Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態による光学装置1を例示する。光学装置1は、第1の表面11及び第2の表面12を有する第1の透明な基体10を備える。本実施形態における第1の透明な基体10は、平坦なガラス板15である。第1の透明な基体10は、サーモクロミック装置20によって少なくとも一部分に対して被覆される。本実施形態において、サーモクロミック装置20は、第1の透明な基体10の第1の表面11に備えられる。本実施形態において、一例として、サーモクロミック装置は、Al及びWをドープされたVO2膜を備える。
Claims (11)
- 光学装置(1)において、
サーモクロミック装置(20)と、
エレクトロクロミック装置(40)と、
前記サーモクロミック装置(20)と前記エレクトロクロミック装置(40)とを分離する断熱領域部(30)とを備え、
前記断熱領域部は、前記サーモクロミック装置(20)と前記エレクトロクロミック装置(40)との間の光路の少なくとも一部分を構成する、光学装置(1)。 - 請求項1に記載の光学装置において、
第1の透明な基体(10)を備え、
前記サーモクロミック装置(20)は、前記第1の透明な基体(10)の表面(11、12)を被覆し、更に、
第2の透明な基体(50)を備え、
前記エレクトロクロミック装置(40)は、前記第2の透明な基体(50)の表面(51、52)を被覆し、
前記断熱領域部(30)は、前記第1の透明な基体(10)と前記第2の透明な基体(50)とを分離する、光学装置。 - 請求項2に記載の光学装置において、
前記サーモクロミック装置(20)によって被覆される前記第1の透明な基体(10)の前記表面は、前記断熱領域部(30)に面する、光学装置。 - 請求項2又は3に記載の光学装置において、
前記エレクトロクロミック装置(40)によって被覆される前記第2の透明な基体(50)の前記表面は、前記断熱領域部(30)に面する、光学装置。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の光学装置において、
前記断熱領域部(30)は、気体の領域部(31)である、光学装置。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の光学装置において、
前記断熱領域部(30)は、真空の領域部(32)である、光学装置。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の光学装置において、
前記サーモクロミック装置(20)は、0.7を超える可視波長領域における透明度を有する、光学装置。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の光学装置において、
前記サーモクロミック装置(20)は、35℃未満の転移温度を有する、光学装置。 - 請求項8に記載の光学装置において、
前記サーモクロミック装置(20)は、25℃未満の転移温度を有する、光学装置。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の光学装置において、
前記断熱領域部(30)は、0.1W/mK未満の熱伝導率を有する、光学装置。 - 請求項10に記載の光学装置において、
前記断熱領域部(30)は、0.05W/mK未満の熱伝導率を有する、光学装置。
