Description
Claims (5)
- 周囲環境を光学的に走査および測定するためにレーザスキャナとして設計された装置であって、
発光ビームを発する発光部と、
レーザスキャナの周囲環境にある物体から反射された前記発光ビームの一部である受光ビームを受ける受光部と、
前記受光部に接続され、多数の測定点について前記物体までの距離を判断する制御評価ユニットと、
を備え、
保持構造と、外側ハウジングとして機能するシェルと、冷却装置とが、前記レーザスキャナに設けられ、
前記冷却装置は、さらに、空気入口と、前記保持構造と前記シェルの間の空間と、前記保持構造と前記シェルの間の前記空間に対して開口された吸入管と、出口管と、前記吸入管および出口管に密閉状態で接続されたファンハウジングを有したファンと、前記空間に対して密閉された前記出口管の終端に位置する空気出口と、を備え、
前記空間は、前記空気入口により前記周囲環境に対して開口し、その他は前記保持構造の内部に対して、また前記シェルに対して密閉され、
前記ファンは、前記空気入口を介して空気を吸引し、前記空間および吸入管を介して空気を引き寄せ、前記出口管および空気出口を介して前記レーザスキャナの外部に空気を吐き出す、
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記冷却装置の能動的冷却要素に接続されることで前記保持構造の内部区分を冷却する受動的冷却要素および/または熱導管が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記空気入口および前記空気出口は、空気入口への気流と空気出口からの気流とが相互に離間するように、相互に離れて整列される、および/または、リブを備える、ことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記レーザスキャナの前記ハウジングの一部分として、保護部として機能する少なくとも一つのヨークにより外側が部分的に被覆される少なくとも一つのシェルが設けられること、および/または、前記発光ビームが前記レーザスキャナのプリズムに沿って一時的に移動して、少なくとも二つの異なる輝度レベルおよび/またはカラーを前記プリズムが有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 一方では前記レーザスキャナの定常基準系に位置するベースを、他方では前記ベースに対して回転可能である測定ヘッドの前記保持構造に固定される部分を予備組立アセンブリとして備える旋回軸モジュールを前記レーザスキャナが備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
