Description
公知の静電集塵器はガスから粒子を除去するものであり、広く産業用途に使用されている。静電集塵器の性能を決定する少なくとも幾つかの公知の方法は電流密度(A/m2)に基づいている。一般に、電流密度は、放出電極と複数の組の集電電極との間のギャップを橋渡しする電子を測定することによって決定し得る。電極の作動電圧は、集電プレート又は放出電極上の塵埃又は汚染粒子の蓄積のために変わりやすい。
加えて、放電電極は各々が、測定される二次電流に対して印加二次電圧をプロットすることによって決定されるV−I性能曲線を有する。電極において、電流は電圧に依存しており、電圧と共に指数関数的に増大し、二次電圧を最大化すると集塵器の性能が最適化され得る。

Claims (4)
- 静電集塵器の性能を改善するためのシステムであって、前記システムは、入口、出口、並びに、前記入口と前記出口の間に伸延し、複数の放電電極及び複数の収集電極を含む収集チャンバーを含む静電集塵器を含んでなり、
それぞれの放電電極のV−I性能が、前記複数の放電電極の各々に関連するそれぞれの放電電極の幾何学的構成と関係しており、前記放電電極のV−I性能の各々が、各それぞれの放電電極に対する粒子除去特性を特定するのに使用され、前記複数の放電電極の各々が、各それぞれの放電電極に対する前記粒子除去特性に基づいて前記静電集塵器内に位置付けられており、
前記それぞれの放電電極の幾何学的構成が、二次電圧と二次電流との関係を規定し、
前記入口付近の放電電極は、クワッドブレード放電電極であり、クワッドブレード放電電極は、放電電極本体と、放電電極本体から半径方向外側に伸延する4つのブレードとを含み、
前記出口付近の放電電極は、デュアルブレード放電電極であり、
前記収集チャンバーの中心付近の放電電極は、対向ピン放電電極である、前記システム。 - 前記複数の放電電極の各1つが、電源の二次電流限界に達することなく高い電圧で作動して、前記静電集塵器からの細かい粒子の除去を容易にする、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の放電電極の各々が、印加二次電圧に対して高い二次電流で作動して、前記静電集塵器からの粗い粒子の除去を容易にする、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記出口付近の前記放電電極の少なくとも1つが、電源の二次電流限界に達することなく高い電圧で作動し、
前記入口付近の前記放電電極の少なくとも1つが、印加二次電圧で高い二次電流で作動する、請求項1記載のシステム。
