Description

The present invention relates to a blister container containing articles for storing articles such as household goods, toys, office supplies, machine parts, electrical appliances, and dry batteries.

Conventionally, there are blister containers containing articles as described in Patent Documents 1 and 2. The blister container with an article includes a blister cover in which an article storage unit for storing articles is formed and a cover plate that closes the opening of the article storage unit in the blister cover, and both sides of the opening of the blister cover are on the back side. It is assembled by inserting the lid plate between the folded side edges.

In this article-containing blister container, the lid plates inserted between the folded-back side edges of the blister cover are provided, for example, on both side edges of the upper and lower ends of the lid plate and project outward in the plate width direction. By locking the pawl portions to the upper and lower end surfaces of each folded side edge of the blister cover, the state of insertion into the blister cover is fixed.
JP2008-24354 JP2003-221066

In the conventional blister container with articles, there is a gap between the lower end portion of the blister cover and the lower end portion that is a non-insertion end portion that is not inserted between both folded side edges of the cover plate. In particular, when handling the blister container containing articles, when the both side edges of the assembled blister cover and the cover plate are sandwiched in the width direction of the plate, if the blister cover and the cover plate are bent in the opposite direction, Will expand. If the article is like a tube-like container and the lower end of the article is thin, the lower end side part of the article jumps out of the gap and looks bad, or the article falls out of the gap. There is a risk.

In the blister container with an article described in Patent Document 2, a flap piece that can be folded back is formed on the lower end edge of the blister cover facing the lid plate, and the article is on the side of the gap between the article storage portion of the blister cover and the lid plate. In order to prevent the above-mentioned article from popping out and falling off, the state cannot be moved to the position. However, in such a blister container with an article, the blister cover which is already a three-dimensionally complicated molded body with an article storage part and both folded side edges needs to be further provided with a flap piece, which makes the molding more complicated. Is needed.

An object of the present invention is to prevent an article from jumping out or dropping out of a gap between a lower end portion of a blister cover and a lower end portion of a cover plate in a blister container containing an article with a simple configuration.

The invention of claim 1 comprises a blister cover in which an article storage section for storing articles is formed, and a cover plate that closes the opening of the article storage section in the blister cover, and both sides of the opening of the blister cover are back. It is a blister container containing an article formed by inserting a lid plate between the folded side edges, and provided at a non-insertion end portion that is not inserted between the folded side edges of the lid plate. The article support portion is folded between the wall inner surface of the article storage portion in the blister cover and one end of the stored article , and the article support portion is cut inward at the non-insertion end portion of the lid plate. And is raised from the lower end of the lid plate by the length of the cut portion .

For example, an article 1 having a thin-walled (or tapered) lower end like a tube-shaped container. Are suspended from a display stand or placed on the display stand for sale.

The blister cover 10 can be composed of a molded body using various synthetic resins such as polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polystyrene, and polycarbonate. The blister cover 10 is made of a transparent resin, so that the appearance of the stored article 1 can be visually recognized at the time of display.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the blister cover 10 has a bulging-shaped article storage portion 11 in which the article 1 is stored bulges on the front side of the blister cover 10 and opens on the back side, and extends in the vertical direction. The flat plate portion 13 is formed by extending both sides and the upper portion of the opening 12 of the article storage portion 11 outward. In the blister cover 10, the side edges of the flat plate portion 13 are folded side edges 14 and 14 that are folded back to the back side of the blister cover 10 on both sides of the opening 12 of the article storage unit 11. At this time, the upper and lower end surfaces 14 </ b> A and 14 </ b> B of each folded side edge 14 are formed by being drawn from the upper and lower end surfaces 13 </ b> A and 13 </ b> B of the flat plate portion 13.

The blister cover 10 is provided with a hanging portion 15 such as a hook hole at the center upper portion of the flat plate portion 13. The blister cover 10 is a self-supporting bulging portion 17 in which the bottom wall 16 of the article storage portion 11 is bulged to the front side of the blister cover 10, and the lower surface of the self-supporting bulging portion 17 is placed on a display stand or the like. The legs are placed on the surface.

The cover plate 20 can be configured by a shear punched body of various flat plate materials such as a paperboard, a synthetic paper, a synthetic resin sheet, and a laminated sheet of a paperboard and a resin sheet.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 and 6, the cover plate 20 includes a flat plate-shaped cover plate main body 21 having substantially the same outer shape as the flat plate portion 13 of the blister cover 10. The lid plate main body 21 has a width of a portion excluding the upper and lower end portions between the folded-back side edges 14 and 14 of the blister cover 10 (U-shape formed between each folded-side edge 14 and the back surface of the flat plate portion 13. The plate width of the flat plate portion 13 is substantially the same or slightly smaller so that it can be inserted into the groove). The lid plate 20 has a vertical step at the upper and lower end portions along both side edges of the lid plate main body 21 inserted between the folded side edges 14 and 14 of the blister cover 10, outward in the plate width direction. Locking claw portions 21 </ b> A and 21 </ b> B that protrude larger than the plate width of the flat plate portion 13 of the cover 10 are provided. Both the locking claw portions 21B provided on both side edges of the lower end portion of the lid plate main body 21 of the lid plate 20 are connected to each other by inserting the lid plate main body 21 from above the blister cover 10 as will be described later. 21 is tapered downward.

The lid plate 20 is formed by narrowing the apparent plate width by curving the both side edges of the lid plate body 21 in the plate width direction, as shown in FIG. 1 is inserted between the folded side edges 14 and 14 from the upper part of the blister cover 10 in which 1 is accommodated, and the blister container 100 containing articles is assembled. In a state where the article-containing blister container 100 is assembled, the lid plate 20 closes the opening 12 of the article storage unit 11 in the blister cover 10. At this time, the cover plate 20 is locked so that the upper and lower locking claws 21A and 21B of the cover plate main body 21 do not come off the upper and lower end surfaces 14A and 14B of the folded side edges 14 of the blister cover 10 (FIG. 2, 3), the state of insertion into the blister cover 10 is fixed.

