Description

第1のガラスシートと、
前記第1のガラスシートの上にある第1の中間層であり、第1のポリシリケートコーティングを備える該第1の中間層と、
前記第1の中間層の上にある第2のガラスシートと、
前記第2のガラスシートの上にある第2の中間層であり、第1の主面および第2の主面を有する第1の強化シリコーン樹脂フィルム、前記フィルムの前記第1の主面の上に直接置かれる第1のシリコーン粘着性コーティング、および前記フィルムの前記第2の主面の上に直接置かれる第2のシリコーン粘着性コーティングを備える該第2の中間層と、
前記第2の中間層の上にある第3のガラスシートとを備え、前記第1のポリシリケートコーティングは、50〜85%(w/w)の少なくとも一つのアルカリ金属ポリシリケートおよび15〜50%(w/w)の水を含み、前記アルカリ金属ポリシリケートは、シリカ(二酸化ケイ素)の金属酸化物に対するモル比が少なくとも1.05であり、前記第1のシリコーン粘着性コーティングおよび前記第2のシリコーン粘着性コーティングは、それぞれ少なくとも一つのシリコーン樹脂の硬化生成物を含む、合わせガラスに関するものである。
第1のガラスシートと、
前記第1のガラスシートの上にある第1の中間層であり、第1の主面および第2の主面を有する第1の強化シリコーン樹脂フィルム、前記フィルムの前記第1の主面の上にある第1のポリシリケートコーティング、および前記フィルムの前記第2の主面の上にある第2のポリシリケートコーティングを備える該第1の中間層と、
前記第1の中間層の上にある第2のガラスシートと、
前記第2のガラスシートの上にある第2の中間層であり、第1の主面および第2の主面を有する第2の強化シリコーン樹脂フィルム、前記フィルムの前記第1の主面の上に直接置かれる第1のシリコーン粘着性コーティング、および前記フィルムの前記第2の主面の上に直接置かれる第2のシリコーン粘着性コーティングを備える該第2の中間層と、
前記第2の中間層の上にある第3のガラスシートとを備え、前記第1のポリシリケートコーティングおよび第2のポリシリケートコーティングは、それぞれ50〜85%(w/w)の少なくとも一つのアルカリ金属ポリシリケートおよび15〜50%(w/w)の水を含み、前記アルカリ金属ポリシリケートは、シリカ(二酸化ケイ素)の金属酸化物に対するモル比が少なくとも1.05であり、前記第1のシリコーン粘着性コーティングおよび前記第2のシリコーン粘着性コーティングは、それぞれ少なくとも一つのシリコーン樹脂の硬化生成物を含む、合わせガラスに関するものでもある。
Claims (14)
- 合わせガラスであって、
第1のガラスシートと、
前記第1のガラスシートの上にある第1の中間層であり、第1のポリシリケートコーティングを備える該第1の中間層と、
前記第1の中間層の上にある第2のガラスシートと、
前記第2のガラスシートの上にある第2の中間層であり、第1の主面および第2の主面を有する第1の強化シリコーン樹脂フィルム、前記フィルムの前記第1の主面の上に直接置かれる第1のシリコーン粘着性コーティング、および前記フィルムの前記第2の主面の上に直接置かれる第2のシリコーン粘着性コーティングを備える該第2の中間層と、
前記第2の中間層の上にある第3のガラスシートとを備え、
前記第1のポリシリケートコーティングは、50〜85%(w/w)の少なくとも一つのアルカリ金属ポリシリケートおよび15〜50%(w/w)の水を含み、
前記アルカリ金属ポリシリケートは、シリカ(二酸化ケイ素)の金属酸化物に対するモル比が少なくとも1.05であり、前記第1のシリコーン粘着性コーティングおよび前記第2のシリコーン粘着性コーティングは、それぞれ少なくとも一つのシリコーン樹脂の硬化生成物を含む、合わせガラス。 - 前記アルカリ金属ポリシリケートはナトリウムポリシリケートである、請求項1に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記第1のポリシリケートコーティングは単層コーティングである、請求項1に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記第1のポリシリケートコーティングは多層コーティングである、請求項1に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記第1のシリコーン粘着性コーティングおよび前記第2のシリコーン粘着性コーティングのうちの少なくとも一方は単