Description
化学組成
基本組織は、約60%のセメントに富み、セメンタイトを含まない針状フェライト、約20%のパーライト、約10%のマルテンサイト、<3%のオーステナイト、および<7%のカーバイドからなる。ピストンリングの機械的性質は次の通りである。硬度は320HB2.5、曲げ強さは>1100MPaであり、この場合、正確な曲げ強さは材料の高い延性のゆえに調査困難であった。

の組成を特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋳鉄材。 - フェライトがセメンタイトを含まない針状フェライト、またはセメンタイトを含む針状フェライト、あるいは、これらの混合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の鋳鉄材。
- 前記鋳鉄材の中に存在する黒鉛が、粒球状および/または芋虫状、もしくは薄層状であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の鋳鉄材。
- Ti、Nb、Ta、W、B、またはこれらの2以上の組合せからなる群から選択された元素が0.1重量%までの量だけ含まれることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の鋳鉄材。
- Co、Sb、Ca、Sr、Al、La、Ce、希土類元素、またはこれらの2以上の組合せからなる群から選択された添加材料が0.1重量%までの量だけ含まれることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の鋳鉄材。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の鋳鉄材を基体として含むピストンリング。
- さらに側面および/または摺動面に被覆を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のピストンリング。
