Claims (11)
- 第1電極、第2電極、及び前記第1電極と第2電極との間に介在されるセパレータを含む電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容するケースと、
前記ケースに締結されるキャップアセンブリーとを備え、
前記キャップアセンブリーは、キャッププレートと、前記キャッププレートに溶接によって電気的に連結される可変プレートと、前記ケースの外部で前記キャッププレート上に位置して前記第1電極と電気的に連結される第1タップと、を有し、
前記可変プレートは、前記第2電極と電気的に連結されており、
前記キャッププレートは、前記可変プレートによって覆われる開口を有し、
前記第1タップは、前記開口に少なくとも部分的に挿入される突起を含み、
前記可変プレートは、前記ケースの内部圧力の上昇に反応して変形して、前記第1電極及び前記第2電極を電気的に互いに連結するように構成され、変形されるときに、前記突起が形成された領域で前記第1タップに接触するように構成される、
二次電池。 - 前記キャップアセンブリーは、前記第1タップと前記キャッププレートとの間に絶縁部材を更に有し、
前記キャッププレートから前記第1タップを電気的に絶縁させる、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記キャップアセンブリーは、
前記第1電極に電気的に連結されて、前記キャッププレート上に設置される第1端子と、
前記キャッププレートから前記第1端子を電気的に絶縁させるガスケットと
を更に有し、
前記第1タップは、開口を有し、前記第1端子が前記第1タップの開口を通して前記ケースの内部から外部に突出する、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1タップは、前記第1端子の拡大されたヘッドまたは前記第1端子に締結されるナットによって前記キャッププレートに固定される、請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記キャップアセンブリーは、前記キャッププレートの前記開口を形成する側壁と前記突起との間に設置される絶縁部材を更に有し、前記絶縁部材は前記キャッププレートから前記第1タップを電気的に絶縁させる、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2電極は、前記キャッププレートに電気的に連結される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記キャップアセンブリーは、第2端子を更に有し、
前記第2電極は、前記第2端子と電気的に連結される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記キャッププレートに設けられた前記開口とは異なる第2の開口に設置されるガスケットを更に有し、
前記ガスケットは、前記キャッププレートから前記第2端子を電気的に絶縁させる、請求項7に記載の二次電池。 - 前記キャッププレート上に設置されて、前記キャッププレートに前記第2端子を電気的に連結する連結タップを更に有する、請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記可変プレートは、前記ケースの内部に向かって突出するように湾曲した、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記キャップアセンブリーは、ベント孔を有し、前記ベント孔を覆うように前記キャッププレート上に設置されるベント部材を更に有し、
前記可変プレートは、厚さが前記ベント部材より厚い、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