The lid plate 20 is provided with a hanging portion 22 such as a hook hole that matches the hanging portion 15 of the blister cover 10 at the center upper portion of the lid plate main body 21.

However, in the blister container 100 with an article, the article 1 is removed from the gap G (FIG. 1) between the lower end portion of the blister cover 10 (the bottom wall 16 of the article storage portion 11) and the lower end portion of the lid plate 20. In order to prevent jumping out or dropping off, the following configuration is provided.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the article-containing blister container 100 includes a non-insertion end portion 23 (a lower end of the lid plate main body 21) that is not inserted between the folded side edges 14 and 14 of the blister cover 10. And the non-insertion end portion 23 of the lid plate body 21 so as to be provided on the inner surface of the bottom wall 16 of the article storage portion 11 in the blister cover 10. The article support portion 24 is folded between the inner surface of the bottom wall 16 and the lower end of the article 1.

As shown in FIG. 6, the lid plate 20 extends a tongue-like article support portion 24 outward from the center portion of the lower end portion (non-insertion end portion 23) of the flat lid plate main body 21. The article support section 24 is a tongue piece width a that falls within the inner width range of the article storage section 11 (in the present embodiment, the self-supporting bulge section 17) of the blister cover 10 at the center of the lower end of the lid plate body 21, and the article The tongue piece length b is within the depth depth range of the storage portion 11 (the self-supporting bulging portion 17). Further, the article support portion 24 is provided so as to be sandwiched between cut portions 25 and 25 (cut length is, for example, 2 mm) on both sides cut inwardly at the lower end portion (non-insertion end portion 23) of the lid body 21. The bent piece 24 </ b> A of the article support portion 24 with respect to the cover plate main body 21 can be raised from the lower end surface of the cover plate main body 21 by the cut length.

The article-containing blister container 100 has the following functions and effects because the article support part 24 and the notch part 25 as described above are provided on the lid plate 20.

(a) In the blister container 100 with an article, the article support part 24 provided at the non-insertion end part 23 that is not inserted between the folded-back side edges 14 and 14 of the cover plate 20 is used for the article storage part 11 of the blister cover 10. It was folded between the inner surface of the bottom wall 16 and the lower end of the stored article 1. Accordingly, the article support portion 24 of the lid plate 20 closes the gap G between the lower end portion of the blister cover 10 and the lower end portion of the lid plate 20 with respect to the article 1. Prevent jumping out or dropping out.

(b) The above-described (a) is achieved by a simple configuration in which the article support portion 24 is simply added to the end portion of the cover plate 20 having a simple shape that simply closes the opening 12 of the article storage portion 11 in the blister cover 10. realizable. The lid plate 20 can be configured by extending the article support portion 24 on the same surface at the end portion of the lid plate main body 21 having, for example, a flat plate shape, and simply folding it up when assembling the blister cover 10. It can be easily manufactured only by adjusting the shape.

(c) The article support portion 24 provided on the lid plate 20 is sandwiched between the cut portions 25 cut inwardly at the non-insertion end portion 23 of the lid plate 20. Therefore, when the article support portion 24 of the lid plate 20 is folded to the inner surface side of the bottom wall 16 of the article storage portion 11 in the blister cover 10, the article support portion 24 is more than the lower end portion that is the non-insertion end portion of the lid plate 20. The bottom end of the lid plate 20 is extended below the article support 24. As a result, the article support portion 24 of the lid plate 20 is moved to the same level as the lower end portion of the blister cover 10 while the lower end portion which is the non-insertion end portion 23 of the lid plate 20 is extended to the same level as the lower end portion of the blister cover 10. There is no need to apply an excessive force to the inner surface of the bottom wall 16, and it can be provided along the inner surface of the bottom wall 16. The blister container 100 with an article matches the lower end levels of both the cover plate 20 and the blister cover 10, and does not distort the bottom wall 16 of the article storage unit 11 in the blister cover 10 with an excessive force, and thus the blister container with an article. The overall appearance of 100 can be improved, and the stability when the lower end surface of the blister container 100 with an article (the self-supporting bulging portion 17 of the bottom wall 16 in this embodiment) is arranged on a display stand or the like can be improved.

(d) It is possible to effectively prevent the lower end portion of the article 1 from jumping out or dropping out of the gap G of (a) described above, as in a tube-like container in which the lower end of the article 1 is thin.

The blister container 100 with an article is assembled as follows.
(1) The article 1 is stored in the article storage section 11 of the blister cover 10.

(2) The both side edges of the lid plate body 21 are inserted between the folded side edges 14 and 14 of the blister cover 10 while keeping the article support 24 of the lid plate 20 flush with the lid plate body 21.

(3) In the process of inserting the lid plate 20 of (2) above into the blister cover 10, the article support portion 24 is bent at a substantially right angle from the non-insertion end portion 23 (folding line 24 </ b> A) of the lid plate body 21. 24 is folded between the inner surface of the bottom wall 16 of the article storage unit 11 in the blister cover 10 and the lower end of the article 1.

(4) When the insertion of the lid plate 20 into the blister cover 10 is completed, the upper and lower locking claws 21A and 21B of the lid plate body 21 are locked to the upper and lower end surfaces 14A and 14B of the folded side edges 14 of the blister cover 10. Then, the insertion state of the cover plate 20 into the blister cover 10 is fixed.