層コーティングである、請求項1に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記第1のシリコーン粘着性コーティングおよび前記第2のシリコーン粘着性コーティングのうちの少なくとも一方は多層コーティングである、請求項1に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記第3のガラスシートの上にある第3の中間層を更に備え、前記第3の中間層は、第2のポリシリケートコーティングと、前記第3の中間層の上にある第4のガラスシートとを備え、前記第2のポリシリケートコーティングは、50〜85%(w/w)の少なくとも一つのアルカリ金属ポリシリケートおよび15〜50%(w/w)の水を含み、前記アルカリ金属ポリシリケートは、シリカ(二酸化ケイ素)の金属酸化物に対するモル比が少なくとも1.05である、請求項1に記載の合わせガラス。
- 合わせガラスであって、
第1のガラスシートと、
前記第1のガラスシートの上にある第1の中間層であり、第1の主面および第2の主面を有する第1の強化シリコーン樹脂フィルム、前記フィルムの前記第1の主面の上にある第1のポリシリケートコーティング、および前記フィルムの前記第2の主面の上にある第2のポリシリケートコーティングを備える該第1の中間層と、
前記第1の中間層の上にある第2のガラスシートと、
前記第2のガラスシートの上にある第2の中間層であり、第1の主面および第2の主面を有する第2の強化シリコーン樹脂フィルム、前記フィルムの前記第1の主面の上に直接置かれる第1のシリコーン粘着性コーティング、および前記フィルムの前記第2の主面の上に直接置かれる第2のシリコーン粘着性コーティングを備える該第2の中間層と、
前記第2の中間層の上にある第3のガラスシートとを備え、
前記第1のポリシリケートコーティングおよび第2のポリシリケートコーティングは、それぞれ50〜85%(w/w)の少なくとも一つのアルカリ金属ポリシリケートおよび15〜50%(w/w)の水を含み、前記アルカリ金属ポリシリケートは、シリカ(二酸化ケイ素)の金属酸化物に対するモル比が少なくとも1.05であり、前記第1のシリコーン粘着性コーティングおよび前記第2のシリコーン粘着性コーティングは、それぞれ少なくとも一つのシリコーン樹脂の硬化生成物を含む、合わせガラス。 - 前記アルカリ金属ポリシリケートはナトリウムポリシリケートである、請求項8に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記第1のポリシリケートコーティングおよび前記第2のポリシリケートコーティングのうちの少なくとも一方は単層コーティングである、請求項8に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記第1のポリシリケートコーティングおよび前記第2のポリシリケートコーティングのうちの少なくとも一方は多層コーティングである、請求項8に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記第1のシリコーン粘着性コーティングおよび前記第2のシリコーン粘着性コーティングのうちの少なくとも一方は単層コーティングである、請求項8に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記第1のシリコーン粘着性コーティングおよび前記第2のシリコーン粘着性コーティングのうちの少なくとも一方は多層コーティングである、請求項8に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記第3のガラスシートの上にある第3の中間層であり、第1の主面および第2の主面を有する第3の強化シリコーン樹脂フィルム、前記フィルムの前記第1の主面の上にある第3のポリシリケートコーティング、および前記フィルムの前記第2の主面の上にある第4のポリシリケートコーティングを備える該第3の中間層と、前記第3の中間層の上にある第4のガラスシートとを更に備え、前記第3のポリシリケートコーティングおよび前記第4のポリシリケートコーティングは、それぞれ50〜85%(w/w)の少なくとも一つのアルカリ金属ポリシリケートおよび15〜50%(w/w)の水を含み、前記アルカリ金属ポリシリケートは、シリカ(二酸化ケイ素)の金属酸化物に対するモル比が少なくとも1.05である、請求項8に記載の合わせガラス。
