Description

The technology disclosed herein relates to a guide holder that supports one end of a guide pipe that guides the submersible pump in a submersible pump such as a sewage relay pump tank.

For example, a guide extending in the vertical direction is provided in a water tank in which a submersible pump such as a sewage relay pump tank is installed, and this guide is provided when the submersible pump is installed in the water tank and in the submersible installed in the water tank. It is used to guide the raising and lowering of the submersible pump when the pump is pulled up. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a guide support that supports the upper end of a guide. The guide support is fixed to the wall surface of a water tank and is fitted into the upper end of the tubular guide. A mounting pin is provided, and the mounting pin is fitted into the upper end of the guide to support the upper end of the guide.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-141492

By the way, in the configuration in which the mounting pin is fitted in the upper end portion of the tubular guide as in the guide support disclosed in Patent Document 1, the guide is caused by vibration generated due to the submersible pump and its associated equipment. There is a case where the guide and the mounting pin come into contact with each other due to the vibration or the propagation of the vibration through the guide, and an abnormal noise is generated.

The technology disclosed herein has been made in view of such a point, and the purpose thereof is to prevent the guide pipe from vibrating and generating abnormal noise as a guide holder that supports the guide pipe of the submersible pump. It is in.

In order to prevent the occurrence of the vibration and abnormal noise, the inventors of the present application interpose a vibration isolating member between the guide pipe and the support portion of the guide holder that supports the guide pipe by being inserted into the guide pipe. Focused on the point. Specifically, a ring-shaped concave groove is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the support portion inserted into the guide pipe, and an endless elastic member such as an O-ring is disposed in the concave groove. did. By attaching the elastic member to the support portion in this manner, the outer surface of the support portion of the guide holder and the inner surface of the guide pipe are prevented from coming into contact with each other, and vibration is transmitted through the guide pipe when the submersible pump is driven. It has been found that even if the noise is transmitted, the elastic member interposed between the two can absorb the vibration, thereby preventing the generation of vibration and noise.

However, this configuration has a disadvantage that it is necessary to form a ring-shaped concave groove on the outer peripheral surface of the support portion, and that the processing takes time. In addition, for example, a groove cannot be added to an existing support portion, and when an anti-vibration measure is to be applied to existing equipment that is not attached with an anti-vibration member, for example, the guide holder is replaced. There is a problem that it is necessary and disadvantageous in terms of cost and delivery time.

Therefore, the inventors of the present application have come up with a new configuration that allows the vibration-proof member to be easily attached to the support portion of the guide holder. Specifically, the guide holder disclosed herein is a guide holder that supports one end of a guide pipe disposed to guide a submersible pump installed in the water tank, and is fixed to the wall surface of the water tank. A main body, a support provided integrally with the main body, and one end of the guide pipe being extrapolated to support one end of the guide pipe, an outer surface of the support, and the guide And a vibration isolating member interposed between the inner surface of the pipe. The vibration isolating member is a string-like endless body that can be expanded and contracted by elastic deformation, and an engaging portion that engages with the vibration isolating member is orthogonal to the insertion direction of the guide pipe. It is formed so as to penetrate in the radial direction, and the anti-vibration member is wound around the outer surface of the support portion while being engaged with the engagement portion by being disposed in the engagement portion, It is attached to the support part.

According to this configuration, the vibration isolating member is attached to the support portion of the guide holder that is inserted into one end of the guide pipe so that the vibration isolating member is interposed between the outer surface of the support portion and the inner surface of the guide pipe. become. This may cause the guide pipe to vibrate due to vibrations caused by the submersible pump or its associated equipment, such as when driving the submersible pump, or the support part and the guide pipe may touch each other and generate abnormal noise. Can be prevented.

Thus, in this configuration, the vibration-proof member is wound around the outer surface of the support portion in a state where the vibration-proof member is engaged with the engagement portion formed so as to penetrate the support portion in the radial direction. Here, the engaging portion may be a hole penetrating in the radial direction with respect to the support portion, or a groove penetrating in the radial direction and opening in the end face thereof. That is, in this configuration, as described above, the engagement portion may be formed through the support portion without forming the ring-shaped concave groove on the outer surface of the support portion, and the support portion can be easily processed. In addition, since the engagement portion is formed to penetrate, there is an advantage that additional work can be performed on the support portion of the existing guide holder. In other words, this configuration is advantageous in that it can easily take measures against abnormal noise for the existing pump tank.

The anti-vibration member is disposed in the engagement portion along the radial direction so that two opposing members are overlapped, thereby allowing one side and the other side of the radial direction with the support portion interposed therebetween. Each of the ring portions is formed into a ring shape, and each of the ring portions is wrapped around the outer surface of the support portion so as to be folded back toward the opposite side in the radial direction, thereby being double-wrapped around the outer surface of the support portion. It is good also as being.

According to this configuration, the endless vibration-proof member can be easily and reliably attached to the support portion.

