Description
The present invention relates to an inspection light irradiation apparatus used when inspecting the surface of an object by a camera, a microscope, or visual inspection.
As a conventional light irradiation apparatus for inspection of this type, a so-called ring-type apparatus in which an observation hole is penetrated in the center is known as seen in Patent Document 1 and the like.
In such a light irradiation device for inspection, a plurality of LEDs are annularly arranged inside a flat cylindrical housing, and light emitted from the LEDs passes directly or through a light-transmitting member such as a light diffusion plate. It is configured to irradiate the inspection object.
Recently, the demand for more compact and thin (low height) devices is increasing due to diversification of inspection objects and inspection conditions. In addition, when a large amount of light is required, an ultra-high luminance type LED that can constantly flow a current of 60 mA to 200 mA or more must be used, and heat dissipation characteristics must be fully considered.
Therefore, in order to reduce the thickness and improve the heat dissipation at a time, the present inventors used a surface mount type LED as the LED, and in the wiring board on which the LED is mounted, only on one side where the LED is mounted. All parts such as connection terminals of electric wires are arranged so that the back surface of the wiring board can be brought into direct contact with the bottom surface of the housing or as close as possible.
By the way, with the above-described structure, the back surface of the wiring board is in close contact with or close to the bottom surface of the housing, and thus an electric wire such as a power cable has to be swept over the surface of the wiring board.
On the other hand, such an electric wire is introduced into the inside from the electric wire insertion port provided in the housing and soldered to the wiring board, but if the length of the electric wire inserted inside is too short at that time, it is difficult to work, It must be longer than a certain length.
For this reason, the connection part of the electric wire to the wiring board is set at a position away from the electric wire insertion port, and the electric wire is not covered with the LED mounting area while keeping the electric wire length above a certain level. The surface of the wiring board is moved along the inner peripheral surface of the body.
However, if the wires are not fixed in such a way, the wires move due to unexpected shocks or vibrations during the subsequent manufacturing process or use, and enter the LED mounting area, and part of the light emitting surface of the LED There is a risk of shielding. Further, when a cylindrical reflecting member is mounted around the LED mounting area, the electric wire may interfere and the reflecting member may not be mounted smoothly.
However, fixing the electric wire with an adhesive causes problems during maintenance such as board replacement, and providing the cable locking portion on the casing makes it difficult to mold the casing. Furthermore, since a commercially available cable locking member pinches an electric wire from both sides, it becomes quite large and inhibits the above-described compactness.
The present invention has been made in view of the problems as described above, and the main problem is that this kind of inspection light irradiation apparatus in which an electric wire is arranged on an LED mounting surface of a wiring board, An object of the present invention is to reliably lock the electric wire outside the LED mounting area and to realize the locking mechanism very easily and inexpensively.
That is, the inspection light irradiation apparatus according to the present invention has a cylindrical casing having an opening on one end face, or a light-transmitting member disposed so that light can be emitted from the end face. A wiring board housed in the housing such that the surface faces the one end surface, one or more LEDs mounted on the surface of the wiring board, and an electric wire insertion opening provided in the housing And an electric wire connected to the wiring board.
And the connection terminal mounted on the surface of the wiring board and connected to the end of the electric wire, and the outside of the LED mounting area on the surface of the wiring board, between the electric wire insertion port and the connection terminal One or a plurality of upright members are provided, and the electric wires are fitted between the upright members and the inner peripheral surface of the casing.
As the standing member, a linear columnar member that can be easily manufactured or obtained is necessary and sufficient. And in that case, if the same thing as a linear column-shaped connection terminal is used for a standing member, it will become possible to suppress the increase in a number of parts.
For example, in the case of further providing a cylindrical second housing that forms a light reflecting surface around the LED mounting region, the upright member is disposed outside the light reflecting surface, whereby the electric wire is connected to the light beam. It is possible to reliably restrain the outside of the reflecting surface, and it is possible to prevent the electric wire from casting a shadow on the light reflecting surface or obstructing the attachment of the second housing.
According to the light irradiation device for inspection according to the present invention configured as described above, the electric wire inserted into the housing is reliably sandwiched between the upright member and the inner peripheral surface of the housing, so that the wiring board can be securely connected. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the light emitting surface of the LED from being shielded by the electric wire, or the electric wire from moving in the manufacturing process to obstruct the attachment of other members.
Moreover, as the wire locking mechanism, the upright member is simply soldered to the peripheral edge of the wiring board, so that it can be manufactured at a very low cost and hardly hinders compactness.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, an inspection light irradiation apparatus 100 according to this embodiment (hereinafter also simply referred to as a light irradiation apparatus 100) emits inspection light to illuminate an inspection target (not shown). And has a substantially flat disk shape having an observation hole H penetrating the center. And it is comprised so that an inspection object can be imaged, for example with a camera through the said observation hole H, and the surface can be test | inspected.
As shown in FIG. 2, the light irradiation device 100 in this embodiment includes a housing 1, a wiring board 2, a second housing 6, a light diffusion member 7, and a power cable 4.
