Claims (5)
- 吸込みライン(11)と、該吸込みライン(11)に絞り(D2)を介して接続された真空ポンプ(16; 30)と、試験ガスセンサ(15)とを備えており、分配ポイント(24)が、前記絞り(D2)の上流側に形成されており、前記分配ポイント(24)から前記試験ガスセンサ(15)に繋がる分岐ライン(25)を有している吸込み式漏れ検出器において、
前記絞り(D2)はオリフィス(20)であり、該オリフィス(20)は、該オリフィス(20)での圧力低下がP2/2より大きい通流値を有しており、P2は、前記分配ポイント(24)での中間圧力であることを特徴とする吸込み式漏れ検出器。 - 前記オリフィス(20)の通流値LBは、前記真空ポンプ(16; 30)の吸引量(S) の半分より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸込み式漏れ検出器。
- 前記オリフィス(20)の長さ(L)が、前記オリフィスの直径(D) より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の吸込み式漏れ検出器。
- 前記試験ガスセンサ(15)は分圧センサであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の吸込み式漏れ検出器。
- 前記試験ガスセンサは質量分析計であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の吸込み式漏れ検出器。
