Claims (5)
- 上板(11、11d)、少なくとも一つの両面パッド(70)、及び下板(12、12d)によって構成し、
該上板(11、11d)は、弾性を有する材料からなるとともに、所定の距離をもって配置された複数の管体(13)と、該各管体(13)の基端側の周囲を連結する板状部材(15)から成り、
該両面パッド(70)は、弾性を有する材料からなるとともに、該両面パッド(70)の上下表面に所定の距離をもってそれぞれ配置された複数の管体(13c、14c)と、該各管体(13c、14c)の各基端側の周囲を連結する板状部材から成り、
該下板(12、12d)は、弾性を有する材料からなるとともに、所定の距離をもって配置された複数の管体(14)と、該各管体(14)の基端側の周囲を連結する板状部材(16)から成り、
該上板(11、11d)の各管体(13)を該両面パッド(70)の上表面の各管体(13c)間に嵌合させると共に、該下板(12、12d)の各管体(14)を該両面パッド(70)の下表面の各管体(14c)間に嵌合させることを特徴とする気体緩衝パッド。 - 前記両面パッド(70)には第一板状部材(71a)と第二板状部材(71b)が設けられ、該第一板状部材(71a)の上表面には複数の管体(13c)が設けられるとともに、該第二板状部材(71b)の下表面には複数の管体(14c)が設けられ、該二枚の板状部材(71a、71b)の片側には延伸部材(72)が設けられ、該第一板状部材(71a)と該第二板状部材(71b)は、該管体(13c、14c)が設けられていない面の外縁が相互に背中合わせの状態で貼りあわされ、該二枚の板状部材(71a、71b)の間にはエアバッグ状内部空間(74)が形成され、該延伸部材(72)の中央に形成される通気口(75)は外部に連通することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の気体緩衝パッド。
- 前記両面パッド(70)は、単一の板状部材の両面に管体(13c、14c)を一体成型で設けてなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の気体緩衝パッド。
- 前記上板(11、11d)、前記両面パッド(70)、及び前記下板(12、12d)の各管体(13、13c、14c、14)間には、これらの管体に貫設する複数の孔(78)を設けた硬質材料の上蓋(77)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の気体緩衝パッド。
- 前記上板(11、11d)或いは前記下板(12、12d)或いは前記両面パッド(70)の各管体(13、13c、14c、14)の長さは均一ではないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の気体緩衝パッド。
