Description
Claims (27)
- 切り離し可能なリンカー基を介して出発化学種が結合された長尺不溶性材料を、少なくとも1つの反応区域に通過させ、前記反応区域内において前記出発化学種を反応させることを含む固相合成方法を実施するのに適した装置であって、前記出発化学種を切り離し可能なリンカー基を介して結合された長尺不溶性材料と、前記出発化学種を反応させるために前記長尺不溶性材料が通って移動可能に配置された反応区域と、を備え、
前記反応区域は、流体源を備えた導管であり、前記流体源は、前記反応区域に流体を供給するために前記反応区域の入口に接続され、前記流体は、前記出発化学種と反応する少なくとも1種の反応物を含んでおり、前記反応区域に供給された前記流体は、前記反応区域を貫流し、前記反応区域の出口から流出するように構成されている、装置。 - 前記長尺材料は、固相リボンである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記流体は、液体である、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記反応区域を通って前記長尺材料を移動させるための駆動手段をさらに備えている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記導管は、少なくとも3つのブロック内に形成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 3つのブロックを備えており、前記3つのブロック内に前記導管が形成されており、前記各ブロックは、それぞれ、前面、後面、上面、底面、および、両側面を有する立体形状をなし、前記各ブロックは、それぞれ縦配置された状態で、前、中央、後の各位置を占めるように互いに結合されており、入口開口の形態にある前記入口は、前記前ブロック前面の上端の近くに配設され、出口開口の形態にある前記出口は、前記後ブロック後面の上端の近くに配設され、前記中央ブロックの底部の近くに開口が設けられている、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記開口内に、ローラが取り付けられている、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記各ブロックは、締結手段によって互いに結合されている、請求項6または7に記載の装置。
- 多数の反応区域を形成するために、多数の前記ブロックが相互に隣接して結合されており、前記長尺材料は、1つのブロックの長尺材料の出口から隣接するブロックの長尺材料の入口に案内されている、請求項6または7に記載の装置。
- 前記長尺材料は、複数の前記反応区域を通過するように案内されている、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記反応区域への前記長尺材料の入口および前記反応区域からの前記長尺材料の出口は、前記反応区域への前記流体の入口および前記反応区域からの前記流体の出口の上方に位置している、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 切り離し可能なリンカー基を介して出発化学種が結合された長尺不溶性材料を、少なくとも1つの反応区域に通過させ、前記反応区域内において前記出発化学種を反応させることを含む固相合成方法を実施するのに適した装置であって、前記出発化学種を反応させるために前記長尺材料が通って移動可能に配置された複数の反応区域と、前記各反応区域を通って前記長尺材料を移動させるための駆動手段と、を備え、前記各反応区域は、それぞれが流体源を備えた導管であり、前記各流体源は、前記各反応区域に流体を供給するために前記各反応区域の入口に接続され、前記流体は、前記出発化学種と反応する少なくとも1種の反応物を含んでおり、前記各反応区域に供給された前記流体は、前記各反応区域を貫流し、前記各反応区域の出口から流出するように構成されている、装置。
- 前記各反応区域への前記長尺材料の入口および前記反応区域からの前記長尺材料の出口は、前記反応区域への前記流体の入口および前記反応区域からの前記流体の出口の上方に位置している、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記駆動手段は、少なくとも1つの回転可能なユニットを備えている、請求項12または13に記載の装置。
- 前記回転可能なユニットは、ローラまたはスプールである、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 固相合成方法であって、
切り離し可能なリンカー基を介して出発化学種が結合された長尺不溶性材料を、少なくとも1つの反応区域を通過させること、および、前記反応区域内において前記化学種を反応させることを含み、その際、前記反応区域は導管であり、前記反応区域の入口に流体源が接続され、前記反応区域に前記流体源から流体が供給され、前記流体は、前記化学種と反応する少なくとも1種の反応物を含み、前記流体源から前記反応区域に供給され、前記反応区域を貫流し、前記出口から流出する、方法。 - 前記流体は、液体である、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記反応区域が、流体源を備えた導管であり、前記流体源は、前記反応区域に流体を供給するために前記反応区域の入口に接続され、前記流体は、前記出発化学種と反応する少なくとも1種の反応物を含んでおり、前記反応区域に供給された前記流体は、前記反応区域を貫流し、前記反応区域の出口から流出するように構成されている、請求項16または17に記載の方法。
- 前記長尺材料は、リボンまたはテープの形態をなす、請求項16〜18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記長尺材料は、セルロースを含む、請求項16〜19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記長尺材料は、綿を含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記化学種と前記反応物との化学反応の効率を改良するために、マイクロ波および/または超音波が用いられる、請求項16〜21のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記長尺材料は、前記流体と同方向または逆方向に流れる、請求項16〜22のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記長尺材料は、前記1つまたは複数の反応物の流れと反対方向に移動する、請求項16〜23のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記長尺材料は、少なくとも1つの洗浄区域を通過し、前記長尺材料および/または前記化学種が、洗浄剤による洗浄を受ける、請求項16〜24のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 反応生成物は、前記長尺材料から切り離される、請求項16〜25のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 互いに異なる反応物が、前記長尺材料に画成された各領域上に堆積され、それにより、多数の互いに異なる化合物が、前記長尺材料上に合成され、各々、試験に供される、請求項16〜26のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
