Claims (5)
- 容器から流動性製品を吐出するための自動閉鎖弁(01)であって、
流出口(18)を有する弁蓋(04)を含み、
弁蓋(04)の製品側で弁蓋から離間させて配置される案内皿体(09)を含み、
弁蓋(04)と案内皿体(09)との間で保持される弁膜(02)を含み、生成された圧力差に基づいて弁膜(02)が閉鎖位置と吐出位置と吸入位置との間で切り換わることができ、
弁蓋(04)と弁膜(02)との間の空洞(16)を含み、閉鎖位置および吸入位置のとき弁膜(02)が弁蓋(04)に当接することによって弁膜が流出口(18)に対して閉鎖され、吐出位置のときには弁膜(02)が弁蓋(04)から押し離されることによって弁膜が流出口に対して開放されており、
製品の容器から空洞(16)にかけて延びる少なくとも1つの貫流口(14)を含み、吸入位置のとき、少なくとも流出口(18)と、弁膜(02)が案内皿体(09)から押し離されることで開口する空隙(23)とによって形成された空気吸入通路を含み、閉鎖位置および吐出位置のとき弁膜(02)が案内皿体(09)に載置されることによってこの空気吸入通路が閉鎖されている自動閉鎖弁において、
弁膜(02)が案内口(03)をさらに含み、この案内口は吸入位置において空気吸入通路の一部を形成し、
弁膜(02)が案内要素(08;27)によって案内されており、案内要素(08;27)が弁膜(02)の案内口(03)内に突出し、かつ同時に空気吸入通路の一部を形成することを特徴とする自動閉鎖弁。 - 流出口(18)と弁膜(02)と案内口(03)が円形かつ同心に実施されている請求項1記載の自動閉鎖弁(01)。
- 弁膜(02)が、閉鎖位置のとき弁蓋(04)に押付けられる皿ばねの態様である請求項1または2記載の自動閉鎖弁(01)。
- 相互に離間して案内皿体(09)に固着される複数の案内栓(08)によって案内要素が形成されている請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の自動閉鎖弁(01)。
- 案内要素が溝付き案内栓(27)によって形成されており、この案内栓がその側面に少なくとも1つの溝(28)を有し、この溝が同時に空気吸入通路の一部を形成する請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の自動閉鎖弁(01)。
