Claims (17)

このコーティングと複合材料とを、該複合材料が得られた定着用構造上に直接配置されるように、一緒にし、

- 前記電気めっきプリフォームがニッケル合金、鉄合金、インバー、銅、ニッケル、金、クロム及びこれらの内の1種以上のものの合金の内の1種以上から形成されたものである、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記複合材料が硬化性樹脂状材料を含み、この樹脂状材料が高温及び/又は高圧条件等の適切な条件に付された時に定着用構造の間隙中に移動し、そこでこの樹脂状材料が硬化して、前記コーティングを前記複合材料に連結させてしっかり付着させる、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 複合体の製造方法であって、
電気めっきプリフォーム上に定着用構造をスプレーすることによってコーティングを形成させ、該コーティングが少なくとも一部開いた構造を有し、それによって空隙及び間隙を提供し、
前記コーティングと硬化性複合材料とを一緒にし、
前記コーティング及び複合材料を、硬化性複合材料が硬化した時にコーティングと連結する条件に付して、該複合材料とその表面又は一部表面上の金属コーティングとを含む複合体をもたらす
ことを含む、前記方法。 - 実質的に請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の通りである、請求項15に記載の複合体製造方法。
- 表面又は一部の表面の上に金属コーティングを有する複合材料であって、請求項1〜16のいずれかに記載の通りに形成された、前記複合材料。