The casing 1 has a flat cylindrical shape in which an opening is provided on one end face 1a and the other end face is closed by a bottom plate 12 in which a through hole for an observation hole H is formed. The side wall 11 has a wire insertion opening 1b for inserting the power cable 4 inserted therethrough.
The wiring board 2 has a disk shape in which a through hole for the observation hole H is formed at the center. A plurality of surface-mounted LEDs 3 are circumferentially mounted by soldering only on the front and back surfaces. The wiring board 2 is mounted in the housing 1 such that the front surface thereof faces the opening of the housing 1 and the back surface thereof is close to or in close contact with the bottom plate 12 of the housing 1. Therefore, substantially no components are mounted on the back surface of the wiring board 2.
The second housing 6 is composed of a bowl-shaped attachment portion 61 and a cylindrical specular reflection portion 62 having both end faces open, and is attached to the surface side of the wiring board 2. The diameter of the specular reflection portion 62 in the second housing 6 is set so as to be located outside the LED 3 mounting region and inside the housing 1 peripheral surface 11a when viewed from the axial direction. In addition, the inner peripheral surface 62a of the specular reflection portion 62 is used as a mirror surface, so that the inner peripheral surface 62a functions as a light reflecting surface that reflects the light emitted from the LED 3.
The light diffusing member 7 is a translucent member and has a trumpet shape with a through hole for the observation hole H provided at the center thereof. The light diffusing member 7 is disposed so as to cover the end surface 1a of the housing 1 so as to diffuse the light emitted from the LED 3 and illuminate the inspection target with a more uniform illuminance.
The power cable 4 is obtained by inserting two electric wires 41 into the inside of the covering tube 42, and a connector 9 for connecting to a power supply device (not shown) is attached to one end thereof. The other end of the power cable 4 is inserted into the wire insertion port 1b provided in the housing 1 via a bushing B, and the covered tube 42 is peeled off from the portion inserted into the housing 1. The two electric wires 41 are configured to be exposed. The ends of the electric wires 41 are further stripped of the coating, and the bare metal lead portions are soldered to the connection terminals 51 provided on the surface of the wiring board 2.
As shown in FIG. 4, the connection terminal 51 is made of a metal having a quadrangular prism shape, and is laid at a position on the surface of the wiring board 2 that is substantially opposite to the wire insertion opening 1 b when viewed from the axial direction. That is, the side peripheral surface is soldered so as to contact the surface of the wiring board 2. A lead insertion hole is provided in the center of the connection terminal 51 along the longitudinal direction, and the metal lead portion of the electric wire 41 is inserted into the lead insertion hole and soldered.
Thus, in this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, outside the LED mounting area on the surface of the wiring board 2, substantially at the intermediate portion between the wire insertion slot 1 b and the connection terminal 51. One standing member 52 is provided, and the electric wire 41 is fitted between the standing member 52 and the inner peripheral surface 11 a of the housing 1.
In this embodiment, the upright member 52 is the same as the connection terminal 51, and is not laid down but is erected and soldered to the surface of the wiring board 2.
With such a configuration, the electric wires 41 inserted into the housing 1 are sandwiched between the standing member 52 and the inner peripheral surface 11a of the housing 1 in the middle, and the connection terminals are surely connected along the periphery of the wiring board 2. It will extend to 51.
Next, the manufacturing method of this light irradiation apparatus will be briefly described.
First, the LED 3, the connection terminal 51, and the standing member 52 are placed on the surface of the wiring board 2 and soldered by reflow or the like.
After the wiring board 2 is mounted on the housing 1, the power cable 4 is inserted into the housing 1 from the wire insertion port 1 b and the tip of the wire 41 is soldered to the connection terminal 51. At this time, an intermediate portion of the electric wire 41 is sandwiched between the upright member 52 and the inner peripheral surface 11a of the housing 1.
Next, the second housing 6 is fitted from the end surface 1a of the housing 1, and the light diffusing member 7 is further fitted and screwed.
Thus, in the light irradiation device 100 having such a configuration, the electric wire 41 inserted into the housing 1 is sandwiched between the upright member 52 and the inner peripheral surface of the housing 1 in the middle thereof, so that the wiring substrate 2 crawls along the peripheral edge. That is, it is possible to reliably prevent the light emitting surface of the LED 3 from being shielded by arranging the electric wire 41 outside the LED 3 mounting region. Furthermore, in this embodiment, since the standing member 52 and the connection terminal 51 are disposed outside the specular reflection part 62 of the second housing 6, the electric wire 41 fits the second housing 6 into the housing 1. It can also be prevented from getting in the way.
In addition, as the locking mechanism of the electric wire 41, the linear column-like upright member 52 is simply soldered to the peripheral edge of the wiring board 2, so that it can be manufactured at a very low cost and can be kept compact. Furthermore, in this embodiment, since the same connection terminal 51 and upright member 52 are used, the number of parts does not increase.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, a plurality of upright members may be provided between the electric wire insertion opening and the connection terminal to secure the electric wire more securely. In addition, a dedicated member different from the connection terminal may be used as the standing member. Furthermore, the shape of the housing and the second housing is not particularly limited to the above embodiment.
