Description
図3から8に示した構成部品のさまざまな構造および特徴を備えている図1の混合システムを、以下の方法で動作させることができる。希釈剤8と粉末状の薬剤9との混合が所望される場合、キャップ27が取り除かれ、移送ユニット5が容器ユニット26へと、第1の容器2が第1のポート11に受け入れられ、第2の容器3が第2のポート12に受け入れられるような方法で接続される。
Claims (14)
- 医療用混合システムのための移送ユニット(5)であって、
− 第1の中身を収容している第1の容器(2)を受け入れる第1のポート(11)と、
− 第2の中身を収容している第2の容器(3)を受け入れる第2のポート(12)と、
− シリンジ(20)を受け入れる第3のポート(13)と、
− 第1のポート(11)と第3のポート(13)との間の流体の流れを可能にする第1の流体通路(14)と、
− 第3のポート(13)と第2のポート(12)との間の流体の流れを可能にする第2の流体通路(15)と、
− 第2のポート(12)と第3のポート(13)との間の流体の流れを可能にする第3の流体通路(16)と、
− 第1のポート(11)と第3のポート(13)との間に配置され、シリンジ(20)が第3のポート(13)に接続されたときに第1のポート(11)から第3のポート(13)への一方向の流体の流れを可能にする第1の流れ制御部材(17)と、
− 第3のポート(13)と第2のポート(12)との間に配置され、シリンジ(20)が第3のポート(13)に接続されたときに第3のポート(13)から第2のポート(12)への一方向の流体の流れを可能にする第2の流れ制御部材(18)と、
− 第3の流れ制御部材(19)と
を備えており、
第3の流れ制御部材(19)により、第1の流体通路(14)を介して第1のポート(11)と第3のポート(13)との間で流体の流れが可能であり、かつ第2の流体通路(15)を介して第3のポート(13)と第2のポート(12)との間で流体の流れが可能である第1の状態と、第3の流体通路(16)を介して第2のポート(12)と第3のポート(13)との間で流体の流れが可能であるが、第1のポート(11)と第3のポート(13)との間では流体の流れが不可能である第2の状態との間でのユーザによる選択的な切り替えが可能であることを特徴とする、移送ユニット。 - シリンジ(20)が第3のポート(13)に接続されたときにだけ第3の流れ制御部材(19)を操作可能であることを確実にするためのロック手段(50)をさらに備えている、請求項1に記載の移送ユニット。
- ロック手段(50)が、ユーザ操作可能な流れ制御部材(19)を動かすことができないようにユーザ操作可能な流れ制御部材(19)に係合し、シリンジ(20)が第3のポート(13)に接続されると、ユーザ操作可能な流れ制御部材(19)との係合を解除する、請求項2に記載の移送ユニット。
- ロック手段(50)がさらに、シリンジ(20)が第3のポート(13)から切り離されると、ユーザ操作可能な流れ制御部材(19)に再び係合する、請求項3に記載の移送ユニット。
- ロック手段(50)が付勢手段(52)およびキャッチ部材(51)を備えており、キャッチ部材(51)が、第3の流れ制御部材(19)の関連のキャッチ部材(55)との係合に出入りする、請求項3または4に記載の移送ユニット。
- 第3の流れ制御部材(19)が、第1の流体通路(14)の一部および第2の流体通路(15)の一部を構成する第1のチャネル部分(42)と、第3の流体通路(16)の一部を構成する第2のチャネル部分(43)とを含んでいる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の移送ユニット。
- それぞれのチャネル部分(42、43)が少なくとも1つの畝によって画定されている、請求項6に記載の移送ユニット。
- 第1のポート(11)に流体連通したリザーバ(275)をさらに備えている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の移送ユニット。
- リザーバ(275)が、外気に流体連通した蛇行チャネルを含んでいる、請求項8に記載の移送ユニット。
- 第3の流体通路(16)の流速を制限する第4の流れ制御部材(22)をさらに備えている、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の移送ユニット。
- 第1のポート(11)が、2つの内部チャネル(31、32)を有する非対称な中空スパイクまたは針(30)を備えており、2つの内部チャネルの開口の軸がずれている、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の移送ユニット。
- − 第1の中身を収容している第1の容器(2)と、
− 第2の中身を収容している第2の容器(3)と、
− 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の移送ユニット(5)と
を備えた医療用混合システム(1)。 - 第1の容器(2)および第2の容器(3)が、2つの容器を互いに固定された位置に保持する容器ユニット(26)内に配置される、請求項12に記載の医療用混合システム。
- 容器ユニット(26)および移送ユニット(5)が、互いに所定の向きに配置された場合に限って一体に結合させることができるような形状を有している、請求項13に記載の医療用混合システム。
