Claims (18)
- 透光性素子と、複数の発光素子と、複数の光散乱微細構造と、を含む光源モジュールであって、
前記透光性素子は、出光面と前記出光面に相対する底面とを具備する透光性基材と、前記出光面に窪んで形成される複数の第一凹溝と、別々に前記複数の第一凹溝に対応するよう前記底面に窪んで形成される複数の第二凹溝と、を含み、
前記各々の第一凹溝内は、前記出光面と接続する反射面を有しており、
前記複数の第二凹溝内は、前記底面と接続する入光曲面を有しており、
前記複数の発光素子は、前記複数の第二凹溝の各々の前記入光曲面の近傍に設置され、且つ前記複数の発光素子の各々は、光束を提供する出光面を有し、前記複数の発光素子の各々の前記出光面は、対応する前記複数の第二凹溝の各々の前記入光曲面と共形でなく、
前記複数の光散乱微細構造は、前記透光性基材の前記底面に配置され、
前記透光性素子は、複数の開口をさらに含み、前記複数の開口は、それぞれ、前記複数の第一凹溝と、対応する前記複数の第二凹溝とを連通し、
前記透光性基材の前記底面に設置され、且つ前記複数の発光素子の周辺の位置にする第一反射片をさらに含み、
前記第一反射片と前記透光性基材の底面との間、及び前記第一反射片と前記透光性素子との間にはそれぞれ、間隔が形成され、且つ前記第一反射片は、前記透光性素子が射出した光束を前記透光性基材の底面へと反射する、光源モジュール。 - 前記複数の発光素子の各々からの前記光束は、前記複数の第二凹溝の各々の前記入光曲面を通過して前記透光性基材内に進入し、且つ前記入光曲面を通過した一部の前記光束は、前記反射面に伝播する時に前記反射面により少なくとも一部全反射される、請求項1に記載の光源モジュール。
- 前記複数の第一凹溝の各々は、前記反射面と接続する溝底面を有し、且つ前記複数の発光素子の各々からの一部の前記光束は、前記複数の第二凹溝の各々の前記入光曲面を通過して前記透光性基材内に進入し、また前記複数の第一凹溝の各々の前記溝底面を通過して前記透光性基材から射出する、請求項1に記載の光源モジュール。
- 前記複数の発光素子の各々は、基板と、発光ダイオードチップと、パッケージ体と、を含み、前記発光ダイオードチップは、前記基板に配置され、また発光面を有し、且つ前記発光面は、前記光束を提供し、前記パッケージ体は、前記発光ダイオードチップに配置され、且つ前記パッケージ体の表面は、前記複数の発光素子の各々の前記出光面を構成する、請求項1に記載の光源モジュール。
- 前記パッケージ体の前記表面は、平面又は曲面を含む、請求項4に記載の光源モジュール。
- 前記反射面は、前記入光曲面と接続する、請求項5に記載の光源モジュール。
- 前記透光性基材は、側面をさらに有し、前記側面は、前記透光性基材の前記出光面及び前記底面に接続する、請求項1に記載の光源モジュール。
- 前記側面は、前記透光性基材の前記出光面及び前記底面に垂直である、請求項7に記載の光源モジュール。
- 前記側面は、前記透光性基材の前記出光面及び前記底面に傾斜し、且つ前記透光性基材内を伝播する一部の前記光束は、前記側面に伝播する時に、前記側面により反射されて前記透光性基材の前記出光面から射出する、請求項7に記載の光源モジュール。
- 前記複数の光散乱微細構造は、複数のドット又は複数の窪み微細構造を含む、請求項1に記載の光源モジュール。
- 照明装置であって、
請求項1に記載の光源モジュールと、
入光面と、出光面と、底面と、を有する導光板であって、前記導光板の前記出光面は、前記導光板の前記底面に相対し、且つ前記導光板の前記入光面は、前記導光板の前記出光面及び前記導光板の前記底面に接続する導光板と、を含み、
前記光源モジュールは、前記導光板の前記入光面の近傍に設置され、且つ前記透光性基材の前記出光面は、前記導光板の前記入光面に面する、照明装置。 - 前記導光板の前記出光面に配置される光学膜セットをさらに含み、前記光学膜セットは、拡散片、プリズム片、及び増光片のうち少なくとも一つを含む、請求項11に記載の照明装置。
- 前記導光板の前記底面に配置される第二反射片をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の照明装置。
- 前記透光性素子は、線状の透光性素子である、請求項11に記載の照明装置。
- 前記複数の第一凹溝と、前記複数の第二凹溝とは、一次元方向に配列されて設置される、請求項11に記載の照明装置。
- 照明装置であって、
請求項1に記載の光源モジュールと、
前記透光性基材の前記出光面に配置される光学膜セットであって、拡散片、プリズム片、及び増光片のうち少なくとも一つを含む光学膜セットと、を含む、照明装置。 - 前記透光性素子は、平板状の透光性素子である、請求項16に記載の照明装置。
- 前記複数の第一凹溝と、前記複数の第二凹溝とは、前記透光性基材において、二次元方向の配列を呈する、請求項16に記載の照明装置。
