Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a downpipe joint which enables rainwater to flow along the inner wall surface of a downpipe when the rainwater flows through the downpipe, so as to surely prevent the noise of the falling rainwater which is caused by the free fall of the rainwater. <P>SOLUTION: A tubular and truncated cone-shaped rainwater guide member 30 is fixed inside the downpipe joint body 27a of the downpipe joint 27 via a fixing member 31 coaxially with the downpipe joint body 27a. The fixing member 31 is formed in such a tubular shape as to have a cross section equal in shape to a plane section of the top surface 30a of the rainwater guide member 30, and the top surface 30a of the rainwater guide member 30 and an inner wall surface 27b of the downpipe joint body 27a are coaxially connected and fixed. The rainwater guide member 30 is formed in such a shape as to protrude downward from the downpipe joint 27, and a gap Q is formed almost throughout the periphery between the rainwater guide member 30 and the inner wall surface 27b of the downpipe joint body 27a. Thus, the rainwater P flows down along the inner wall surface 27b without falling freely, so that the noise generated by the fall of the rainwater onto a ground surface 24 is eliminated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&amp;INPIT

Description

The present invention relates to a gutter joint for connecting gutters of a building, and more particularly to a gutter joint for reducing noise generation due to rainwater flowing in a gutter.

Conventionally, there has been a problem that when rainwater flows in a cage, the rainwater hits the ground and a falling sound is generated.

A configuration that solves this problem is disclosed in Patent Document 1. As shown in FIG. 5, a baffle plate 3 is projected obliquely downward from the inner wall surface 2 of the cylindrical saddle joint main body 1, and the tip edge of the baffle plate 3 is opposed to the inner side of the saddle joint main body 1. A flow gap 4 is formed between the wall 2.

The saddle joint main body 1 is provided near the upper part of the elbow 5, and the baffle plates 3 are alternately projected in the vertical direction of the saddle joint main body 1. The saddle joint main body 1 and the baffle plate 3 are formed of a metal plate, and a sound deadening layer 7 formed by projecting a large number of strips 6 on the upper surface of the baffle plate 3 is provided by flocking.

A fitted connection portion 8 extends from the upper end opening of the flange joint main body 1, and the lower end of the flange 9 is inserted, fitted and connected to the fitted connection portion 8. Further, an insertion connecting portion 10 extends from the lower end opening of the flange joint main body 1, and the insertion connecting portion 10 is inserted and connected to the upper end opening of the elbow 5 below the insertion connecting portion 10. An elbow 5 is connected with a scissor 11 constructed on the lower roof, and a scissor 9 connects the scissor 11 and an eaves or call (not shown) constructed on the eaves on the floor. .

Therefore, the rainwater W hits the baffle plate 3 in the saddle joint body 1 and the flow is decelerated. At that time, the baffle plate 3 is inclined obliquely downward, so that the rainwater generates noise along the baffle plate 3. It flows smoothly and smoothly from the flow gap 4 without any trouble. And since rainwater W2 flows gently and smoothly inside the lower elbow 5, scoop 11 and the like, the generation of noise is reduced.
JP-A-9-125636

However, the rainwater W falls on the baffle plate 3 while changing its direction in a zigzag manner in the saddle joint body 1, but the rainwater W2 falls freely and hits the lower elbow 5 so that the falling sound is large and the silencing effect is sufficient. I can't get it. In addition, there is a problem that the silencing effect is reduced due to long-term use and the flocking of the silencing layer 7 is peeled off.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a gutter joint that can reliably prevent a falling sound caused by free fall of rainwater by flowing along the wall surface of the gutter when rainwater flows in the gutter.

The invention according to claim 1 is characterized in that a cylindrical trapezoidal joint main body has a cylindrical truncated cone-shaped or truncated pyramid-shaped rainwater guide member concentric with the vertical joint main body. Fixed through a fixing member, and a gap is provided over the entire circumference between the rainwater guide member and the inner wall surface of the heel joint body, and the heel joint is provided in a straight pipe portion. The member is a saddle joint characterized in that the side surface of the rainwater guide member and the inner wall surface of the saddle joint are connected and fixed . For this reason, rainwater flows toward the inner wall surface of the saddle joint body by the side surface of the truncated cone shape or the polygonal frustum shape, and rainwater flows through the gap between the rainwater guide member and the inner wall surface of the saddle joint body. , And can flow down along the inner wall surface of the flange joint body.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the rainwater guide member having a truncated cone shape or a polygonal frustum shape whose top surface is closed is concentrically fixed to the saddle joint main body via the fixing member. Therefore, rainwater flows through the gap between the rainwater guide member and the inner wall surface of the joint body, and rainwater flows down along the inner wall surface of the joint body. It flows down along the inner wall without free-falling in the entire area including the ridge. Further, since the gap continuously decreases downward along the periphery of the frustoconical or polygonal frustum side surface, the rainwater is rectified into a laminar flow while it stays in the gap for a short time. It can flow down along an inner wall surface reliably in the whole range including the said saddle joint main body in the state away from. For this reason, since rainwater does not fall freely, the falling sound which a rainwater collides with the ground when rainwater flows in a cage | basket can be prevented reliably. In addition, because it is maintenance-free, costs can be reduced over the long term. In addition, the saddle joint is provided in the straight pipe portion, and the fixing member is fixed by connecting the side surface of the rainwater guide member and the inner wall surface of the saddle joint, so that the rainwater includes the saddle joint body. The same effects as those described above can be reliably obtained over the entire area of the bag.