As described above, the guide holder has an anti-vibration member interposed between the support portion and the guide pipe and is engaged with the engaging portion formed through the support portion. Since it is attached to the support portion by winding, the processing for the support portion only needs to be formed through the engaging portion, the processing is easy, and additional processing for the support portion is also possible. However, it is advantageous in that it can easily take a vibration-proof measure. Furthermore, when the engaging portion is a through hole, the vibration isolating member attached to the support portion can be prevented from being displaced in any of the guide pipe insertion / removal directions. Even in this case, it is possible to prevent the vibration isolating member from being displaced in one direction.

It is sectional drawing which shows the whole structure of a pump tank. (A) It is a front view of a guide holder, (b) It is a side view of a support part. FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along line III-III in FIG. 2. It is explanatory drawing which shows the procedure which attaches a vibration proof member to a guide holder. It is a front view of the guide holder of a structure different from FIG.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a guide holder will be described based on the drawings. The following description of the preferred embodiment is merely exemplary in nature. FIG. 1 shows a sewage relay pump tank 1 (hereinafter also simply referred to as a pump tank 1) as an example of a water tank to which the guide holder according to the embodiment is applied. The pump tank 1 has an inflow port 5 and a manhole 11, and a submersible pump 3 is installed therein. The submersible pump 3 is driven until the water level drops to a predetermined stop level when the water level of the sewage flowing into the pump tank 1 from the inlet 5 becomes a predetermined operation level or more, and the sewage is fixed to the fixed discharge pipe 6. Through the pump tank 1. In order to control the operation of the submersible pump 3, an operation float switch 7, a stop float switch 8 and an abnormal water level alarm float switch 9 are provided in the pump tank 1, and above the pump tank 1. A control panel 10 is provided.

The submersible pump 3 is lowered from the manhole 11 of the pump tank 1 to the bottom of the tank through the guide pipe 12 and is not shown in detail, but is detachably installed in the pump tank 1 by an attaching / detaching device. When the pump is not raised and lowered, the raising and lowering chain 15 is hooked on the lid 14 of the manhole 11 so as not to fall into the tank. The attachment / detachment device couples the submersible pump 3 to a fixed discharge pipe 6 fixed in the pump tank 1, and the submersible pump 3 is connected to the fixed discharge pipe 6 by this connection.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, two guide pipes 12 are arranged extending in the vertical direction in the pump tank 1 and arranged side by side. A guide (not shown) provided in the submersible pump 3 engages with each guide pipe 12, so that the submersible pump 3 moves up and down in the pump tank 1 while being guided by the guide pipe 12. Each guide pipe 12 is a hollow circular tube, and its lower end is fixed to a connection 60 fixed to the bottom of the pump tank 1, while its upper end is connected to a guide holder 2 fixed to the manhole 11. It is supported.

As shown in FIG. 2, the guide holder 2 includes a main body portion 21 fixed to the wall portion of the manhole 11 by bolting, and two support portions 22, 22 provided integrally with the main body portion 21. , And is configured. As shown in FIG. 3, each support portion 22 has a hollow cylindrical shape corresponding to the circular guide pipe 12, and is arranged so that its cylinder axis is in the vertical direction, and the main body portion 21. It is arranged so as to protrude downward from. Each support portion 22 is configured to be inserted from the upper end opening of the guide pipe 12 and to support the upper end portion of the guide pipe 12 as shown directly in FIG. Note that the support portion 22 may be solid instead of cylindrical. Moreover, it may not be circular in cross section and may be rectangular in cross section. However, it is desirable that the cross-sectional shape of the support portion 22 correspond to the shape of the guide pipe 12. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the guide holder 2 is radially arranged at a predetermined position at the lower end thereof, specifically, at a position located in the guide pipe 12 when the guide pipe 12 is extrapolated. It has a through hole 24 formed therethrough. This through hole functions as an engaging portion 24 for engaging a vibration isolating member described later. If this engaging part 24 is formed by the drilling process using a drill with respect to the said cylindrical support part 22, for example, a process will be easy and preferable.

Then, the vibration isolating member 23 is attached to each support portion 22, and when the upper end portion of the guide pipe 12 is extrapolated to each support portion 22, the outer peripheral surface of the support portion 22 and the inside of the guide pipe 12 are An anti-vibration member 23 is interposed between the peripheral surface (see FIGS. 2 and 3). As shown in FIG. 4, the vibration isolation member 23 is a string-like endless body and is configured to be stretchable by elastic deformation. The vibration isolation member 23 may be an annular member made of rubber, and for example, an O-ring or an X-ring can be used. The cross-sectional shape of the vibration isolation member 23 is not particularly limited, and may be a circular cross-section as in the case of diverting an O-ring, or an X-shaped cross-section as in the case of diverting an X-ring. May be. Further, the cross section may be rectangular. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the vibration isolation member 23 is double-wrapped around the outer peripheral surface of the support portion 22 while being inserted into the engagement portion 24 and engaged with the engagement portion 24. Is attached to the support portion 22.

