Description
従って、本発明は大きな物品を(1)染料を含有する着色システムおよび/または機能増強材料を含有する溶液、(2)水、ならびに(3)エチレングリコールモノブチルエーテルやジエチレングリコールのような溶媒で、好ましくは噴霧により処理する、装置および方法を提供するものである。本発明の装置は、着色される物品上に(ノズルを通しての噴霧によって)連続的に着色用および/または機能増強用の溶液を分注する手段、処理されるべき物品を固定する手段、および処理されるべき物品を囲いに出し入れする手段によって処理されるべき物品を収容できる大きさに合わせた囲いまたは槽を有して成る。処理システムは処理されるべき物品に次のような順序で適用される:最初に、染料を含有する熱い溶液および/または機能増強材料を含有する熱い溶液;二番目に無染料の熱溶液;そして三番目に熱水を直接物品表面に。処理されるべき物品を固定し移送する好ましい手段は、大きくて重い物品を安全に保持し噴霧槽に移送し、引き続いて着色および/または機能増強溶液およびリンス溶液で処理するために設計されたトロリーシステムである。着色システムを分注する手段は3個以上の密閉した槽に接続している。各々の密閉した槽は、着色される物品を着色し、増強し、またはリンスするために充分な量で、小さな液滴が分配手段から放出されるために十分な圧力で、熱い処理システムの成分を分配できなければならない。本発明の装置は、飽和した染料溶液または機能増強添加剤含有溶液を含む少なくとも一つの密閉された槽、無染料の熱いリンス溶液用の少なくとも一つの密閉された槽、および脱イオンした熱水用の少なくとも一つの密閉された槽を有しなければならない。廃液回収のための予備槽を本発明の装置中に含めてもよい。
本明細書および請求項で使用される全ての数字は、実施例で使用される数字および他に明記して特定されない限りも含めて、例えその用語が明瞭に現われなくても、あたかも「およそ」の用語で前置きされた如くに読んでよい。また、ここで引用されるいかなる数的範囲も、そこに含まれる全ての従属範囲を包含することが意図される。
Claims (18)
- 物品に色付けし、および/またはその物品の物理的特性を増強するために物品を処理する装置であって、
a)処理すべき物品を囲い込むように十分大きな加熱された囲いまたは容器と、
b)(i)着色溶液および/または機能増強添加剤含有溶液、
(ii)有機溶媒、ならびに
(iii)脱イオン水を含む水
を含む、処理システムの成分を、処理すべき物品の表面を完全に覆うように直接に、順次、物品の表面に適用する手段と、
c)処理すべき物品を安全に保持する手段と、
d)処理すべき物品を加熱された囲い中に移送し、および処理後に物品を囲いから取り出す手段と、
e)十分に熱い飽和した着色溶液および/または機能増強添加剤含有溶液を、物品の表面に適用した時に小さな液滴を形成するように十分な圧力で配送することができる、密閉され、加熱された容器と、
f)前記有機溶媒および前記水を含む十分に熱い無染料のリンス溶液を、物品の表面に適用された時に小さな液滴を形成するように十分な圧力で配送することができる、密閉され、加熱された容器と、
g)十分に熱い前記脱イオン水を、物品の表面に適用された時に小さな液滴を形成するように十分な圧力で配送することができる、密閉され、加熱された容器と、

b)物品の全表面が、着色溶液および/または機能増強添加剤含有溶液で覆われるように、着色溶液および/または機能増強添加剤含有溶液を物品表面に噴霧することと、
c)物品の全表面が有機溶液で覆われるように、有機溶媒を物品表面に噴霧することと、
d)物品の全表面が水で覆われるように、物品表面に水を噴霧することと、
e)物品を囲いから取り出すことと、
を含んで成る方法。 - 再生のためにいかなる廃液も収集するための容器を更に有して成る、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 囲い、噴霧手段、および密閉され加熱された容器が、染料を吸収しない材料からできている、請求項1に記載の装置。
