Description
本発明は、上述タイプの機械において維持目的で介在する人間の安全を改良することを目的とする。
Claims (13)
- 主ユニット(1)、
印刷運転時に前記主ユニット(1)と共働するために主ユニット(1)に連結されかつ維持作業時に前記主ユニットから離れる少なくとも一つの移動インキ着けキャリッジ(2)、
前記主ユニット(1)へ向いかつそこから離れる前記移動インキ着けキャリッジ(2)の移動を制御するための制御ユニット、および
オペレータによる前記主ユニットおよび前記移動インキ着けキャリッジ(2)へのアクセスを可能にするために前記移動インキ着けキャリッジ(2)を少なくとも一部で囲むアクセス領域(9,9’)を含む印刷機であって、
前記移動インキ着けキャリッジは少なくとも一つのインキ着け装置を含み、
前記アクセス領域(9,9’)は前記移動インキ着けキャリッジ(2)の移動路(10)の外側にあり、かつ前記印刷機の床部(7)に平行の水平面に沿って延在し、
床部(7)は、前記主ユニット(1)及び前記移動インキ着けキャリッジ(2)の各側に延在し、
前記印刷機は、前記アクセス領域(9,9’)をモニタしかつ前記アクセス領域内でのオペレータの存在を検出するための検出手段(11)を更に含み、前記検出手段(11)は前記印刷機の床部(7)上に設置され、かつ
前記制御ユニットは、オペレータが前記移動インキ着けキャリッジ(2)の移動路(10)へ侵入する前に前記アクセス領域(9,9’)内にオペレータの存在を検出した場合に、前記移動インキ着けキャリッジ(2)の移動を妨害または阻止するように前記検出手段(11)へ作動可能に連結され、
前記移動インキ着けキャリッジ(2)は前記移動インキ着けキャリッジ(2)の移動路(10)に沿って障害物の存在を検出するための付加的検出手段を有し、前記付加的検出手段は前記移動インキ着けキャリッジ(2)上に設けられている、シート供給またはウエブ供給印刷機。 - 前記検出手段は前記アクセス領域(9,9’)を光学的にスキャンするための光学検出手段(11)を含む、請求項1の印刷機。
- 前記光学検出手段(11)は、前記アクセス領域(9,9’)上方に平行の水平面を光学的にスキャンしかつ前記アクセス領域(9,9’)へのオペレータの侵入を検出するために印刷機の床部(7)上に設置されている、請求項2の印刷機。
- 前記検出手段(11)は、前記アクセス領域(9,9’)へのオペレータの侵入を検出するために前記アクセス領域(9,9’)内で印刷機の床部(7)上に設置された感圧手段を含む、請求項1の印刷機。
- 前記主ユニット(1)および前記移動インキ着けキャリッジ(2)は印刷機の二側からアクセス可能であり、かつ前記アクセス領域(9,9’)は前記移動インキ着けキャリッジ(2)の移動路(10)に平行に印刷機の第一側に沿って延びた第一アクセス領域(9)、および前記移動インキ着けキャリッジ(2)の移動路(10)に平行に前記印刷機の第二側に沿って延在する第二アクセス領域(9’)を含み、各アクセス領域(9,9’)は対応する検出手段(11)を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか1の印刷機。
- オペレータによる作動可能な起動装置(12)を含み、前記起動装置(12)は前記検出手段(11)に連結されかつ前記検出手段(11)を起動させかつ前記制御ユニットを始動させることができ、前記起動装置(12)は、前記起動装置(12)が作動するときにオペレータによる前記アクセス領域(9,9’)の全体的監督を可能にするために前記アクセス領域(9,9’)の近傍に設置されている、請求項1から5のいずれか1の印刷機。
- 前記移動インキ着けキャリッジ(2)の移動を制御するためにオペレータによる操作が可能な制御パネル(15)を更に含み、前記制御パネル(15)は、前記起動装置(12)に作動可能に連結されかつ前記起動装置(12)の作動後に作動する、請求項6の印刷機。
- 前記起動装置(12)は足により作動可能でありかつ前記アクセス領域(9,9’)の近傍で印刷機の床部(7,14)上に設置されている、請求項6または7の印刷機。
- 障壁(17)および/または側パネル(18)は、前記アクセス領域(9,9’)へのアクセスを制限するために前記アクセス領域(9,9’)の外端に沿って設置されている、請求項1から8のいずれか1の印刷機。
- 前記移動インキ着けキャリッジ(2)は印刷機の床部(7)上に設置された支持レールに沿って移動可能である、請求項1から9のいずれか1の印刷機。
- 前記移動インキ着けキャリッジ(2)は前記移動インキ着けキャリッジ(2)の上方に設置された支持レールに沿って移動可能である、請求項1から9のいずれか1の印刷機。
- 前記移動インキ着けキャリッジ(2)の移動速度は毎分10メータ(m)のオーダである、請求項1から11のいずれか1の印刷機。
- 前記印刷機は前記主ユニット(1)内に設置された少なくとも一つのナンバリングシリンダ(23,24)を有するナンバリング機であり、少なくとも一つのナンバリングシリンダ(23,24)は少なくとも一つのインキ着け装置によってインキ着けされ、前記移動インキ着けキャリッジ(2)は、少なくとも一つのナンバリングシリンダ(23,24)上での維持作業の実行を可能にするために前記主ユニット(1)から離れるように構成されている、請求項1から12のいずれか1の印刷機。