Here, a procedure for attaching the vibration isolating member 23 to the support portion 22 will be described with reference to FIG. First, two opposing portions are overlapped at the central portion 231 of the vibration isolator 23, and the central portion 231 is inserted into the engaging portion 24 formed on the support portion 22 along the radial direction. By doing so, the end portions 232 and 233 of the vibration isolation member 23 are annular on both sides of the front side and the back side with the support portion 22 interposed therebetween in FIG. 4 (see P1 in FIG. 4). Then, for example, the annular portion 232 on the near side in FIG. 4 is folded back toward the opposite side (back side) in the radial direction, and the annular portion 232 is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the support portion 22 ( (See P2 in FIG. 4). Further, the annular portion 233 on the back side in FIG. 4 is folded back toward the opposite side (front side) in the radial direction, and the annular portion 233 is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the support portion 22 ( (See P3 in FIG. 4). Thus, the endless vibration-proof member 23 has its intermediate portion 231 engaged with the engaging portion 24 of the support portion 22 and its end portions 232 and 233 are wound around the outer peripheral surface of the support portion 22 in a double manner. Thus, it is attached and fixed to the support portion 22. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the upper end portion of the guide pipe 12 is extrapolated with respect to the support portion 22 to which the vibration isolating member 23 is attached, and as shown in FIGS. The upper end portion of the guide pipe 12 is supported by the support portion 22 in a state where the vibration isolating member 23 is interposed between the inner peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface.

Here, the endless (annular) vibration-proof member 23 can be wound around the support portion 22 in a double manner, and is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the support portion 22 by an elastic restoring force. The inner diameter dimension of the ring may be set in accordance with the outer diameter dimension of 22. Further, the thickness of the vibration isolating member 23 is, for example, between the inner peripheral surface of the support portion 22 and the outer peripheral surface of the guide pipe 12 according to the inner and outer diameter difference between the support portion 22 and the guide pipe 12. What is necessary is just to set to the thickness which can be closely_contact | adhered to.

As described above, the guide holder 2 having the above-described configuration has the rubber vibration-proof member 23 attached to the support portion 22 interposed between the outer peripheral surface of the support portion 22 and the inner peripheral surface of the guide pipe 12. Therefore, even when vibration occurs due to the submersible pump 3 and its accompanying equipment, for example, when the submersible pump 3 is driven, even when the vibration of the guide pipe 12 is suppressed and propagated. Further, it is possible to prevent the generation of noise due to the support portion 22 and the guide pipe 12 hitting each other.

The anti-vibration member 23 can be attached to the support portion 22 simply by penetrating the engagement portion 24 with respect to the support portion 22, and has an advantage that the processing of the engagement portion 24 is extremely easy. . Further, for example, in the existing pump tank 1, the additional work of the engaging portion 24 (through hole) with respect to the support portion 22 of the guide holder 2 can be easily performed at the site. This is advantageous in that the vibration countermeasure can be easily and inexpensively performed. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4, it is very easy to attach the vibration isolating member 23, which is also advantageous when the vibration isolating measures for the pump tank 1 are taken on site. Further, since the vibration isolating member 23 is engaged with the engaging portion 24, it is possible to reliably prevent the vibration isolating member 23 from being dropped after being attached.

For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the engaging portion formed in the support portion may not be a through hole but may be a notch shape. That is, in the configuration shown in FIG. 5, the engaging portion 25 has a notch groove shape that is formed to penetrate the support portion 22 and that also opens at the lower end portion thereof. Even in this shape, the vibration isolating member 23 can engage with the engaging portion 25 as described above. In this configuration, since the vibration isolating member 23 can be inserted into the notched engaging portion 25 from the lower end opening of the support portion 22, the vibration isolating member 23 can be attached to the support portion 22 more easily. As shown in FIG. 5, the shape of the notch groove of the engaging portion 25 is not limited to a straight shape in the vertical direction, but is an inverted L-shape in which the top and bottom are inverted so that the upper end of the groove is bent, for example. It is also possible to have a shape or the like.

The guide holder structure can also be applied to support the lower end portion of the guide pipe.

Further, the guide pipe may be divided in the longitudinal direction, and a guide holder for connecting the guide pipe up and down and fixing the guide pipe to the wall portion may be provided at this divided portion. Although not shown, the guide holders provided in the divided portions are provided with two support portions in the vertical direction similar to the guide holders 2 inserted into the upper and lower guide pipes.

In addition to being fixed to the manhole, the guide holder is not limited in its fixing position as long as it can support the guide pipe, for example, a wall surface of a water tank, a drain pipe or a wall surface outside the water tank. The method is not limited.

As described above, the guide holder disclosed herein is useful as a guide holder that supports one end of a guide pipe that guides the submersible pump in a water tank in which the submersible pump is installed.
