Description
で示される、いわゆる「Nafion」が好ましい。
下記の実施例および比較例においては、アーク放電によって準備された単層のカーボンナノチューブ(純度:60〜70%、SAP、日進ナノテク社 ILJIN Nanotech Co., Ltd., Korea)が使用された。該カーボンナノチューブは、長さは、20μm程度、厚さ、1.4mm程度を有していた。
透明電極用フィルムの導電性は、フィルム上のかどの四箇所を金でコーティングして電極にした後、該電極の表面抵抗を、四端子法を利用してΩ/□の単位で測定した。
フィルムの透明度は、用いたベースフィルムまたはガラスの透明度を100に換算し、UV/vis分光計を利用して550nmの波長における透明度を測定した。
PETフィルムを覆っているフィルムの接着力は、PETフィルムを覆っているフィルム上にセロハンテープを一定時間貼り付け、セロハンテープを剥がし、セロハンテープに高分子バインダまたはカーボンナノチューブが残っているか否かを確認した。高分子バインダまたはカーボンナノチューブがセロハンテープの表面全体に残っていれば、そのフィルムの接着力は「×」であると判断した。高分子バインダまたはカーボンナノチューブの一部が、セロハンテープの表面に残っていれば、そのフィルムの接着力は「△」であると判断した。高分子バインダまたはカーボンナノチューブが全くセロハンテープの表面に残っていなければ、そのフィルムの接着力は「○」であると判断した。
<実施例1〜7>
単層のカーボンナノチューブ(CNT)を、水とイソプロピルアルコール(体積比 40:60(v/v))の混合溶液に分散させ、該分散液を、イオン伝導性高分子としてのNafionと比率(1:1)で混合した。この混合溶液を、超音波分散方法を利用して分散させた。その結果物としての溶液を、スプレー方式によって、それぞれのPETフィルム上に塗布した。同時に、塗布回数を変更して、各実施例別に厚さの違いが生じるように、コーティングした(実施例1〜7)。該コーティング膜の伝導度、透明度、および接着力を試験した。その結果を、表1および図1に示した。
単層のCNTを、超音波分散方法を利用してジクロロエタンに分散させた。結果物としての溶液をスプレー方式によってPETフィルムの上にコーティングした。該コーティング膜の伝導度、透明度、および接着力を試験した。その結果を表2に示した。
単層のCNTの代わりに薄い多層カーボンナノチューブ(thin-multi wall CNT)を使用した以外は、比較例1と同様の方法でコーティング膜を形成した。該コーティング膜の伝導度、透明度、および接着力を試験した。その結果を表2に示した。
単層CNTの表面を硫酸/硝酸の混合溶液を利用して機能化した。機能化されたCNTをジクロロエタンに分散させた後、結果物としての溶液を、スプレー方式によってPETフィルム上に塗布した。該コーティング膜の伝導度、透明度、および接着力を試験した。その結果を表2に示した。
単層CNTをジクロロエタンに分散させ、その分散液を、一定の比率で、導電性高分子としてのポリ(3,4−エチレンジオキシチオフェン)(PEDOT)と混合した。該カーボンナノチューブを、超音波分散器を使用して分散させた。カーボンナノチューブが分散された結果物としての溶液を、スプレー方式によってPETフィルム上に塗布した。該コーティング膜の伝導度、透明度、および接着力を試験した。その結果を表2に示した。
単層CNTを、水とドデシル硫酸ナトリウム(SDS)界面活性剤に分散させ、該溶液を、超音波分散法を利用して均一に分散した。該分散液を、スプレー方式によってPETフィルム上に塗布した。該コーティング膜の伝導度、透明度、および接着力を試験した。その結果を表2に示した。
PETフィルムを、ジクロロエタンに単層CNTが分散した溶液に、100回浸漬した。結果物としての溶液をスプレー方式によってPETフィルム上に塗布した。該コーティング膜の伝導度、透明度、および接着力を試験した。その結果を表2に示した。
単層CNTをジクロロエタンに分散させ、該分散液を、アミン基が導入されたPETフィルム上に塗布し、コーティング膜を形成した。該コーティング膜の伝導度、透明度、および接着力を試験した。その結果を表2に示した。
Claims (10)
- イオン伝導性高分子バインダ中に分散したカーボンナノチューブの分散液をベースフィルム上にコーティングして、導電性フィルムが全体的に電気伝導性を帯びるようにすることによって形成され、
前記分散液を前記ベースフィルム上にコーティングして形成されるコーティング膜の厚みが、62〜260nmであり、
前記ベースフィルムが、ポリエステル、ポリカーボネート、ポリエーテルスルホンおよびアクリル高分子フィルムから選択される高分子フィルム、または、ガラスフィルムであり、
550nmの波長における透明度が54%以上である、透明導電性フィルム。 - 550nmの波長における透明度が80%以上である、請求項1に記載の透明導電性フィルム。
- 前記イオン伝導性高分子バインダが、
スルホニル基が導入されているフッ素化ポリエチレンと、
