Claims (3)
- ZrCuSiAs型の結晶構造を有するLnFeAsO(LnはCe、TbおよびDyのいずれかの元素)であって、FeAs4四面体中のAs−Fe−As角度が106°以上113°以下であることを特徴とする超伝導材料。
- 前記As−Fe−As角度は108°以上111°以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の超伝導材料。
- 前記LnFeAsOをLnFeAsO1−yとしたとき、yは0.08以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の超伝導材料。