<Structure of flange joint>
Below, 1st embodiment of this invention is described based on FIGS. 1-3. As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 3 (a) and 3 (b), the rainwater P flows from the roof 21 of the building to the eaves 22 and directly flows down to the ground 24 by the eaves 23 connected to the bottom surface of the eaves 22. To do. Here, the ground 24 is a ground having a hard surface such as a concrete soil or a balcony, and a lower end 25 of the ridge 23 has a gap at a height H (approximately 20 mm) from the ground 24. The eaves 23 have a cylindrical shape, and by using two sets of cylindrical elbow joints as the eaves joint 27, the position of the eaves 23 is moved horizontally from the eaves eaves 22 to the ground 24 near the building. Between the two sets of flange joints 27 is inclined at an angle θ with respect to the horizontal.

A rainwater guide member 30 having a truncated cone shape that has a cylindrical shape and is reduced in diameter toward the upper side (an outer diameter S2 of the top surface 30a, an outer diameter S1 of the bottom surface 30b, a high height) Is fixed to the inner wall surface 27b inside the elbow of the flange joint body 27a via the fixing member 31 on the vertical axis of the flange joint body 27a. More specifically, the top surface 30a of the rainwater guide member 30 and the lower end portion 27c of the heel joint body 27a are concentric, and the inner wall surface 27b on the concentric vertical extension line and the top surface 30a are connected and fixed by the fixing member 31. The fixing member 31 is formed in a cylindrical shape having the same outer diameter S <b> 2 as the top surface 30 a of the rainwater guide member 30.

For this reason, no clogging plate is required on the top surface 30a of the rainwater guide member 30, and the frustoconical top surface 30a is substantially closed by the fixing member 31. The rainwater P from above does not go around. The bottom surface 30b may not have a closing plate.

The rainwater guide member 30 is formed so as to protrude downward from the gutter joint 27, and a gap Q is formed over the entire circumference between the rainwater guide member 30 and the inner wall surface 27b of the gutter joint body 27a. Since the flange 23 having the same diameter as the inner diameter S3 of the flange joint 27 is connected to the lower part of the flange joint 27, the gap Q is a gap Q1 between the bottom surface 30b of the rainwater guide member 30 and the inner wall surface 23a of the flange 23. Is the narrowest gap. The gap Q1 is selected to have an optimum width in comparison between the inner diameter S3 of the heel joint 27 and the expected amount of rainwater P.

The material of the rainwater guide member 30 and the fixing member 31 is preferably the same material as that of the joint body 27a. For example, a synthetic resin such as hard vinyl chloride resin is used.
`` Function of brazed joint ''

The frustoconical rainwater guide member 30 is fixed to the inner wall surface 27b inside the elbow of the heel joint body 27a via the fixing member 31 on the vertical axis of the heel joint body 27a.

For this reason, the frustoconical rainwater guide member 30 is fixed concentrically through the heel joint body 27a and the cylindrical fixing member 31, so that the rainwater P from the upstream wraps around the cylindrical fixing member 31 obliquely from above. In this way, it flows down over the entire circumference along the inner wall surface 27b and the inner wall surface 23a of the flange 23.

Furthermore, since the gap Q continuously decreases downward along the periphery of the frustoconical shape of the rainwater guide member 30, the rainwater P in the gap Q can be rectified with a little time, so that the rainwater guide member 30 The rainwater P can surely spread and flow down along the inner wall surface 23a of the ridge 23 in the state of leaving. Thus, since rainwater does not fall freely in the space part of the ridge 23, it is possible to reliably prevent the falling sound that is generated when the rainwater hits the ground 24. In addition, since the sound deadening layer by flocking or the like as in the conventional example is not provided, the cost can be reduced over a long period of time without maintenance. Note that the lower end 25 of the eaves 23 is at a height H (approximately 20 mm) from the ground 24, and rainwater falls freely, but is not so high as to generate noise.

Since the rainwater guide member 30 protrudes downward from the heel joint body 27a, a gap Q can be secured between the rainwater guide member 30 and the lower end portion 27c of the heel joint body 27a. Since the work space can be secured when attaching the fixing member 31 to the inside, the attachment work can be facilitated.

<Second embodiment of the present invention>
Below, 2nd embodiment of this invention is described using FIG.

The gutter joint 35 is provided in a vertical portion of the gutter 23, and the fixing member 36 is connected to the side surface 37a of the rainwater guide member 37 and the inner wall surface 35a of the gutter joint 35 at a total of four positions every 90 degrees. It is fixed. The top surface 37b is closed, and no closing plate is provided on the bottom surface 37c. If it is this structure, the effect similar to 1st embodiment of this invention will be acquired.

The embodiment of the present invention has been described with reference to the drawings. However, the specific configuration is not limited to this embodiment, and design changes and the like within the scope of the present invention are included in the present invention. It is.

For example, the frustoconical rainwater guide member 30 may be attached so as to fit inside the heel joint body 27a. In this case, the rainwater guide member 30 and the inner wall surface 27b are connected at 90 degrees every four degrees with a fixing member. The rainwater guide member 30 is provided with a top surface 30a as a closing plate. A shape having a hemispherical portion on the upper part of the frustoconical rainwater guide member 30 may be used, and if this shape is used, even if rainwater flows down from the upper center of the rainwater guide member 30, the influence of disturbance on the rainwater flow is reduced even a little. Since it can, it has the effect of flowing rain water along the inner wall even a little. The rainwater guide member can be used in a truncated pyramid shape, a cone shape, or a pyramid shape. You may implement 1st embodiment and 2nd embodiment simultaneously.
