Description
ストリップのミクロ結晶表面の表面領域のマッピング法(Mapping-Verfahren)による二次元マイクロプローブ解析において、測定されたミクロ結晶表面層の酸素のX線発光スペクトルのKα1線のスペクトル領域で、3を越える強度比(Intensitaetsverhaeltnis)I/Ibulk(avg)を有する表面部分が、10%未満、好ましくは7%未満であることによって達成され、
ここで、前記二次元マイクロプローブ解析の間で、電子ビーム用のステップサイズ(Schrittweite)16.75μmのために、励起電圧15kV、ビーム電流50nA、及びビーム断面1μmを使用することとする。
アルミニウムストリップが、合金成分の以下の比率(重量%で表示):
0.05% ≦ Si ≦ 0.1 %,
0.4 % ≦ Fe ≦ 1 %,
Cu ≦ 0.04%,
Mn ≦ 0.3 %,
0.05% ≦ Mg ≦ 0.3 %,
Ti ≦ 0.04%,

ミクロ結晶表面層の二次元マイクロプローブ解析をマッピング法に従って実施して、そして、酸素のX線発光スペクトルのKα1線のスペクトル領域で測定された強度分布を使用して、ストリップ表面の品質を評価する、前記方法により達成される。
Claims (5)
- ミクロ結晶表面層の二次元マイクロプローブ解析をマッピング法に従って実施し、そして、酸素のX線発光スペクトルのK α1 線のスペクトル領域で測定された強度分布を使用して、ストリップ表面の品質を評価することを特徴とする、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金のストリップの表面の特性決定方法。
- 強度比I/I bulk(avg) のための特定値を有する表面部分を、表面層の測定された強度分布から決定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 電子ビームの、励起電圧5〜20kV、ビーム電流10〜100nA、及び、ビーム断面0.2〜1.5μmを使用することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 測定点あたりの測定期間0.3〜1秒を選択することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 6nmの格子面間隔2dを有する結晶をもつ線形集束スペクトロメーターを使用することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
