Claims (7)
- 駆動源の一部としてのエンジンの動力を油圧ポンプと発電機とに分けて、前記発電機が発電する電力で旋回用電動モータを駆動し、前記油圧ポンプが供給する圧油で油圧アクチュエータを駆動するハイブリッド建機に用いられるハイブリッド建機の制御装置において、
前記油圧アクチュエータと前記旋回用電動モータとが同時に操作されているときに、前記駆動源が出力する出力パワーと、前記油圧アクチュエータ及び前記旋回用電動モータが必要とする必要パワーとを検出し、前記必要パワーが前記出力パワーを超えた場合には、前記旋回用電動モータのトルクまたは加速度を制限して、前記油圧アクチュエータに優先的に出力パワーを配分し、前記旋回用電動モータによる旋回の範囲を検出し、検出された旋回の範囲が旋回所定範囲以下のときには、旋回用電動モータのトルクまたは加速度の上限を制限することを特徴とするハイブリッド建機の制御装置。 - 駆動源の一部としてのエンジンの動力を油圧ポンプと発電機とに分けて、前記発電機が発電する電力で旋回用電動モータを駆動し、前記油圧ポンプが供給する圧油で油圧アクチュエータを駆動するハイブリッド建機に用いられるハイブリッド建機の制御装置において、
前記油圧アクチュエータと前記旋回用電動モータとが同時に操作されているときに、前記駆動源が出力する出力パワーと、前記油圧アクチュエータ及び前記旋回用電動モータが必要とする必要パワーとを検出し、前記必要パワーが前記出力パワーを超えた場合には、前記旋回用電動モータのトルクまたは加速度を制限して、前記油圧アクチュエータに優先的に出力パワーを配分し、前記旋回用電動モータによる旋回の範囲を検出し、検出された旋回の範囲が旋回所定範囲以下のときには、操作レバーからの信号に1より小さい比率を乗算するハイブリッド建機の制御装置。 - 請求項1または2記載のハイブリッド建機の制御装置において、前記油圧ポンプの下流側に配置された流量センサと、前記油圧ポンプの下流側に配置された圧油の圧力センサとを、有する発電電力検出手段が、前記油圧アクチュエータが必要とする必要パワーを算出することを特徴とするハイブリッド建機の制御装置。
- 請求項1または2記載のハイブリッド建機の制御装置において、前記旋回用電動モータの出力軸に配置された2つの軸トルクセンサを有する発電電力検出手段が、前記油圧アクチュエータが必要とする必要パワーを算出することを特徴とするハイブリッド建機の制御装置。
- 請求項1または2記載のハイブリッド建機の制御装置において、前記油圧アクチュエータ用の操作レバーの操作量に基づき発電電力検出手段が、前記油圧アクチュエータが必要とする必要パワーを算出することを特徴とするハイブリッド建機の制御装置。
- 請求項1または2記載のハイブリッド建機の制御装置において、前記油圧ポンプの下流側に配置された圧油の圧力センサの出力と、前記アクチュエータ用の操作レバーの操作量とに基づき、発電電力検出手段が、前記油圧アクチュエータが必要とする必要パワーを算出することを特徴とするハイブリッド建機の制御装置。
- 請求項1または2記載のハイブリッド建機の制御装置において、各操作レバーの操作量から、発電電力検出手段が、前記旋回用電動モータ及び前記油圧アクチュエータが必要とする必要パワーを算出することを特徴とするハイブリッド建機の制御装置。
