Claims (13)
- ETTに挿入するためのビデオスタイレットと、喉頭鏡画像データを生成するビデオ喉頭鏡とを含むビデオ挿管システムであって、前記ビデオスタイレットが、
遠位端と近位端を有し、制御インターフェース及びピストル型グリップを備える筐体と、
遠位端と近位端を含むシャフトとを備え、前記シャフトの近位端が前記筐体の遠位端に結合され、前記シャフトの遠位端が偏向可能な部分を含んでおり、前記偏向可能な部分の偏向が、前記制御インターフェースによって制御され、
前記ビデオスタイレットが、
前記シャフトの遠位端の前方領域を照明する照明光を生成する照明光源と、
前記シャフトの遠位端の前方領域の画像データを生成するビデオスタイレット撮像装置であって、前記ビデオスタイレット撮像装置が前記偏向可能な部分に配置される、ビデオスタイレット撮像装置と、
前記ビデオスタイレット画像データと前記喉頭鏡画像データに結合され、これらを受信するディスプレイとをさらに備え、
前記ビデオスタイレット画像データと前記喉頭鏡画像データの双方が前記ディスプレイ上で同時に表示される、ビデオ挿管システム。 - 前記ビデオスタイレット撮像装置と前記ディスプレイの間に結合された制御ユニットをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のビデオ挿管システム。
- 前記ビデオスタイレット撮像装置によって生成された前記画像データが、前記制御ユニットに無線で伝送される、請求項2に記載のビデオ挿管システム。
- 前記照明光源が前記筐体内に配置される、請求項3に記載のビデオ挿管システム。
- 前記ビデオスタイレット撮像装置と前記照明光源に電力を供給する電池をさらに備える、請求項4に記載のビデオ挿管システム。
- 前記ビデオスタイレットが、前記制御ユニットの事前定義された半径内に持ち込まれたとき、前記ビデオスタイレットが自動的に無線で前記制御ユニットと接続する、請求項3に記載のビデオ挿管システム。
- 前記制御ユニットに結合された記憶装置をさらに備え、前記ビデオスタイレット撮像装置によって生成された画像データと、喉頭鏡撮像装置によって生成された画像データの両方が、組み合わされた画像データとして前記記憶装置に記憶される、請求項2に記載のビデオ挿管システム。
- 前記組み合わされた画像データにユーザが注釈を付けて前記記憶装置に保存し、前記注釈付けが、テキスト、音声、記号、マーキング、強調表示、タグ付けおよび/またはそれらの組合せから成る群から選択される、請求項7に記載のビデオ挿管システム。
- 前記制御インターフェースが引き金式のレバーを備える、請求項1に記載のビデオ挿管システム。
- 前記引き金式レバーが、ユーザが指を挿入することができる閉ループを備える、請求項9に記載のビデオ挿管システム。
- 前記ディスプレイが、前記ビデオスタイレット撮像装置によって生成された画像データを第1フレームに、前記喉頭鏡撮像装置によって生成された画像データを第2フレームに提示し、それぞれのフレームのサイズが調節可能である、請求項1に記載のビデオ挿管システム。
- 前記ディスプレイがタッチスクリーンを備え、前記ビデオスタイレットを制御する制御コマンドが、前記タッチスクリーンを作動させることによって入力される、請求項1に記載のビデオ挿管システム。
- 前記ビデオスタイレット画像データと、前記喉頭鏡画像データの両方が、分割スクリーンとして前記ディスプレイ上に同時に提示される、請求項1に記載のビデオ挿管システム。
