Description
で表されるハロゲン化トリアジン誘導体またはその塩と、色材として反応性染料と、水と、を少なくとも含んでなるものである。
上記した式(I)において、R1、R2およびR3のそれぞれが下記表1に示す置換基であるハロゲン化トリアジン誘導体を準備した。下記表1に示したハロゲン化トリアジン誘導体1〜4および18〜21はテグサ社から市販されているものを用いた。また、ハロゲン化トリアジン誘導体5〜8,11および13〜15については、特開2007−63165号公報や欧州特許出願公開EP0577559号公報等に記載の方法により合成したものを用いた。具体的には、塩化シアヌル(2,4,6−トリクロロ−1,3−トリアジン)に、ベンジル基を保護基としてアルコール基に導入した所定のハロゲン化合物を、グリニャール試薬を利用して導入し、その後に保護基を取り除くことにより、上記の各ハロゲン化トリアジン誘導体を得た。さらに、ハロゲン化トリアジン誘導体9,10,12,16,および17については、欧州特許出願公開EP0165608号公報に記載の方法により合成したものを用いた。具体的には、塩化シアヌルへの各アルコール鎖の導入において、フリーデルクラフツのアルキル化反応を利用することにより、上記の各ハロゲン化トリアジン誘導体を得た。
下記表2に示した組成に従い各成分を混合し、10μmのメンブランフィルターでろ過することにより、例1〜例34のインクを調製した。得られた例1〜6のインク組成物については、pHの測定を行った。pH測定結果も併せて表1に記載する。
下記前処理液を絹布帛に塗布し、マングルにてピックアップ率20%で絞って乾燥させた。この前処理を行った絹布帛を用いて、PM−A750プリンタ(セイコーエプソン社製)により、得られた各インクの印捺を行った。印捺した布を103℃×10分にてスチーミングして定着させた後、オルフィンE1010(日信化学社製)およびラッコールSTA(明成化学社製)0.2%水溶液を用いて、85℃で10分間洗浄し、乾燥させたものを試験片とした。得られた試験片に対して、分光光度計スペクトリノ(グレタグマクベス社製)を用いて光学密度Density Black(Db値)を測定した。

5点:Db値が1.35以上、1.40未満
6点:Db値が1.40以上、1.45未満
7点:Db値が1.45以上、1.50未満
8点:Db値が1.50以上、1.55未満
9点:Db値が1.55以上、1.60未満
10点:Db値が1.60以上
評価結果は、下記の表3に示される通りであった。
Claims (8)
- 前記式(I)において、R1、R2およびR3のうち、いずれか1つがClであり、他の2つが、それぞれ独立して、水酸基、または、2以上の水酸基で置換された、炭素数が1〜3のアルキル基、アルキレン基もしくはアルキン基を表す、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
- 前記式(I)において、R1、R2およびR3のうち、いずれか1つがClであり、他の2つが水酸基である、請求項1または2に記載のインク組成物。
- 前記水酸基の少なくとも一部が塩の形態にある、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のインク組成物。
- 前記塩の対イオンが、Na、KまたはLiイオンである、請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のインク組成物。
- pHが5〜8である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のインク組成物。
- 前記ハロゲン化トリアジン誘導体またはその塩と、前記反応性染料との添加量比が、質量基準において、1:5〜10:5である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のインク組成物。
- インクジェット捺染に用いられる請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のインク組成物。
