connector 1 for connection. Then, the pressing portion 31 of the connection spring 30 is elastically deformed to be brought into pressure contact with the connection portion 21 of the connection fitting 20 to be electrically connected. Further, after the wire connecting connector 1 is dropped from the drop opening 92 of the back plate 90, it is slid sideways to prevent it from coming off. Subsequently, the floor heating floor plate 72 positioned on the upper side is reversed, and the female real part 85 is fitted and integrated with the male real part 84 of the heating floor plate 71 positioned on the lower side. Is completed. Thereafter, similar connection work is performed.

Further, as in the third embodiment shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B, two pairs of electric wires 60 and one pair of ground wires 64 may be connected to the electric wire connecting connector 1. As a connection structure of the ground wire 64, for example, the connection may be made from the ground wire connection hole 16 of the wire connection connector 1 via an engagement body shown in Japanese Patent No. 4214244, for example.

Note that the operation lever 40 does not have to be substantially L-shaped as described above, and may be, for example, a substantially triangular shape. Further, the rotation shaft portion 41 of the operation lever 40 may be provided in a pair of upper and lower sides and projecting on the same axis, and the upper and lower ends thereof may be rotatably supported by the base 10 and the cover 50. In particular, when the operation lever 40 is rotatably supported by the cover 50, the shaft hole may be a through hole or a simple recess.

If at least the cover 50 is transparent, the connection state can be visually confirmed, and there is an advantage that connection reliability is improved.
